The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order Chapter 2368 Emptiness Lord's Essence

The sheer volume of Fortune used to create that Gift was truly staggering, offering a strong possibility that it might evolve into a highly valuable treasure.
"Perhaps, with some luck on my side, it could turn out to be fresh armor."
Cain found himself harboring that wish despite himself. For years, his Necro-Skin had proven utterly essential, rescuing him from death multiple times. Yet, once he ascended to the second stage of the Doomsday Star, it lost all relevance to him. Exactly for that reason, he passed it along to Leonidas.
Naturally, this particular Gift wasn't intended for his own use.
They wouldn't uncover the contents of the golden orb until Anark's Samsara Seal finished its upgrade.
With every ounce of his lung power, the True Primordial of the Void let out a piercing scream as agony tore into him. The suffering felt interminable, ripping apart his flesh, thoughts, and essence, before finally easing off. Once it faded, a rune-covered array enveloped Anark's entire form, so impeccably crafted and ideal that it bordered on the unreal.
Drenched in icy sweat, with echoes of the pain still faintly echoing in his thoughts, he nonetheless broke into a broad grin while balling his hands in thrilled triumph.
The sensation hit him clearly.
A profound change had reshaped his body, mind, and soul at their core.
At this point, even decapitation wouldn't end him, provided he had enough energy reserves to regenerate.
Similar to what happened with Cain, the Samsara Lord's voice resounded from the fiery blaze, praising Anark for crafting the Samsara Runic Set and acquiring the Samsara Immortal Body.
Toward the Samsara Flame, the True Primordial of the Void offered a profound bow of thanks before shifting his eyes to the golden
orb floating high above.
Drawing in a steady breath, Anark projected his awareness into the orb.
The very next moment, it darted straight to him, unveiling a misty gem brimming with swirling, inscrutable depths. As soon as Anark set sight on it, a powerful bond ignited between them, like the item knew him instinctively.
Prior to grasping its full essence, the Samsara Lord's voice rang out again from the flames.
"Congratulations. You have obtained the Tier Zero Gift-Emptiness Lord's Essence. This treasure is forged specifically for the Primordial Race. It will allow you to refine, condense, and enhance the nature of your Primordial Force exponentially!"
Eyes bulging in shock for both Cain and Anark.
This Gift held the fearsome power to meddle with the supreme cosmic energies—Primordial Force—and elevate them. Cain instantly recognized the outrageous might of such an item.
The True Primordial of the Void could only envision the immense strength it would grant him.
But shortly after, a conflicted look crossed Anark's features as he faced Cain.
After all, Cain had collected the offerings, and Cain had aided in awakening the Samsara Runic Set. It seemed unfair to claim yet another item that might also aid the Scarlet King.
Luckily, Cain just gave a subtle smile and a slight shake of his head.
"The core of my power lies in my Ego Eternal Path of Power. My Primordial Path is only at the ArchDeity Rank, so I do not truly rely on the nature of my Primordial Force," Cain explained with composure. "You, on the other hand, use it as the foundation of your battle style. You should keep the treasure."
Cain's words brought a smile to Anark's lips, though he stayed silent. Deep down, he craved the treasure intensely, yet he'd never overlook this debt of gratitude. Quietly, he pledged to unleash his utmost might during the upcoming assaults on the World of the Root.
Wasting no moments, Anark directed his soul toward the Emptiness Lord's Essence.
In an instant, the crystal shimmered and fused into his brow like an extra eye. His power exploded outward in a frenzy, blazing fiercer than before. From his frame burst a colossal column of violet energy, making the nearby atmosphere quiver from the weight of his colossal might.
Fists tightening, Anark flashed a massive grin as the shift settled in.
After a handful of moments, he steadied his emotions and pulled back his aura, then gave Cain a grave nod.
A respectful deep bow was made by the pair of True Primordials to the violet blaze prior to their exit from the Samsara Arsenal Module.
Back under the Scarlet Crown, their gazes burned with sharp intent and resolve. No words passed between them as they exchanged nods and sped off to the Golden Hall.
A fresh incursion awaited.
As Cain ventured into the emptiness with Anark by his side, elsewhere
a silhouette emerged from the profound waters of one of the Everstrife Empyrean World's enormous seas.
Blue scales sheathed his form, sparkling with crackling bolts of
lightning. From his rear extended a lengthy tail, while a pair of majestic horns protruded from his skull. Gripped in his grasp was an enormous blade that appeared to harbor the fury of a world-ending tempest in its edge.
This was Sozing himself, the Immortal Knight from the Tenth Empyrean World, now dwelling in the flesh of an Everstrife Empyrean World local.
With care, Sozing inspected his physical form and inner self, then expressed approval with a nod.
"This talent should draw attention, but not so much that it becomes suspicious," he whispered. "Now I need to forge legends around myself, a background that can explain my eventual arrival within the Scarlet Crown."
That purpose locked in his thoughts, Sozing pivoted to the horizon and disappeared amid a burst of thunderbolts.
Opportunity and peril abounded in the Everstrife Empyrean World for those at the Soul Realm in cultivation. Sozing planned to exploit them to the fullest.
Soon enough, he reached a vast icy expanse. Infinite frost expanded outward, paired with a frigid chill that pierced straight to the bones. Still, the terrain wasn't barren.
Mighty Divine Beasts claimed this icy desolation as their domain, perpetually clashing in fierce combat. Their bellows resounded over the frozen sheets, shaking the earth with their impacts. Sozing's gaze sharpened as he scanned the fray. Securing the skull of one such creature would serve as an ideal prize.
