Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure Chapter 2199: A bit slow (3)

"Huff, huff."
Not many remained within my domain.
After Old Man Lancelot grasped the concept, a few others discerned some clues as well. Once they achieved this, the sole remaining task was for them to process this information and understand its application to their individual divine energy.
Consequently, all of them departed my domain to ponder and figure things out independently.
Those still present were the ones who hadn't uncovered anything, hence their continued search for the hints I had provided.
However, amongst them, one individual was truly faltering. It appeared he was quite unable to grasp anything from my demonstrations.
Despite his utmost effort...
From my observation, it seemed his intensive effort was precisely what impeded his progress.
The harder he strained to see past these artifices, the less he could actually perceive them. It genuinely felt as though he was harming himself by trying so valiantly to decipher these complexities.
"Could it be his inherent nature? From the outset, he possesses the mindset of a warrior," I couldn't help but murmur to myself, witnessing Alidus's significant struggle.
As everyone else gradually gained understanding, I felt a pang of sympathy for him.
After all, it was undeniably difficult to be the sole person making no headway while observing everyone else advance. There was no question he must be feeling immense pressure from the way he was forcing himself.
Thus, after careful consideration, I ceased the formation of the daggers.
"What is it?" Alidus inquired upon noticing this, but I offered no reply.
Instead, I gestured with my hand, conjuring something entirely different.
"What are you creating now?" Alidus immediately questioned as these new entities materialized, yet I remained silent, directing them to attack him.
This time, Alidus appeared more engaged, watching these figures assault him.
It seemed he had finally achieved a breakthrough.
It would be quite problematic if this novel training regimen I devised specifically for him proved ineffective.
However, with that sudden spark of insight in his eyes, it appeared he was indeed beginning to grasp the essence of the matter.
What I had manifested were numerous puppets, launching an assault on Alidus.
The method these puppets employed, however, was no ordinary means of attack.
They were utilizing the very same approach Alidus used. Or, more accurately, they were employing his martial arts techniques.
This was a unique technique, exclusively used by the giants, enabling them to emulate animalistic fighting styles.
This implied that the puppets were not perfectly replicating this technique.
Even after observing this technique numerous times, it remained a method exclusive to the giants, one I could not fully learn. Simultaneously, my capabilities with creation divine energy were limited.
Therefore, the puppets simply could not match Alidus in their execution of this technique.
Yet, there was one crucial aspect they possessed that Alidus lacked.
They understood the proper utilization of divine energy.
Once integrated into the technique he employed, Alidus would find it incredibly difficult to overlook this.
"So, it's like this..." I could hear him softly muttering as he battled the puppets I had created.
His voice even carried a subtle tone of enjoyment.
While engaged in this combat, it seemed he was gradually integrating the method I intended for him to learn into his own techniques. Minor imperfections remained, but his learning pace was remarkably swift.
This prompted me to abruptly halt the puppets' actions.
"What's wrong? Why have you stopped?"
Alidus's voice clearly betrayed his disappointment as he spoke. Hearing this, a wry smile touched my lips, though I kept my true sentiments concealed.
Instead, I simply stated, "You have attained the same level as the others. It is time for you to review and reflect."
"Huh?" Alidus gazed down at his hands, as if trying to perceive something, yet his expression indicated he did seem to grasp the truth of my words.
Nevertheless, a part of him couldn't resist asking, "Could you perhaps continue for just a little longer?"
My immediate impulse was to strike him.
After all, this endeavor was not exactly effortless for me.
It was solely due to our close friendship that I was even willing to undertake such a task at all.
Creating weapons and hurling them was one thing; fabricating these puppets capable of executing specific techniques was an entirely different matter.
The expenditure of divine energy involved was on a vastly different scale.
Thus, the fact that I was undertaking all of this for him was already an exceptional gesture, and he still had the audacity to request more.
"Just go and study by yourself." My words were delivered in a cold tone.
Alidus didn't seem particularly bothered by my dismissive remark as he departed with his relic. However, as he walked away, I noticed a shift in his expression as his gaze remained fixed upon the sacred artifact.
It appeared he had reaped significantly more benefits from this training session compared to the others.
Then again, if he hadn't gained all of this after I poured so much effort into his tutelage...
"Let us hope he applies the lessons learned effectively."
