You did this all on your own, and I don’t want you to lose sight of what you’ve accomplished while chasing after some perfect ideal. I’m proud of the you that’s in front of me right now. Riyala looked into Jason’s eyes, and in them she saw absolute sincerity. Jason was opening his heart to her right now and telling her how he truly felt, and Riyala felt her eyes getting wet as they swelled with tears.
