Jason asserts his dominance over the world leaders, silencing their protests with Stella's power. He declares his intention to unify Earth under his rule, regardless of their resistance. Yulev Stragga confronts Jason, accusing him of tyranny and murder. Jason reveals he has resurrected Stragga's brother, Yuslev, as a subordinate, explaining that Yuslev was a mass murderer whom he executed and then raised from the dead. Jason issues a final warning to the leaders, threatening to eliminate anyone who hinders global progress.

In America, superhumans were treated quite differently compared to the rest of the world. While most nations utilized their superhumans as soldiers or segregated them, the leaders of those countries still ensured the well-being of both humans and superhumans. However, in America, President Ronald delegated the management of the superhuman populace to the head of the SMD and the Chief Commander of the Enforcers. Therefore, Jason understood that securing America's cooperation wouldn't necessitate direct negotiation with Ronald.

Jason was prepared to let Ronald bask in the limelight if he desired, but he would not permit the president to believe he held any special authority over Jason simply because America was his country.

"The warnings I've issued apply equally to you as they do to everyone else, Ronald. My sole commitment is to collaborate with the President of America. Should you prove to be a hindrance, I will readily work with whoever assumes that position next."

"!"

A tremor ran down Ronald's spine upon hearing the utter detachment in Jason's voice. Jason had casually mentioned his potential demise, yet spoke with the indifference of discussing mundane weather. It was as if the prospect of Ronald's death was hardly worth a second thought!

Naturally, Jason hadn't explicitly threatened to end Ronald's life. If Ronald became troublesome, Jason would simply facilitate his resignation. Ronald possessed limited influence within the superhuman community, rendering his actions relatively insignificant. However, to a normal human like Ronald, any pronouncement from Jason would invariably sound like a death sentence. He swallowed hard, slowly resumed his seat, and, nodding in agreement, conceded,

"Very well. Let us proceed under the assumption that we accept your proposal and agree to unite for greater strength. What precisely do you have in mind? How do you intend to elevate our world to become one of the strongest within this Domain?"

Agnes, the President of Germany, interjected, her characteristic frown firmly in place. Jason responded with a placid sigh, nodding in affirmation. Stella then reached for the briefcase Jason had brought, opening it to reveal a stunning, translucent blue stone: the Aqualith.

Jason calmly articulated his strategy.

"My plan is twofold. Firstly, we must diligently focus on enhancing our world's power level, enabling us to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with other Rank III worlds in this Domain. This requires transcending the notion of individual guilds and consolidating our strength by uniting our superhumans. Secondly, we must amass sufficient wealth to establish ourselves as a financial and economic juggernaut within this Domain. This crucial objective can be achieved through the invaluable stone presented here."

"What is this stone?"

The Russian president leaned forward, his gaze fixed with curiosity on the azure gem. Jason calmly provided the explanation.

"This is Aqualith. It's a precious, water-elemental mana stone exceptionally valuable for magic research and development. Centuries ago, it was exclusively found on a single world within the vast Primordial Expanse. However, at present, the race that once inhabited that world is extinct. Without delving into excessive detail, I happened upon a concealed deposit, granting me a complete monopoly over every remaining fragment of Aqualith within the Primordial Expanse."

Every leader in the hall turned their eyes towards the stone within the briefcase, their expressions intense, yet a palpable sense of doubt lingered among many. The leaders had no prior knowledge of Aqualith, and perceiving that they had been conducting magic research and development with standard mana stones, many found it difficult to believe this particular stone held such extraordinary value. However, President Agnes of Germany voiced the silent question on everyone's mind in a low tone.

"And precisely how much wealth can be generated from this... stone?"

Agnes gestured casually toward the stone, as if it were of little consequence, yet Jason merely offered a smile. He understood this mineral was the sole focus of the leaders' interest, and he had already completed all necessary calculations prior to his arrival. Based on the information he'd acquired, a single handful of Aqualith commanded a price ranging from three to five million gold coins, its value fluctuating with the quality of mining and processing. The raw Aqualith in Jason's possession would fetch approximately two million gold coins. When converted to dollars, this meant a handful of unprocessed Aqualith was worth around two billion dollars, while a processed, high-grade portion could command up to five billion dollars! Jason himself had been astonished at this figure initially, recognizing he had stumbled upon something truly extraordinary! If such a number could shock him, he knew the leaders would be utterly overwhelmed.

Jason indicated the Aqualith within the briefcase, speaking with practiced calm.

"This is two hundred grams of raw, unprocessed Aqualith, just enough to fit into one hand as it is now. This Aqualith would sell on the market for two million gold coins, and once processed, it would sell anywhere from three to five million gold coins. That would mean that in Earth’s currency, this stone would cost about two to five billion dollars."

Jason surveyed the leaders, who had been struck into a profound silence. He wasn't surprised to see a new emotion dawning in their eyes – greed! A faint, amused curl touched Jason's lips as he observed the raw, predatory avarice that had suddenly surfaced in every individual present! Even those not holding presidential titles, such as Cerci, the leader of Gaia, and Victoria, who helmed the Black Market Guild, could not mask their blatant desire upon hearing of the immense profits these stones could generate! Previously, everyone had dismissed Aqualith as just another mana stone, accustomed as they were to handling large quantities of mana stones from the Gates their guilds managed. However, at this moment, the leaders all grasped that Aqualith was an entirely different entity compared to those ordinary mana stones! Jason's assertion that this discovery could elevate their world to unprecedented financial heights was no mere exaggeration.

Cerci finally broke the silence.

"Jason, just how much of this stone do you possess? I presume it must be a significant quantity if you intend to use it as a primary medium of trade for Earth."

Jason let out a low hum as he leaned back, and Stella promptly secured the briefcase. Jason then resumed speaking.

"I have more than enough to distribute. My plan is to fully engage all your nations by providing substantial quantities of these stones for processing. Mark my words, I possess the means to process these stones myself, and as you can plainly observe, I am hardly lacking in manpower to handle this undertaking alone and claim all the profits. Therefore, by offering you this opportunity to collaborate, I am doing you a considerable favor. I am foregoing potential income from my own resources to ensure you are not left empty-handed. However, this venture will operate strictly on my terms. I will be expanding my guild, Monarch, to encompass all your territories. Major guild headquarters will be established in each of your capital cities, and these establishments will serve as crucial points of contact and exchange between Earth and travelers from other worlds."
