Huo Ziqian confronts his brother Ziyang for being with Tianxin, even resorting to violence. Tianxin shields Ziyang, declaring her love for him and refusing to leave his side. Despite Ping's attempts to mediate, Ziqian insists Tianxin return home. Ziyang and Tianxin manage to escape to a hotel room where Tianxin tends to Ziyang's injuries.

He feared losing her more than any physical pain. Such a loss would bring unbearable heartache, leaving him to wander this world like an empty shell.

"Let's head to the hospital. How could Brother Ziqian hit so hard? Your face is all swollen!" Tianxin trembled, clutching a towel, hesitant to touch his injury.

"It doesn't hurt," Ziyang replied, holding her hand. Her presence was all that mattered.

"Sister Ping and the others already know. My mom must know too," Tianxin said with a worried sigh.

"Don't be afraid, I'm right here," Ziyang assured her, standing up to embrace her.

"Brother Ziyang, I'm not scared! I won't let Dad hurt you!" Tianxin declared, hugging his waist tightly.

"Alright, I believe Tianxin can protect me!" Ziyang said with a happy smile.

"I'm going out to buy some medicine."

"Tianxin."

"I'm here, Brother Ziyang," Tianxin's voice was firm. She was determined to stay with Brother Ziyang, refusing any separation.

Ziyang held her close, wishing he could meld her into his very being.

Then no one could ever keep them apart, no force could tear them asunder!

She settled her two sons at home before rushing to Lin City.

Along the journey, a call from Ping informed her of everything that had transpired.

Indeed, her suspicions were confirmed: Ziyang and Tianxin were truly together!

Considering the recent shifts in Tianxin and Ziyang's demeanor, it was clear something significant had changed.

She realized she had been too unobservant.

Given Tianxin's lifelong devotion to Ziyang and his doting affection for her, their relationship hadn't outwardly changed much, which had prevented her from suspecting anything.

If she hadn't accidentally overheard their conversation outside Tianxin's room, she would still be unaware they were already a couple!

While their eventual union was a bit surprising, it wasn't entirely unforeseen.

Perhaps, deep down, she had always known Ziyang and Tianxin were meant to be.

Tianxin had been attached to Ziyang since childhood, and he had never dated anyone else...

Now it all clicked into place; they had both been patiently waiting for each other!

In truth, she didn't object to Ziyang and Tianxin being together, but their age difference and their identities presented significant complications.

Numerous obstacles stood between them, and these issues needed careful resolution.

The primary hurdle was Shaohua!

She couldn't help but wonder how Shaohua would react upon hearing this news.

She needed to hear what Ziyang and Tianxin had to say. Perhaps Tianxin was simply acting on a fleeting impulse.

Yet, she considered this unlikely. That girl, Tianxin, had expressed her desire to marry Ziyang since she was young.

Now that they were grown and together, Tianxin was clearly serious about her intentions.

Tian Xingyun couldn't help but let out a long sigh. Her precious daughter had undoubtedly presented her with a considerable challenge.

How would she explain this to the elders of the Huo Family? And she couldn't even begin to imagine the punishment Ziyang might face.

Ziqian accompanied Ping as they left the hospital, a bag in his hand.

The bag contained disinfectant and wound-care supplies, purchased for Ziyang.

Ping had stumbled earlier and scraped her knee, necessitating a trip to the hospital for treatment.

"Speak to Ziyang properly later. Don't start a fight over harsh words; he's your brother!" Ping advised, holding his arm.

"I hit him precisely because he's my brother. I wouldn't even bother with anyone else!"

"Can fighting truly solve problems? No! It's far better to have a calm, earnest conversation with him!"

"A beating might knock some sense into him, perhaps making him realize his place and stop meddling in things he shouldn't!"

"I disagree with you on this matter. There's nothing inherently wrong with Ziyang being with the young lady," Ping stated, halting their steps and gently holding him back.

She candidly shared her perspective with Ziqian. While initially surprised, she now believed there was nothing objectionable about Ziyang and Tianxin's union.
