Lin Fan effortlessly defeats Klaus's three lackeys, then uses two of them as human shields before brutally incapacitating the white man in the suit. Klaus attempts to shoot Lin Fan, but the bullet hits his own man. Lin Fan disarms the white man, incapacitates him, and then brutally beats Klaus, smashing his head against a glass desk until he agrees to a 10 million Euro deal and returns the money to Allen. Lin Fan then gives Lucy a gun to exact revenge on the white man who offended her.

A white man in a suit, accompanied by two underlings, walked into the bar and entered the hidden dance hall inside. At this moment, a young girl, only 17 years old, slowly walked onto the stage for her first performance, eliciting screams and applause from the audience below.

The white man in the suit paused, clearly captivated by the young woman on stage, and his eyes lit up. "This girl is not bad."

At this time, the door of the inside office opened, and the bar manager, Klaus, came out to greet the man in the suit. "Welcome, at last you’re here!"

The man in the suit was still looking at Lucy on stage, only giving a perfunctory greeting to Klaus.

Seeing this, Klaus smiled and said, "This is our new girl, an authentic American, first time on stage today. What do you think, interested?"

The man in the suit said, "Hmm, not bad, indeed."

Klaus immediately snapped his fingers, signaling an underling to bring Lucy over.

It was Lucy’s first time on stage today, and she was extremely nervous. She walked up timidly, constantly tugging at the corners of her overly skimpy outfit. Performing in so little clothing in front of a bunch of leering men was something she was not yet accustomed to.

When an underling came and said they wanted to take her off stage, Lucy was initially quite pleased, feeling relieved. Had the boss had a change of heart, sparing her from performing?

Little did she know, what came next was even more humiliating than performing on stage.

The underling led her to Klaus.

Klaus pointed to the man in a suit. "Tell Mr. Jack your name."

Lucy said, "My name is Kelly."

This was the alias the boss had given her. Here, she had no real name, or rather, the old Lucy was already dead, leaving no past behind. Only the present, where she was just a tool for the bar to make money, providing pleasure to men.

The man in the suit eyed her with interest. "I hear you’re from the States?"

Lucy said, "Yes."

The man in the suit reached out to touch Lucy’s cheek. "Heh, the girl is quite a beauty."

Lucy instinctively dodged his hand. Even though she was an exotic dancer, it didn’t mean men could just touch her. In fact, the bar had rules prohibiting patrons from groping the performers.

Seeing Lucy avoid him, the man in the suit didn’t give up. Instead, he grabbed Lucy’s hand, trying to pull her into his arms.

"Don’t do this," Lucy said disdainfully, shaking off his hand.

The man in the suit chuckled. "This girl has quite a spirit!"

Klaus said coldly, "Kelly, don’t offend Mr. Jack!"

Lucy was frightened inside. On one hand, she was disgusted by Mr. Jack’s groping, on the other, she was very afraid of Klaus. She felt awful, thinking it might be better to just perform on stage.

"Can I go back on stage, Mr. Klaus?" Lucy asked.

Klaus said, "No, you need to accompany Mr. Jack now. Understand? Stop being petty!"

The man in the suit smiled and pulled Lucy into his arms, holding her waist with one hand and touching her cheek with the other.

Because of her fear of Klaus, Lucy froze, not daring to move, feeling goosebumps rise all over as he stroked her face.

"Relax," the man in the suit joked. Seeing that Lucy did not dare to resist, he became even more brazen, holding her face and moving in close to kiss her.

Lucy felt nauseous, inwardly rejecting him. A nightmare scene flashed through her mind, causing her to almost instinctively react with anger.

"Get lost!" Lucy said with distaste, breaking away from the man with all her might.

The man in the suit was taken aback, not expecting Lucy to react so strongly. He was immediately displeased. "Hehe, a real feisty one, this girl!"

"What the hell are you doing?" Klaus was furious. Lucy’s behavior was a slap in his face.

Slap!

Klaus slapped Lucy across the face, then told a burly man standing nearby, "Take her out. You know how to handle it!"

The burly man came up and forcibly dragged Lucy away.

The man in the suit was truly upset. "Damned little whore, acting all pure and proper. You should be glad you’re not mine, or I’d show you what for!"

Klaus appeased him with a smile. "Let it go, Jack. I’ve already asked someone to teach her a lesson. It’s her first time out, and she hasn’t shaken off that bad temper. I’ll fix you up with another girl later. Do you prefer Eastern European, African, or Asian?"

The man in the suit said, "Asian, no way, I can’t stand Asians. Speaking of Asians, I recently had a funny experience..."

The two laughed and joked as they went into the office with arms around each other’s shoulders.

Until... Lin Fan walked in with Lucy, pushing the door open...

At this moment, Lucy looked at the white man in the suit on the ground, and her mind flashed back to that humiliating scene. Hatred gleamed in her eyes.

Unclear whether driven by this hatred or by the courage Lin Fan’s words had given her, she walked over and took the gun from Lin Fan’s hand.

Then, she approached the man in the suit, looking down at him from above, slowly raising the gun, its black barrel aimed at him.

She had previously been the weak girl he bullied, but now she was the reaper of his life. Whether he lived or died was entirely at her beck and call.

The white man in the suit was terrified. Originally knocked down by Lin Fan, he was both angry and fearful, looking to save face with words. But Lin Fan had directly handed the gun to Lucy. He had offended this girl before, nearly costing her an ear. Surely, she’d love to kill him.

"Calm down, don’t shoot!" the man in the suit immediately softened, giving a fawning laugh to Lucy, trying to please her.

Lucy did not speak, but her hand began to tremble. She was just a high school girl and had never killed anyone. Although this man was despicable, when it came down to it, she found she couldn’t do it.

Lin Fan said, "So, still feeling tough? Do you need me to wait?"

The man in the suit quickly said, "No, no, I’m sorry. I’m just here for business, just a client of Klaus. Whatever grudges you have are none of my concern. I was wrong to act rashly earlier, and I apologize. I promise I won’t bother you again. Please, spare me?"

Lin Fan sneered, "Coward, crumbles as soon as a gun is pointed at him?"

Lin Fan was mocking him because this man looked down on Asians. He’d even bragged about using a gun to scam an Asian and then laughed at how cowardly they were afterward.

Now, wasn’t he himself cowering with a gun aimed at him? Who was he to laugh at others?

The man in the suit knew Lin Fan was ridiculing him, but didn’t dare utter a word, just wore an awkward expression.

Lin Fan walked over, pressing his hand over Lucy’s, taking the gun from her hand.

Lucy burst into tears. "I can’t do it."

Lin Fan comforted her, "It’s alright."

He possessed top-notch insight and could see into Lucy’s heart. She must have experienced something terrifying, a potentially life-destroying blow. Saving her from her ordeal was easy for Lin Fan, but whether she could overcome her own shadows in the future was difficult.

She needed to pull the trigger to help herself grow stronger, but unfortunately, she was still too afraid. Maybe the time wasn’t right just yet...
