Trapped in a dead end of the array and facing an overwhelming sword strike, Bai Jintang desperately attempted to activate his Saint Realm Amulet. However, his efforts were thwarted by Luo Qingtong, who had secretly sabotaged the amulet's activation. As a result, Bai Jintang’s amulet failed to respond, leaving him vulnerable to Luo Qingtong's attack, which severed his legs and left him defeated on the ground.

"You!"

Bai Jintang had acted impulsively in anger, never imagining that Luo Qingtong was truly behind it.

His gaze, filled with shock and sheer terror, fixed upon the youth positioned before him.

He had absolutely no clue how the other party managed such a feat.

That was an Amulet meticulously crafted with the very Essence Blood of a Saint Realm expert.

Without a comparable level of power, how could it possibly be obliterated?

Furthermore, how did the other individual even ascertain the presence of a Saint Realm Amulet on his person?

Bai Jintang remained unaware that Luo Qingtong didn't require the destruction of this Blood Talisman at all; her objective was simply to prevent it from siphoning power from his heart meridian!

As for the revelation of the Amulet's existence, that had been entirely a consequence of his own actions.

However, Luo Qingtong couldn't be bothered to offer any explanation to him.

With a gesture, she signaled for the individuals maintaining the Array surrounding them to withdraw, and the Array was subsequently dismantled.

Then, she raised her hand and pressed an Elixir into Bai Jintang's mouth.

"You! What did you force me to consume?"

Bai Jintang's countenance contorted into one of horrified alarm.

He retched repeatedly, yet found himself utterly incapable of expelling the substance.

The Elixir had dissolved instantaneously upon contact with his mouth; how could he possibly regurgitate it?

"Naturally, something beneficial."

Luo Qingtong settled herself into the chair that Su Yu had thoughtfully provided, her gaze sweeping over Bai Jintang with an air of indifference.

"Very well, speak. What was your intention in venturing to Fenghua City, how did you come to know of the Holy King Tomb... and what is the connection to the Hu Family?"

"You!"

Bai Jintang's face contorted, steeped in pure dread.

He had been on the verge of declaring that Luo Qingtong could only dream of extracting any information from him, when he suddenly realized his own mouth was moving of its own accord, divulging every single detail, one after another.

Bai Jintang's eyes widened to their fullest extent.

He strained with all his might, attempting to wrest control and cease his speech.

Yet, regardless of the immense force he exerted, it proved entirely futile.

It felt as though his very body no longer obeyed his commands.

It was as if a separate entity resided within him, perceiving his thoughts and dictating his utterances.

Bai Jintang's gaze eventually became completely vacant.

His thoughts turned to the Elixir that Luo Qingtong had just compelled him to swallow.

"You... who in the blazes are you?!"

Only after he had spewed forth all his hidden truths did he finally regain a semblance of mental control, his voice a strained, raspy sound.

"Someone... whom you cannot afford to antagonize."

Luo Qingtong regarded him, a sudden, captivatingly wicked smile gracing her lips.

She then rose and, with a forceful kick, propelled Bai Jintang towards the individuals observing him from the periphery, their eyes burning with profound hatred.

"He is yours now. Do with him as you please."

"There are ample instruments of torture available here; they should suffice for your enjoyment."

Luo Qingtong addressed them, her gaze fixed upon their faces.

She had never been one to neglect those who served her.

Given that these individuals had aided her and acknowledged her as their leader, it was only natural that she would facilitate their satisfaction in venting their accumulated anger.

She had intentionally kept Bai Jintang alive, both to extract vital information from his confession,

and to allow these wronged souls to cleanse their burning hatred with his very lifeblood.

Having endured countless torments under Bai Jintang's cruel dominion, they would undoubtedly relish the opportunity to dismember him, thereby immersing him in a taste of genuine Hell!

"Yes!"

The assembled group erupted in wild anticipation. After offering deep bows to Luo Qingtong, they immediately surged forward towards Bai Jintang, their faces contorted into savage grins.

His ensuing screams grew piercing and pathetic as he continued to howl at the absolute peak of his lungs.

However, the guards stationed outside, having received his prior directives, completely disregarded the agonizing sounds, merely musing internally that their Young Master was truly honing his skills in "playtime" to an impressive degree.

They couldn't help but ponder the nature of the torments those within must have endured to elicit such dismal cries.

Just as these thoughts crossed their minds, a faint, almost imperceptible aroma began to permeate the air.

"Thud, thud!"

The contingent of guards positioned outside successively slumped motionless to the ground.

Luo Qingtong's silhouette materialized within the chamber. She was just about to elegantly flick her sleeve and disseminate this very scent throughout the entirety of the isolated mansion.

At that precise moment...
