"So you’re the only one left."

The two of us both teased the chancellor as we sipped our drinks.

With how busy the wedding had been, Noah had never gotten the chance to have a proper bachelor party. He had to keep running around planning everything for the wedding, so there was no time for him to gather his friends with him.

Of course, we had also been running around at the same time.

Which was why we finally held it after the wedding was over.

It wasn’t really a bachelor party anymore since he was already married, but it was still important to have a guy’s night like this.

However, it wasn’t as if there were many people that could come out with us in the first place.

I was a king and he was a prime minister, everything was complicated with the people that we worked with. The only one that was considered a friend and could come with us was the chancellor.

"That’s not true, there’s still him that hasn’t gotten married yet."

The one that the chancellor referred to was Alidus, but Alidus didn’t seem bothered by this.

The two of us also ignored this as we kept teasing the chancellor.

"You’re the only one of our original group that still hasn’t found anyone yet. Are you really going to work yourself to death like this?"

"I realize now how things seem to glow after you get married. You should come to this side soon."

The chancellor just gave a bitter smile hearing this.

His situation was different since he wasn’t someone from the Kite Kingdom in the first place. He was a former prince from another kingdom that had been absorbed into the Kite Kingdom.

Normally, he shouldn’t have even had a position like this if not for Noah, the prime minister sticking up for him.

Which just made it hard for him to find someone since he knew that they were either approaching him for his status or they were approaching him to use him. They wanted to use the fact that he was a former prince for certain things.

Of course, the chancellor made sure to deal with all those people properly since they were a threat.

But that just made it hard for him to date at all.

"What if we set you up?"

"With who?" The chancellor didn’t ask this as if he was asking a serious question. He was asking this in a rhetorical way since he knew that they wouldn’t actually be able to introduce anyone to him.

After a pause, I turned to look at Noah to ask, "What happened to your admirer?"

A wry smile appeared on Noah’s face the moment that he heard this.

No one had to ask anything since everyone knew who I was referring to.

"She came to the wedding, you should have already seen her. Only it didn’t seem like she did anything."

Thinking about it, I realized that he was right.

I had seen her, but she had been hanging around Ariel the entire time that I almost forgot about her.

Dicus had shown interest in Noah before, but now it was as if she was doing all that she could to keep herself hidden.

With how things looked, I really thought that she would have done more for this love of hers. However, it turned out that she just accepted Noah’s wedding and moved on in the end.

Since that was the case...

"What do you think?" I asked the chancellor.

Noah also quickly nodded in agreement to this, but he was a bit too eager about this matter. It made it clear that he had ulterior motives in agreeing to this.

It seemed like he wanted to dump Dicus onto someone else, namely the chancellor.

But the chancellor just shook his head and said, "I don’t think we’re right for each other. How about Brother Alidus instead?"

Alidus who had been keeping his head ducked to avoid being caught up in this jolted when he heard this. He looked up and shook his head before awkwardly saying, "I don’t think we’re right for each other either. After all, we come from two completely different races that aren’t compatible at all."

He was doing all that he could to avoid being introduced to her.

It was almost as if Dicus was being treated like a hot potato that no one wanted to touch.

Of course, none of us would have said any of this if we weren’t joking around. It was only because there were guys here and we were drinking that we were making jokes like this.

However, there was one thing that I wanted to add, "You shouldn’t underestimate her."

A bitter look appeared on Noah’s face when he heard this.

In the end, he just said, "I am loyal to my wife."

I shook my head this time with a smile.

I had once thought that, but it really was hard to maintain a thought like that in this world. At the same time, it wasn’t as if the people of this world were really against polygamy since they were influenced by the game that this world had once been.

Still, Noah just firmly said how much he loved his wife and he wouldn’t do anything to harm her.

When I came back to my senses, I found that I was in a bedroom and it seemed like I was being tied up. In front of me were a few familiar faces and it seemed like they were ready for something.

This certainly was different from how it had been in the past, but it wasn’t as if I was against it.
