Thugs arrive to collect a debt from the boss lady, who claims she doesn't owe anything. As the thugs become violent, Su Changfeng steps in to defend her, easily defeating them despite his youthful appearance. The thugs, intimidated, agree to take him to their boss.

"Alright, since you insist on meeting our boss, I’ll make it happen for you. But you’d better think it through because it’ll be too late for regrets later," the tattooed man said.

Su Changfeng casually tossed aside the metal pipe in his hand and said, "Lead the way then. I haven’t experienced regret yet."

With that, Su Changfeng stepped out of the soybean milk shop.

A group of thugs saw this and hurriedly followed him out.

"Mom, do you think those people will bully the big brother?" Wang Ling’er looked worriedly at the proprietress.

The proprietress was also anxious. The other person looked like just a teenager; how could he possibly stand against those people? But this was not something she, a woman, could help with.

"It’s okay. I’m sure the big brother will be fine." As she spoke these words, the proprietress was very insecure, but she was, after all, just the owner of a small shop, with no connections at all.

However, Wang Ling’er was still young, and since her mother said so, she naturally believed her unconditionally. So, she felt sure that Su Changfeng would be safe. Moreover, his skills looked impressive, so there shouldn’t be any problem.

"The big brother is really amazing. He knocked down two people just now." Wang Ling’er said with bright eyes.

Su Changfeng followed the tattooed man and his crew to a casino in the city. At first glance, the environment was filthy and chaotic, and the gamblers looked ordinary. This place was likely targeting average people on purpose.

This also showed that the boss of the tattooed man and his group was probably not that formidable.

Nevertheless, even if the opponent was a tough figure in the underworld, in Su Changfeng’s eyes, they were no more than ants. With his current strength, he should be able to easily deal with anyone, no matter how formidable they were.

"Looks like your lives aren’t that impressive, huh?" Su Changfeng raised an eyebrow and glanced at the tattooed man beside him, speaking with a half-smile.

Hearing Su Changfeng’s clearly mocking words, the tattooed man was so angry he wanted to stomp Su Changfeng to the ground. But remembering Su Changfeng’s earlier performance, he had to suppress his rage. Anyway, they’re on their turf now; once he reports to the boss, dealing with a kid would be just a matter of minutes.

The tattooed man took Su Changfeng directly to an office, though it wasn’t a traditional one. It was a separate room with no real office equipment; the first thing that caught the eye was a bed. A middle-aged man, looking greasy, was sitting on it, holding a young girl with rainbow-colored hair and a chaotic outfit, clearly not a girl with a good reputation.

"Boss," the tattooed man called out to the middle-aged man.

The man didn’t even glance at the tattooed man, directly asking, "How about it? Did you bring back the money?"

"Boss, something... something unexpected happened," the tattooed man said bravely.

"Unexpected? Damn it, you can’t handle such a trivial matter. What good are you to me?" the man scolded.

"Boss, I’m sorry. This guy came out of nowhere, so we couldn’t get the money back. And he insisted on seeing you," the tattooed man explained.

Upon hearing this, the man finally looked up, but when he saw Su Changfeng, he was first shocked, then became angrier.

Just a kid, after all, what could he do? So many of them went together, and they still couldn’t deal with a kid?

"Hey, kid, are you itching for a beating? Daring to joke with me? Just a little guy like you, what can you do?" the middle-aged man said, gritting his teeth.

The tattooed man hadn’t taken Su Changfeng seriously before, leading to a heavy price. Hearing the middle-aged man’s words, he quickly stepped forward to clarify that this little guy was not as simple as he looked.

On one hand, it’s because Su Changfeng is indeed skilled; on the other, he wanted the middle-aged man to understand that the opponent was simply too strong and it wasn’t his fault.

"Boss, don’t underestimate this guy. He looks young, but he’s really good at fighting," the tattooed man couldn’t help but remind.

The man snorted coldly, unconcerned. This kid probably wasn’t even an adult yet. Even if he knew some martial arts, how could he beat so many adults?

Besides, he was an underworld figure. If even a little brat could bully him, how would he maintain his reputation?

"He insisted on coming to see you. If he’s got such nerve, he must have some backing," the tattooed man continued.

"Oh?" The man’s eyes finally showed a hint of interest. A kid with pubes yet to grow dared to come to see him; he hadn’t expected this.

The man stood up and walked directly in front of Su Changfeng. Due to their height difference, the man had to lower his head to look at the small figure in front of him.

As for Su Changfeng, he lightly raised his head, calmly looking at the man in front of him.

"I’m Chen Bonian. Is it you who wants to see me?" Chen Bonian purposely put on a fierce look. Usually, a teenager like this would be afraid to see him like this.

However, Su Changfeng’s eyes remained steadily on him, without a trace of fear or panic. In fact, while facing Chen Bonian, he seemed to be the calmer one.

Because of this calm demeanor, Chen Bonian finally put away his contempt and seriously assessed the boy in front of him.

Even adults on his turf, especially in this situation, would feel some fear. But this kid was acting as if it were no big deal. If this were merely youthful bravado, Chen Bonian wouldn’t believe it.

"I came to see you because I want you to work for me from now on," Su Changfeng calmly began.

Chen Bonian was slightly taken aback, then burst into laughter, as if he had heard something amusing. He didn’t realize this little guy not only had guts, but such a bold mouth too.

Even though he’s not a big shot in the underworld, he still holds some sway on his own turf. If he understood correctly, this kid was suggesting he follow him in the future? Was he out of his mind?

"Kid, how old are you now? Are you still going to school? Do you have a few followers there? But let Uncle tell you, this isn’t a school, and I’m not one of your followers. If you keep spouting nonsense in front of me, Uncle will have to teach you a lesson," Chen Bonian said.
