Given Wanda's extraordinary condition, the presence of ordinary individuals posed a significant safety risk. Even a minor uncontrolled surge of her energy could prove fatal to everyone nearby.

Therefore, Dio understood the necessity of handling the entire process himself.

For precautionary measures, Dio summoned only Quicksilver, whose enhanced speed would be crucial in the event of any unforeseen complications.

With all arrangements finalized, Dio commenced the delivery process for Wanda's child personally.

Outside the villa, Quicksilver paced with palpable anxiety. The room's superior insulation prevented him from hearing Wanda's agonizing screams. However, the ensuing silence was even more torturous.

He was consumed by uncertainty regarding his sister's well-being and the survival of both mother and child.

As time wore on, the villa began to shudder with increasing frequency, emanating an unsettling aura.

Then, a thunderous roar!

An immense wave of energy erupted simultaneously!

Quicksilver felt an instinctive urge to rush inside and rescue them, but he was outmatched by the sheer velocity of the energy surge directed his way. More terrifyingly, Quicksilver found himself lifted off the ground, propelled several meters away from the villa before the destructive energy began its path of devastation.

Flora, fauna, and the very earth trembled…

The entirety of the island seemed to be subjected to an invisible crushing force before the energy dissipated into the surrounding water.

Pietro was fortunate to have been propelled out to sea, thus avoiding the brunt of the annihilating energy.

The unfolding events were undeniably terrifying! Yet, Quicksilver's focus remained solely on the safety of Wanda and her newborn.

He instantly zipped back to his previous vantage point before the energy explosion.

He observed that the villa had completely vanished, along with the superalloy delivery room.

Wanda now lay on the ground, with a pale-faced Dio kneeling beside her.

"Wanda! Dio!" Pietro cried out, sprinting towards them. He first assessed Wanda's condition, confirming she had merely fainted and sustained no other injuries. His attention then turned to Dio, whom he found covered in blood and in a precarious state.

Dio weakly raised a hand, extending his arms as if to shield something, just as a baby's cry pierced the air.

Overwhelmed, Pietro teared up, his body trembling. He yearned to embrace the infant but hesitated, unsure of the propriety of such an action.

"Are you alright?" Pietro inquired of Dio.

Dio shook his head, his gaze now fixed entirely on the young boy cradled in his arms, whose smile was utterly radiant.

Wanda's energy had been completely depleted at the precise moment the child was born. Dio had intended to move the infant to a secure location before Wanda's powers could spiral out of control, but he had been too late!

The surge of power upon the child's birth blindsided him! Even Dio, with his ability to halt time, struggled against the outburst. To shield Wanda and their newborn, Dio invoked [King Crimson]'s Time Erasure ability. This power, however, was directed not at himself, but at his infant child, a precaution born from uncertainty about whether Wanda's final energy wave might unleash indiscriminate destruction upon the baby.

Thankfully, the situation resolved favorably. Wanda's residual energy surge possessed the power to annihilate anything it touched, yet it left her completely unharmed. Even so, Dio sustained injuries from the incident.

Though the island lay in ruins, the outcome was deemed a worthy sacrifice. Gazing at his infant, Dio summoned [The World] and employed its Reality Overwrite ability to mend his wounds.

Dio remained convinced that within the Marvel Universe, no one could truly fell him unless their attack resulted in instant death. Wanda had come perilously close just moments ago, but ultimately, it had not been enough.

"Tony has arrived."

The distinct sound of a jet descending from the heavens announced Tony's presence. He arrived with his own medical team, concerned for his friend. However, the events Dio endured today only solidified Tony's apprehension about fatherhood.
