He knew that Su Wanyi hated being interrupted while working.
This time, fortunately, it was faster. After about ten minutes, Su Wanyi looked up and said to Ye Chen, "Hubby, I’m done."
"Alright, let’s go out for lunch then." Ye Chen checked the time, which was already noon.
"No, I’m a bit tired and don’t feel like eating." Su Wanyi shook her head.

He knew that Su Wanyi wasn’t unwilling to eat, but rather too exhausted from work to go out.

"What are you ordering? I just want to sleep." Su Wanyi waved her hand.
"You go ahead and sleep, I’ll wake you when it arrives." Ye Chen looked at the girl before him, feeling sorry for her.
Su Wanyi nodded and walked into another room.
The office was divided into two parts: an outside working area and an inner resting area.
Ye Chen didn’t follow Su Wanyi in; instead, he sat on the sofa outside waiting for the takeaway.
More than half an hour later, Ye Chen’s phone rang; he knew it was the delivery guy calling.
Understanding the difficulty of delivering food, he didn’t have the delivery guy bring it up but went downstairs to pick it up himself.
Ye Chen took the elevator back to the office with the takeaway and gave the delivery guy a Five-Star Review.
"Honey, your favorite grilled fish is here." Ye Chen whispered into Su Wanyi’s ear.
Su Wanyi rubbed her eyes, got up from the bed, and came out.
Initially, she wasn’t hungry, but as soon as she smelled the grilled fish, her stomach growled loudly.
"Honey, you’re working so hard; you should eat more." Ye Chen said while moving fish meat into Su Wanyi’s bowl.
"Hmm, you eat too." Su Wanyi nodded.
Watching Su Wanyi eat so much fish made Ye Chen very happy.
Even happier than if he were eating it himself.
"Honey, there’s something I need to tell you." Ye Chen suddenly said.
"What is it?" Su Wanyi asked after swallowing the fish.
"I’m flying to Xi’an this afternoon." Ye Chen said.
"Xi’an? How long will you be staying?" Su Wanyi was startled and then asked.
She didn’t ask why Ye Chen was going to Xi’an; she just wanted to know how long he would be away.
"Well, it’s hard to say. It depends on how smoothly things go over there." Ye Chen scratched his head.
For some reason, after hearing that Ye Chen was leaving, Su Wanyi’s appetite for the fish diminished instantly.
She took a few more bites and then put down her chopsticks.
"Hubby, I’m full, you go ahead and eat."
Ye Chen noticed the change in Su Wanyi’s mood.
"Don’t worry, I’ll come back as soon as I finish things up." Ye Chen said quickly.
"Hmm, there’s no need to hurry back." Su Wanyi forced a smile.
Her smile was very unnatural.
Previously, hearing Ye Chen’s departure news wouldn’t make Su Wanyi this upset.
But today, for some unknown reason, she was reluctant to let him go.
"What time is your flight?" Su Wanyi suddenly asked.
"I haven’t booked the ticket yet. I decided to take the private jet; it’s more convenient, and I want to spend more time with you." Ye Chen smiled.
Su Wanyi was touched by Ye Chen’s words.
"Great, my work’s finished too. I’ll go with you to pack your clothes." Su Wanyi said with a smile.
