Qingyi emerges from his sword with a new companion, Isabel, who immediately embraces him. More women are freed from his sword as well. Qingyi agrees to take Isabel shopping for dresses for Lingxi after a visit to the Mu Family's shipyard.

The Mu Family, the largest spacecraft manufacturer in all of the Celestial Heaven, had only a single shipyard in the entire Immortal Celestial Capital.

A single shipyard that was, however, a veritable behemoth.

It sprawled across more than fifty square kilometers of facilities, with hundreds of thousands of employees overseeing an almost entirely automated production line.

Everything was produced there—from small, fast, and luxurious ships designed for specialized use to enormous cruise ships and towering armored colossi.

The latter were protected by shields capable of withstanding attacks from Celestial Emperors and armed with cannons that could easily collapse stars into black holes.

That shipyard produced only the cream of the crop among the ships of the Celestial Heaven, and it was every bit as selective when it came to choosing its clients.

Normally, one had to endure a long waiting list just to visit the facility's central premises.

For Qingyi, however, it was quite easy.

All it took was for the Golden Guards to show some documentation, and the way opened up immediately.

The central courtyard of the production and retail complex was immense and luxurious.

Long white stone paths crisscrossed the grounds, flanked on all sides by cherry trees so heavy with blossoms that the whole place seemed bathed in a sea of pink.

A light breeze drifted through the branches, plucking petals loose and sending them swirling through the air before they settled gently on the white stone.

Lingxi, back in her father's arms, could only squeal with delight.

She stretched her chubby arms in every direction, snatching any blossom within reach and crushing the petals in her tiny fists, then giggling to herself at her own little feat.

A few petals had already caught in her hair, and she didn't seem to mind in the slightest.

Qingyi pulled a lower branch toward her with a smile, letting the little girl pluck a whole handful of flowers before he let the branch spring back and moved on.

Finally, Lingxi's big, round eyes left the cherry trees and fixed on what loomed at the far end of the courtyard.

It was a gigantic building.

Nearly four kilometers long on it's front side and a hundred stories high, with the Mu Family's characters gleaming right in the center of the facade—large enough to be read from anywhere in the courtyard.

The little girl, who hadn't stopped squirming since they arrived, went completely still and stared.

"Let's pick up the pace," Qingyi said, guiding his wives toward the building.

That place was the administrative heart of the shipyard, and it also served as a dealership and showroom for new ship models.

Naturally, news of Qingyi's arrival had already reached the high-ranking officials who managed the entire complex.

When he reached the central gates leading into the building—wide and tall enough for fifty elephants to pass side by side—someone was already waiting for him.

She was a woman of considerable beauty.

Elegant glasses sat on her nose, her hair was pulled back into a flawless bun, and her well-tailored suit hugged the curve of her waist and the swell of her hips. She carried herself with a professional and graceful air.

Her eyes swept over the young dragon, the adorable child in his arms, and, of course, the roughly fifty stunning women following behind him.

Since she was a woman—and not a man—the artifact the wives used to conceal their appearance had no effect on her whatsoever.

For a split second, her professional smile faltered.

She naturally noticed Yuehan, the Divine Sword Fairy, there as well. Bowing to Yuehan as well, she did her best to maintain her composure.

"Young Master Qingyi, Young lady Yuehan... this humble servant is Supervisor Liu. it's a pleasure to have you here! How may I assist you?" She bowed elegantly, one hand resting on her chest.

"I plan to purchase a spaceship for myself and my family. My father-in-law, the Divine Blacksmith, told me that you owe him a favor," Qingyi said, getting straight to the point.

From his spatial ring, he retrieved the token the Divine Blacksmith had given him earlier and held it up between two fingers so she could see it.

Supervisor Liu leaned in slightly and examined the token.

Her pupils shrank.

That was a genuine token of trust from the Divine Blacksmith!

Fewer than five people in all of the Celestial Heaven possessed one of those.

A bead of cold sweat trickled down the nape of her neck. Whatever favor that man was calling in, it was not her place to question it.

"O-of course, Young Master Qingyi! Please follow me; I'll take you to see the ships we have ready for sale!" the supervisor declared, bowing a little lower this time.

She motioned for the young man to follow, then led the way into the central hall.

Qingyi merely nodded and fell in behind her, his wives close on his heels.

"Oh… look, dadda!" Lingxi exclaimed suddenly, pointing a stubby finger toward the ceiling.

High above, a single-pilot warship hung from thick steel cables.

Its black silhouette was sleek and elegant, but the cannons were clearly worn down, their muzzles warped and half-melted from being fired far too many times.

All over the fuselage, countless holes remained open, never repaired, alongside deep gashes left by Qi sword blows.

This was clearly a ship that had seen plenty of combat before being honorably retired.

The entire hall was filled with luxurious, uniquely designed ships, displayed like jewels in a showcase, yet that old veteran still drew the most attention.

Supervisor Liu noticed that look and smiled.

"That was the first mass-produced spaceship of the Mu Family, created by our ancestor a few hundred million years ago. This particular ship fought in the Great Orthodox Demon War and belonged to the greatest pilot in the history of the Celestial Heaven," she said, pride evident in every word.

Qingyi nodded, admiring the ship for another brief moment.

Lingxi, perched in his arms, kept her neck craned upward and her tiny mouth agape, unable to take her eyes off it. One chubby hand reached up toward it, as if she could grab it the same way she'd grabbed the blossoms outside.

Then Qingyi looked away, turning his attention back to the supervisor.

"I believe you'll want an Imperator Eternal-class spaceship—am I correct, Young Master Qingyi?" Supervisor Liu asked, adjusting her glasses.

There were several classes of ships.

The Imperator Eternal was a class of private ship with combat power equivalent to that of a Celestial Emperor.

Its sale was extremely limited. Only figures like Tianjin and the Divine Blacksmith could get their hands on one with ease.

"Yes, that would be most suitable," Qingyi said with a smile.

Without hesitation, the supervisor led him toward an even more exclusive area of the building, one that was strictly off-limits to almost every visitor.
