Jiang Chen, possessing Cheng Jiashu’s body, attacked Fang Cheng in a dreamscape reenactment of the Gufeng Temple massacre. Cheng Jiashu’s residual consciousness fought for control, briefly revealing himself to Fang Cheng before Jiang Chen regained dominance. Jiang Chen unleashed a ferocious assault, overwhelming Fang Cheng with his power and forcing him into defensive maneuvers. Fang Cheng realized he couldn't win a prolonged fight and needed to end it quickly, but was hesitant to use lethal force to protect Cheng Jiashu’s consciousness. He countered Jiang Chen’s devastating attacks, evading and deflecting before closing the distance and executing a powerful throw and submission hold.
