Supreme Lord: I can extract everything! Chapter 1115: Rise of a New Era VII

Subjugating the Titan Whale was a swift endeavor, yet establishing a connection with its numerous offspring proved to be a time-consuming task. It took several days of searching to track down every descendant of the Titan Whale, but once the link was forged, efficiency skyrocketed. While things had been stable before, Caesus found that managing the region became significantly smoother with the Titan Whales under his direct command.
The ancient Titan Whale, Caesus, had been safeguarded from the predatory Giant Sharks, and hundreds of its young now roamed the expanse of the Azure Ocean’s bay. Their immense physical scale and lack of natural armor made survival in the deep sea a struggle, yet they thrived in the shallower coastal waters. Despite their defensive shortcomings, these creatures were far from helpless. Each one weighed over a thousand tons, possessing the raw power to pulverize foes with a single tail swipe or consume them in one gulp.
Few monsters inhabiting the fringes of the Azure Ocean dared to provoke a Titan Whale, leading a multitude of smaller sea life to seek shelter in their shadow. Only the most desperate, starving beasts from the abyss or the ubiquitous Giant Sharks—which infested every corner of the Azure Ocean—possessed the audacity to strike at them.
Within the cavern of the elder Titan Whale, the Giant Sharks had been lying in wait for the massive beast to succumb to fatigue. It had previously sustained injuries from a Deep Ocean monstrosity, and the sharks had been drawn by the scent of its blood. Driven by impatience rather than hunger, these predators had made several attempts to finish off the weakened elder.
Had Caesus not intervened unexpectedly, their plan would have succeeded. Instead, the sharks were slaughtered and processed into a feast for a hundred thousand Silverfangs.
Following days of intensive labor, the inaugural port was successfully erected on the shoreline. The initial harvest of Origin Syphon fish had already been secured, and the subsequent batches were expected to be hauled from the depths shortly.
The Cosmic Shop was now fully operational and configured for maximum efficiency. Groups of Summons moved in and out of the facility constantly, conducting trades, transporting various resources, and managing the logistical flow of materials and personnel.
Overseeing such a massive operation was a grueling challenge, yet they possessed a sufficient workforce to handle the burden. Surprisingly, the Origin Syphon fish fetched a market price far exceeding their original estimates. While this was a boon, an even greater advantage was the knowledge shared by the Titan Whales regarding the treasures of the Azure Ocean. Through them, Caesus learned of over a dozen maritime species that were as valuable as, if not more so than, the Origin Syphon fish. This information was vital, even if he could only fully exploit it in the future.
For now, their priorities remained the Origin Syphon fish trade and the establishment of a functional port within the gulf. To truly claim the entire gulf territory, three to five additional settlements were required. Although patrolling the gulf was possible, the area was simply too vast for Tierless or Tier-1 Summons to spend hours commuting to their posts every day.
Consequently, they prioritized the completion of the "main" settlement, designed to house over 100,000 Summons comfortably, before moving on to construct smaller satellite villages for the labor force.
Securing the entire gulf presented its own set of difficulties, but the children of Caesus were doing an excellent job of scouting for and neutralizing threats. Millions of Goblins, Spiders, and winged monsters were being cleared out to ensure safety. The process wasn't always seamless, but Caesus appreciated that his people could focus on the myriad of essential construction projects currently underway.
Weeks vanished in what felt like a single day to Caesus. He remained awake throughout, consumed by the need to draft hundreds of contingency plans for future obstacles. The Silverfangs had become quite wealthy; because the demand for Origin Syphon fish was so overwhelming, they had quadrupled the price. However, their primary bottleneck remained a shortage of manpower.
To address this, Caesus began utilizing Ordinary Summoning Scrolls, Mythic Scrolls, and Named Scrolls to bring forth thousands of Silverfangs simultaneously.
‘This is exhilarating. With these new Summons, I feel as though I am finally standing at the starting line—the beginning of a New Era. The era of the Silverfang Empire!’ Caesus thought with a chuckle. Grinning widely, he observed his veteran Summons replicating the procedures they had learned in Michael’s domain. They greeted the newcomers, orienting them to the Silverfang lands and explaining the rules of their new home.
Caesus participated in the welcoming, though the atmosphere felt different this time.
Now, Caesus was the Lord of the territory himself. No longer Michael’s subordinate, he was a sovereign ruler who had to command the respect and devotion of his new subjects. While the Links of Loyalty were established rapidly, some Summons appeared disgruntled. They had been pulled into an unfamiliar land and were expected to work without rest to fuel its expansion.
Their only consolation was that they were not the pioneers. Caesus already possessed over 100,000 fiercely loyal Summons who sang his praises. They ensured every newcomer understood Caesus’s character and boasted of his incredible power, claiming he was the mightiest Silverfang the Tigerfolk had ever produced.
This was, in fact, the truth. Caesus was the most powerful King to ever arise among the Silverfang Tigerfolk. Simultaneously, however, Tiara stood as the strongest Queen. Though they had never engaged in a true duel to the death, both siblings understood that such a clash would result in a pyrrhic victory regardless of who survived.
But such concerns were unnecessary. The days of Caesus and Tiara fighting one another were over.
If they were to fight now, it would be as a united front, standing as the most powerful Silverfangs in history to protect their kin.
