Superhumans grapple with the colossal threat of a new Blue Gate, far more powerful than any seen before. Following a devastating Machina attack that highlighted their own inadequacies, the world's superhumans rally behind Jason, recognizing the urgency of his training directives. Meanwhile, Jason grapples with guilt over not foreseeing the Machina invasion, though Gina reassures him that the burden is not solely his.

Gina tried her best to lift Jason’s spirits that night and make him understand that he couldn’t blame himself for this, and even though Jason didn’t fully agree with what Gina said, Jason knew that Gina was right! Jason couldn’t dwell on his own failures anymore. Yes, he had failed to prevent a disaster like this from happening once, but Jason knew that he would never allow it to happen again! Over the next few days, Jason worked on the Interworld travel rune along with Azrael and Vana! The rune worked like a massive shield that covered the entire world and prevented interdimensional travel, and in order to do that, Jason needed to place various runic foundations across specific regions of the world! This was the reason why Jason told all those major countries that he would be setting up a Monarch Guild branch in their countries.

The countries believed that Jason was only using the Monarch Guild branches as a sales and transportation points for the Aqualith Stone, but Jason had set up a secret room on the top floor of each Monarch Guild building, and that was where Jason placed the Runic foundations for the interworld travel rune! The runic foundations across all the Monarch Guilds would link together and create a force field to block interworld travel in every part of the world, while also allowing interworld travel only within the Monarch Guild! This way, before anyone can come onto Earth, they would need to have permission from Jason or one of Jason’s executives in the Monarch Guild!

Right now, Jason was sitting in a massive hall in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and he was looking out at the superhumans who had come here to meet with him from all over the world! Stella was standing behind Jason with her hands held in front of her, and Jason was grateful for her presence. Stella had been in Riverdale when the Machina attacks happened, and she managed to take care of the two TITAN Rank I Machina who had been planning to destroy the city. Since Stella was a TITAN as well as an Avaran, she had more than enough strength and skills to handle the two TITAN Ranks without causing major damage to the city.

Jason looked over the superhumans once more. There were thousands of them! Superhumans from all over the world had come to Egypt to discuss what they were going to do about the massive Blue Gate in the sky! Everyone here was the most powerful from their country, and there was no one below S Rank present in the hall. On one side of the hall, Jason could see the four remaining members of the Five Rulers sitting together. Stragga had a frown on his face, and Victor looked like he would rather be anywhere else, but both Helga and Katarina looked happy to see Jason. Helga had settled into life in the Monarch Guild, and she now had her own squad of superhumans and Legion subordinates that she led into Orange and Yellow Gates. Katarina had also gotten used to her new life, and she was now working with the Monarch Guild to develop new artefacts that would allow them to boost the power level of superhumans for a significant amount of time!

On the other side of the room, the Monarch Guild members were sitting quietly while waiting for Jason to speak. In the front of the guild members was Francis Luud, one of the Vice Captains and leader of the Alpha Squad. Francis was the person who had taken Jason’s orders more seriously than anyone else! Francis began diving into Gates at a rate that was almost scary, and in the past month, Francis was able to raise his level from a low-level SS Rank to a high-level SS Rank! Right now, Francis was on the same level as the weaker rulers, and everyone knew it was only a matter of time before he became an SSS Rank! Juliet, Janet, and some other Monarch Guild executives were also present, but they were sitting away from the superhumans since they weren’t going to be entering the Gate.

The other superhumans in the room were all from their respective country guilds. The superhumans were talking and murmuring amongst themselves about what had happened in the last few days, and from what Jason could hear, the superhumans were scared! A lot of them tried putting up a strong front, but Jason could read their emotions just from the way they spoke and how they were looking around like lost chicks who didn’t know what they would do anymore. No one had ever seen a Blue Gate before, and everyone remembered just how much damage had been done to the world when the first Green Gate appeared. If this had been a Green Gate, then maybe the superhumans would have more confidence since the Rulers were with them, but a Blue Gate was completely out of their comfort zone since no one knew what they would find in there!

But Jason knew that even if this had been a Green Gate, then the Rulers would’ve still been useless! The previous Green Gate that everyone thought was cleared by the Rulers had actually been cleared by Jason’s father, so the Rulers wouldn’t have been able to do anything even if this was a Green Gate!

Ka-Cha!

The sound of the door opening behind the hall drew everyone’s attention, and Jason looked up to see Cerci and multiple Gaia executives entering the hall. Cerci gave Jason a nod, and Jason returned it before Cerci moved towards another section of the hall that had been reserved for the Gaia agents. Once they were seated, Jason finally leaned forward and spoke.

"Now then, let’s begin. Firstly, I’m not going to beat around the bush. I had my subordinates carry out a survey of the Blue Gate over the past few days. The subordinates couldn’t go too deep into the Gate, but from what I received back, I can confirm that the Gate boss will be nothing less than a TITAN Rank II beast. There’s a high chance it might even be as strong as a TITAN Rank III."

There were gasps that filled the room, and some people swallowed in shock when they heard this! Everyone knew that the superhumans on Earth weren’t even strong enough to take on a TITAN Rank I yet! The strongest superhuman they had was the SSS Rank member of the Rulers, Stragga! So if they go into the Gate with only these numbers, there was no way they would make it out of there alive!

"You said the subordinates couldn’t go too deep into the Gate? Why is that?"

A Chinese woman raised her hand as she asked this, and Jason hesitated for a moment before he finally decided to just tell them.

"The pressure in the Gate was too much for some of my subordinates. The weaker ones died the moment they entered the Gate, and the stronger ones could only reach a certain point before they were discovered by the Gate mobs and killed."

"How strong were the mobs?"

"The mobs were around TITAN Rank I."

Another deep silence stretched across the room once Jason said this, and Jason could feel the sudden shock that passed through everyone once they heard how strong the mobs were! It was already scary enough to know that the Gate Boss was stronger than TITAN Rank II. Hearing that the regular mobs in the Gate were all stronger than the strongest superhumans in the world would shock anyone! But Jason knew it was necessary for them to hear this! The superhumans needed to know just how outmatched they were, and Jason wasn’t going to lie to them to try to make them feel more confident.

"How long do we have until the Gate Break?"

Jason turned to his left as he heard someone speak up, and Jason saw that it was Francis.
