The Chilami Clan discusses the surprising strength of Su Ming after he defeated Asya. Meanwhile, Pamie completes modifications on the Purgatory Blade mecha with a new Heart of Dimension, and Kross watches combat footage of Su Ming's victory. The Dark Star Emperor also learns of Asya's death and begins to see Su Ming as a potential threat, reminiscent of the Dragon String Council President.

"Indeed, to show off is to court death!"

Roglian nodded in agreement.

The vast expanse of the starry sky beyond the Cui Lan Star Defense Line.

Within the heart of the Erosion Sun Fortress.

Fadale delivered his report to Deputy Clan Leader Elorazad.

"Lord Elorazad, I bring the latest intelligence! Forces from the Chilami and the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country sustained injuries at the Nether Moon Star Defense Line, and Federation Admiral Su Ming has personally killed Captain Asya of the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country."

"What was that? Asya was actually killed by Su Ming?"

Deputy Clan Leader Elorazad expressed considerable astonishment at this revelation.

"That is correct,"

Fadale confirmed with a grave tone.

"Failing to eliminate that scoundrel Su Ming back then was a grave error."

"My Lord, the Federation's growth is accelerating. We must seize this opportunity to launch our attack."

"Nonsense, do you believe I am unaware of this fact?"

Deputy Clan Leader Elorazad retorted, his voice tinged with irritation.

At that very moment, an Elder Temshi, a VI-type Heroic Level being, descended. It was a terrifying sight, a mechanical flying insect form reaching a hundred meters in height. Its sinister head was adorned with ruby-like mechanical eyes, and its maw gaped open, revealing rows of menacing mechanical fangs. Its entire being was forged from a distinctive black metal, etched with intricate, unique patterns. A dark red spark pulsed within its chest, and its formidable claws emanated a special luminescence.

Deputy Clan Leader Elorazad turned his head, his gaze falling upon Elder Temshi, and he spoke with a fierce, demanding tone.

"Temshi, why are you only arriving now?"

"I was detained by certain unavoidable matters,"

Temshi responded in a raspy voice.

"Hmph, I shall overlook it for the moment. Where are Cattan and the others?"

Elorazad glanced around, noticing the absence of any other elders, and inquired.

The Mechanical Clan, much like the Chilami Clan, was comprised of a total of five elders, all of whom were VI-type Heroic Level entities.

"Cease your searching; they will not be joining us."

Temshi replied gruffly.

"What did you say?"

Deputy Clan Leader Elorazad demanded, his voice rising in anger upon hearing Temshi's words.

"They have departed for another universe."

Temshi stated in a deep, resonant voice.

"What? Daring to disregard the Clan Leader's explicit orders!"

Elorazad nearly spewed blood at Temshi's declaration; those traitors had actually fled.

It must be acknowledged that Elorazad himself harbored a desire to escape as well, but alas, his Mechanical Spark was held under the direct control of the Clan Leader. Should he attempt to sever that connection, he would face either certain death or permanent crippling, irrevocably shattering any aspirations for future advancement.

"Discussing their actions now is futile; they may have already vanished into the distant void."

Elder Temshi also wore an expression of considerable vexation; those peers had deserted him.

"A curse upon the Golden Giant God·Kemovaniu then!"

Elorazad inquired furiously.

"I cannot establish contact with him. My attempts to send multiple messages have yielded no response."

Elder Temshi replied somberly.

Fadale felt a wave of bewilderment upon hearing Elder Temshi's report. With merely one of the five Elders from the Mechanical Clan present, how could they possibly hope to prevail in this impending conflict?

Elorazad let out an enraged roar.

"That detestable Kemovaniu!"

"Lord Elorazad, anger will not alter the circumstances. We must deliberate on our next course of action,"

Temshi urged Elorazad.

"You ask me? Whom else am I to inquire of? The war has escalated to this critical stage, and yet only one of the five elders has appeared. Furthermore, Pamie, who bears the responsibility for command, has been conspicuously absent."

Elorazad was on the verge of exploding with fury; with no one in their designated positions, he was the sole, foolish individual leading the troops into battle, incurring devastating losses.

Just then, a deep, resonant voice echoed through the chamber.

"Elorazad, why the undue haste?"

As Elorazad and Temshi registered the voice, they turned to observe Pamie making his entrance.

"Pamie, what game are you playing, appearing now when the war has been raging for so long?"

"What is the urgency to engage in battle? The first to penetrate the Federation's heartland merely becomes a target. Let the Dark Star Empire, the Chilami, and the Heavenly Revelation Divine Country serve as cannon fodder; why should we not allow it?"

Pamie countered with icy indifference.

"Hmph, Asya has met her demise. Do you still imagine those two foolish factions will breach their defenses?"

Elorazad scoffed contemptuously.

"They are not as feeble as you perceive. Ultimately, they shall break through; our task is simply to await that moment."

"Pamie, I issue a stern warning: should this war falter and the Clan Leader hold us accountable, even you will not escape retribution."

"If your confidence is already so diminished, what purpose does engaging in this fight serve?"

Pamie replied, utterly unfazed.

"You!"

Elorazad's rage intensified further upon hearing Pamie's dismissive words, feeling utterly belittled.

Witnessing the escalating tension and the imminent clash between the two, Temshi hastily intervened, attempting to mediate.

"Lord Elorazad, Lord Pamie, I implore you, cease this bickering and maintain your composure! Our fates are intertwined; should events unfold unfavorably and we find ourselves unable to account for our actions to the Clan Leader, our very sparks will face grave peril!"

“Very well, your suggestion shall be followed. I am eager to witness the maneuvers of you, the so-called omniscient God of Wisdom. Should this endeavor falter, the Clan Leader will not need to intervene; I shall be the first to settle the score with you!” Elorazad declared with malice. Pamie responded with icy indifference, “As you wish.” ...
