Strongest Necromancer System Chapter 989: Ignore the Lessers

Gina took Jason’s face in her hand and kissed him with all the passion of a wife that hadn’t seen her husband in years, and Jason leaned down and kissed her deeply! Once they separated, Gina put her forehead on Jason’s own and spoke to him in a low voice.

"I missed you so much, babe. I thought I wouldn’t get to see you for a few more months."

Jason smiled, and he gave Gina one more kiss before he told her that he had missed her too. Jason turned to the side as he noticed Stella coming forward, and Stella curtsied respectfully!

"Hello, Master. I’m pleased to be in your service once more."

Jason grinned, and he reached out to rub Stella’s head softly, and Stella’s face grew slightly red from embarrassment as she looked up at Jason.

"It’s nice to see you too, Stella."

Stella’s cheeks burned even more, and she ducked her head and nodded to Jason with a happy smile on her face. Jason smiled before he turned to look at Riyala as she spoke excitedly.

"What in the world are you doing here, Jason? I thought you were going back to Earth?"

Jason laughed and spoke sarcastically.

"Well, I heard you guys were having a lot of fun without me, so I just had to stop by and see for myself. You all look absolutely radiant; you must really be enjoying the vacation."

Jason tickled Riyala softly as he said this, and she laughed happily as she hung off his neck! Hesabeth came around and hugged Jason from behind, and Jason glanced back with a smile when she said.

"I won’t deny that we’ve truly enjoyed the vacation, but I much prefer your being here with us. I missed you, darling."

"I missed you too, babe. Come on, let’s sit down. We’re interrupting the show."

The girls finally looked down at the crowd of civilians and nobles who had been watching the opera show, and they realised that their loud greeting had made everybody pause and stare. The nobles were all shocked to see their prideful queen acting so affectionate with a man, and the actors on stage didn’t want to continue because the entire reason they were putting on this show was for Hesabeth to enjoy it! If Hesabeth wasn’t paying them attention, then there was no point!

"Isn’t that the Overlord of the Sixth Domain?"

"Yes, it is. I heard he was in a relationship with Her Majesty, but I didn’t think it was true."

"I can’t believe there is a man out there that could tame the heart of our Queen."

"I can’t feel any power from him? Does that not mean he is a Primordial?"

"Is that even possible? I heard he was a Titan only a few months ago!"

There were murmurs floating around the room, and Hesabeth scowled slightly when she saw everyone staring at them. Hesabeth turned towards the crowd and waved her hand once, like Hesabeth was trying to get rid of a fly, and everyone in the room immediately turned away obediently, and the play resumed as normal! Hesabeth turned back to Jason and smiled kindly as she said.

"Ignore the lesser ones, darling. It is in their nature to be fascinated by our magnificence. Come, let us sit. You must be tired."

Hesabeth led Jason towards the couch, and he took a seat in the center with Hesabeth hugging his right side. Riyala took up the seat to his left, and when Gina didn’t have anywhere to sit, she simply placed herself on Jason’s lap, and Jason put his hand around her waist to hold her close! Stella returned to her dutiful position beside the couch, but this time she had a delighted smile on her face to show that she was much happier now that Jason was here!

Jason’s hand travelled towards Gina’s stomach, and he rubbed it gently with a loving smile.

"Can you feel the baby’s mana now?"

Jason looked up at Gina as he asked this, and Gina smiled and nodded happily! For a long time now, Jason had been able to feel the mana of the unborn baby reaching out to him whenever Jason touched Gina’s stomach, but Jason knew that the only reason he could feel it back then was because he was a great sensor, and Jason hadn’t said anything to Gina earlier because Jason didn’t want Gina to be disappointed about not being able to sense the mana. But now that a few more months had passed, Jason knew that Gina would be able to sense the mana if Gina concentrated, and Jason finally told Gina about it! Gina had been so excited the first time she felt the baby’s mana that she nearly threw Jason to the ground from the intense hug she gave him!

Now, Gina could feel the mana all the time, and whenever she was alone, she would spend all her time just reaching out to their baby and sensing the baby reach back out to her! It made Gina feel like she had a piece of Jason with her no matter where Gina went!

’The mana is really strong. The baby isn’t even kicking yet, but the mana is already higher than a B rank’s mana signature!’

Jason smiled as this thought crossed his mind, and he continued to rub Gina’s stomach gently. Jason already knew his kid was going to be one hell of a powerhouse! If the baby already had the power of a B Rank now, then they would likely be around S or SS Rank by the time they were born! Training and playing with their child was going to be some of the best memories of Jason’s life, and Jason couldn’t wait for the baby to get here!

Riyala spoke up from Jason’s left side.

"How did the mission go, babe? Did you settle the matter on L’horm? You said it was something about a diplomatic family issue."

Jason let out a calm sigh as he leaned back on the couch, and the three women all watched him closely as he began to explain what had happened on L’horm. Jason explained how he went to L’horm for a simple dispute between family members, and he had somehow ended up having to deal with an entire mercenary guild that was trying to steal important research material from the Northern Alliance Academy! Jason told them about what he found inside the Academy building and how the [Mortal Severance Pill] could help humans advance through multiple magical stages without any effort! Gina’s eyes widened in shock when she heard Jason say this, and even Hesabeth was completely stunned!

The idea of someone rising to a new magic rank using nothing but a pill sounded like some sort of folklore, but if Jason was saying it to them, then they knew it had to be true!

"What do you plan to do with this pill? If you handle it properly, it could become one of the most valuable medicines in the Primordial Expanse."

Hesabeth spoke up curiously, and Jason said that the scientists were still trying to perfect the pill to make it even stronger. Right now, there was a limited number of pills because the scientists only had two Primordial Corpses with them, but if they managed to get more corpses, then Jason could think about spreading the pill to other Domains! Jason’s first priority was to Earth and his domain, but at the end of the day, Jason knew that it would be a good thing for the entire Primordial Expanse to also become stronger!
