A frigid expression settled upon Su Wanyi's face.
Her displeasure was palpable.

Reaching for her phone, Su Wanyi dialed Su Qing's number.
However, the call went unanswered, ringing endlessly on the other end.
"Could she be too ashamed to face my call?"
Ye Chen glanced at his phone's tracking software, his brow furrowing.
"Su Qing is currently at the Hongye Club."
The mention of Hongye Club caused Su Wanyi's countenance to blanch.
"Hongye Club belongs to Su Kai. Why would Su Qing be there?"
A frown creased Ye Chen's forehead as he stated, "If my assessment is correct, Su Qing might be in considerable danger right now."
He turned his gaze towards Su Wanyi.
After all, Su Qing was Su Wanyi's sister.
The decision on whether to intervene rested solely on Su Wanyi's shoulders.
Su Wanyi inhaled deeply. "Even though Su Qing betrayed me, the situation all began because of me. Ye Chen, please, help me save her."
Upon hearing her words, Ye Chen gave a decisive nod.

Ye Chen and Su Wanyi immediately drove towards the Hongye Hotel.
Nestled in the city's outskirts, the Hongye Hotel was an expansive, exclusive private club.
It was, in fact, one of Su Kai's establishments.
Meanwhile, within the hotel, Su Qing stood apprehensively before Su Kai.
"Young Master Su, I've fulfilled all your requests regarding my brother's predicament."
Su Kai regarded Su Qing with a mocking glint in his eyes.
"Regarding your brother's issue, rest assured, I will uphold my promise to you."
He continued, gesturing subtly, "Let's have a meal, share some wine, and then I'll provide you with the evidence of your brother's crimes."
Su Qing's brow furrowed. "Su Kai, you gave me your word."
Su Kai nodded, a smug smile playing on his lips. "Indeed, I did. Ah, Su Wanyi would never have anticipated such a betrayal from her closest friend. I wonder what her expression would be if she knew."
Su Qing's voice sharpened with displeasure. "Enough."
Su Kai chuckled softly. "Very well, Miss Su. Sharing a meal with me hardly seems like a difficult request. Once you drink this glass of wine, I shall present you with your brother's incriminating evidence."
Yielding to his words, Su Qing nodded. "You have my word."
Su Qing approached the table, picked up the wine glass, and drained it in a single gulp.
After finishing, Su Qing extended her hand expectantly. "Now, give me the evidence."
Su Kai drawled leisurely, "Miss Su, why the haste? Wouldn't it be more pleasant to sit and converse for a while?"
Su Qing's tone was laced with irritation. "What is there for us to discuss?"
Su Kai offered a slight smile. "We have a great many things to discuss, matters that adults are wont to discuss."
The implication of Su Kai's words caused Su Qing's expression to falter.
"Su Kai, what precisely do you mean by that?"
Su Kai gazed at Su Qing, a sinister smile spreading across his face.
"Su Qing, do you not feel an unusual heat spreading through your body? Does it feel akin to ants crawling all over your skin, urging you to tear off your clothes?"
Hearing his words, Su Qing's face contorted in alarm.
Indeed, she was beginning to feel an intense warmth enveloping her body.
"What did you do to me?" Su Qing demanded, her voice trembling.
Su Kai chuckled. "Nothing much, merely a special vintage of wine."
A searing heat consumed Su Qing, her throat feeling parched and dry.
"Bastard!" Su Qing yelped, turning abruptly and scrambling towards the door.
However, the door was firmly locked, barring her escape.
Su Kai rose from his seat, leisurely untying his tie. "Su Qing, the moment I first laid eyes on you, you captured my attention. With such a golden opportunity presented today, how could I possibly let it slip away?"
"Unhand me, you scoundrel!"
Su Qing retreated step by hesitant step.
Su Kai sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "Su Qing, relax. As long as you willingly share my bed tonight, I'll hand over your brother's criminal evidence."
"You vile wretch!" Su Qing attempted to shove Su Kai away.
Yet, a tingling sensation coursed through her entire body.
Su Kai, with a swift movement, scooped her up and tossed her onto a large bed nearby.
Su Qing's face contorted in distress as she gathered every ounce of her strength to cry out, "Help! Somebody, please help!"
"Su Qing, this is my domain. You could scream until your voice gives out, and not a single soul would come to your aid."
The certainty in Su Kai's voice plunged Su Qing into despair.
A profound regret washed over her for betraying Su Wanyi.
Even more agonizing was her foolish trust in this scoundrel's promises.
Tears welled in her eyes, blurring her vision.
She whispered, her voice choked with emotion, "Wanyi, I'm so sorry. I was wrong."
By this point, Su Kai had already removed his shirt.
His eyes, filled with a predatory hunger, were fixed upon Su Qing.

Su Kai's gaze fell upon Ye Chen and Su Wanyi, and a frown creased his features. "You managed to track us to this location?"
Su Wanyi fixed Su Kai with an icy stare. "Su Kai, I never imagined you possessed such a depraved nature."
Su Kai erupted into laughter. "Depraved? We are all members of the Su family, are we not? And why should all the Su family's assets fall under your sole ownership? I am merely reclaiming what is rightfully mine."
Observing Su Kai's continued unreasonableness, Su Wanyi let out a cold snort. "Yours? Grandpa already gave you what was rightfully yours. The fact that you didn't seize the opportunity and are now resorting to such actions is beyond me. How could someone like you emerge from our Su family?"
Su Kai cast a glance at Su Qing before erupting into laughter. "Su Wanyi, Su Wanyi, what can I say about you? You've been deceived, yet you're still helping them count their gains. Did you know? It was she who betrayed you."
At that moment, Su Qing lowered her head, too ashamed to even meet Su Wanyi's gaze.
Su Wanyi looked at Su Qing and spoke with gentle firmness. "That's true, being betrayed by a friend is incredibly unpleasant. However, she was once my closest friend, and I won't allow you to harm her."
With that declaration, Su Wanyi began walking towards Su Qing, step by deliberate step.
Tears welled up in Su Qing's eyes.

Su Wanyi sighed, her voice tinged with finality. "Su Qing, this is the last time I will help you. Look after yourself from now on."

"Wanyi, I'm so sorry..." Su Qing's tears began to fall uncontrollably.
Su Kai stated coldly, "Su Wanyi, do you really think you can take her away? This is my territory."
Ye Chen interjected from the side, "What's this? You want to fight?"
A flicker of apprehension crossed Su Kai's face as he looked at Ye Chen.
He then said with a cold sneer, "Hmph, you got a bit lucky. But the perfume formula is still with me, hahahaha."
Su Wanyi declared icily, "Su Kai, give it up. I really don't want to involve the police."
"Call the police? You think the police will believe you? Su Qing is your secretary. Do you honestly believe they'll take your side?"
Su Wanyi's brow furrowed. She hadn't anticipated her cousin would be so utterly shameless.
