The Conquerors Path Chapter 969 - 967-Fuck You All Up!

The notion caused me to chuckle. In truth, with but a single thought, I possess the power to alter the very fabric of the world. However, such an act would demand a staggering price. Even the supreme Gods—specifically the Gods of Creation—would intervene to stop me if I attempted to dominate everything with absolute might, for doing so would shatter the delicate balance of power maintained within this realm.
A spark of fury ignited in my chest. The entire archery association is akin to family to me, largely because of how much it signifies to Eleanora. Right now, I will permit nothing—absolutely nothing—to tarnish its name or bring about its downfall. Regardless of who is orchestrating this assault, a ruthless glint entered my eyes as I stepped out from the far side of the teleportation circle.
Standing with a tall posture, I exited the gateway and moved through the broad archway into a new area. I soon reached the exterior, where a carriage sat waiting for my arrival. The driver offered a respectful bow, and I climbed inside without uttering a word. As the vehicle began to roll, I sank into the plush cushions and closed my eyes, letting various strategies begin to circulate through my mind.
As these plans took shape during the journey, my senses surged outward, encompassing a vast perimeter. My consciousness filtered through subtle streams of information, absorbing every detail. I began to grasp the full scope of the situation, even identifying the hidden trump cards they intended to play against us.
A smirk touched my lips at the realization. As the carriage drew closer to the Archery Tower district, I immediately detected a shift in the air. Tension saturated the atmosphere. I could sense groups of people gathered everywhere—reporters from the newspapers, journalists, and several prominent writers. A multitude of them were scurrying about the area.
Rare and costly recording artifacts were in operation, and powerful individuals who clearly did not belong to the association were making their moves. I perceived it all: every secret they sought to keep from me was being absorbed, analyzed, and integrated into my strategy. Once I had processed every piece of data, my plan was finally solidified.
I was roughly fifteen minutes from my destination. With my resolve hardened, a dark, cruel smirk settled on my face.
With those lethal thoughts swirling in my mind, I did not hesitate. Within a moment, I dispatched messages to the necessary contacts, detailing their specific roles. Mere minutes after the messages were sent, they all began to mobilize, putting my requests into motion. I allowed myself to relax for the time being, letting the momentum carry me forward.
Before long, the carriage came to a halt. A knock sounded from the exterior, and I signaled for the soundproofing barriers to be deactivated. I spoke up.
"What is it?"
"Young leader, it appears our path is being obstructed."
Those words only served to widen my grin as I pushed the door open and stepped out. The coachman maintained his respectful demeanor, bowing as he spoke.
"They are refusing to grant us passage."
My gaze shifted toward the two guards standing before me. Both were at the peak of Origin level 10. Their auras were dense, their bloodlines were clearly exceptional, and the armor they donned was of astronomical value. With swords strapped to their waists and determined expressions, they stood firm, blocking the road.
I surveyed the crowd around me; many were reporters who were also being held back. This road led directly into the heart of the tower, yet they had established a blockade here—despite knowing that my carriage belonged to the inner sanctum and possessed the authority to pass.
I could feel the eyes of the crowd locking onto me. The reporters, in particular, looked ravenous for a story, though they kept their distance for now because I maintained an expression of visible irritation. Nearby, I sensed several rare recording devices being stealthily activated.
"Why have you blocked my way?"
I questioned the guards in a composed tone, even as my eyes drifted to the three massive airships hovering in the sky. These were incredibly expensive vessels, and all three were circling the tower. Powerful figures were staring down at me, while spies waited in the shadows for me to lose my temper and humiliate myself.
"Our apologies, but we are under strict orders to deny entry to everyone. The entire archery association is currently undergoing a rigorous examination."
The guard’s reply was articulate and polite. I began to walk forward slowly until I stood directly in front of the pair. My hair ruffled slightly in the breeze, a smile playing on my lips.
"I understand the situation, I truly do. However, my question is: what fucking right do you have to stop me—the young leader of this very association—on my own sovereign land?"
Though my voice was soft, the words made the guard flinch. The reporters immediately began writing and recording; I could practically feel their excitement at the escalating drama.
"It is the law. The war council, acting as the protectors of the realm, holds the authority to lock down any association during an investigation, particularly when facing grave accusations."
"Oh? And what exactly are these accusations you are investigating?"
I asked with a grin. The guard replied without hesitation.
"That is not for you to know."
"I see... I see..."
My smile grew broader. My senses vibrated, and the tension in the air became stifling. Just as the onlookers expected me to explode in rage, I simply smiled and stepped back, leaving everyone bewildered. After retreating a few paces, I produced an exceptionally rare and expensive communication orb. Channeling my mana into it, the first move I had made earlier manifested before me. A massive projection appeared, and I ensured it was large enough for every person present to witness it.
The moment the figure in the display became visible, many felt their throats tighten and their hearts skip a beat. The person I was communicating with was none other than my grandfather: the legendary general, Max Lionheart.
The man was seated, looking rugged and visibly annoyed as he stared back at me. My grandfather didn't need to say a word; I spoke first.
"Grandpa, there are two soldiers here blocking my path and trying to humiliate me in front of my own home, on my own lands..."
[Shameless, but I approve.]
My grandfather’s expression contorted into something demonic. His gaze seemed to pierce through the projection to scan the area. The reporters and writers turned pale, and I even felt the guards begin to tremble as my grandfather spoke.
"Show them to me. I will ensure everyone they have ever loved is executed and hung before their eyes before I grant them the most agonizing death in history."
At those words, one guard looked as though he might faint, while the other was shaking uncontrollably.
I smirked. Even I had been startled when I first learned of his reputation. There is a specific reason why one man commands such absolute authority over the military and acts as the indomitable pillar that keeps even the war council in check while protecting me.
"Yo-Young Master..."
The guard stammered, his face a mask of pure terror. Ignoring him, I turned back to my grandfather.
"There's no need for that, Grandpa. I'm about to do something reckless and perhaps a bit stupid. I just wanted to warn you that things are going to get ugly—I wanted you to be the first to know in case there’s a fallout."
Grandpa looked at me, his expression softening while his eyes blazed with a fierce light. A wide, bloodthirsty grin spread across his face as he replied.
"Go ahead. Do whatever you wish. I will hold the rest of the world back for you. If the world dares to lift a hand against you, then I shall cut the world down."
His voice resonated with a power that shook the surroundings. His sheer will and presence exerted an overwhelming pressure on everyone else, yet to me, it felt like a shield of absolute love and protection. It made me smile.
"Yeah... that’s exactly what I’ll do."
With that, I ended the transmission. My hand, which I had been restraining, was ready to strike. I had witnessed something earlier that had infuriated me. No... it had made me beyond livid.
Under the watchful eyes of the crowd, a stone appeared in one hand, followed by another in the other. The moment they surfaced, I felt Celestinia’s shock. Every powerful observer nearby instinctively recoiled, the raw power radiating from the stones making them choke.
"I am going to fuck you all up!"
With that roar, I crushed the stones!
