Angulat’s senses were on high alert, his hand blade a constant defense, yet he was rapidly overpowered and forced to retreat further.
Meanwhile, Mia and her squad, witnessing Angulat’s disadvantage, unleashed a barrage of beam attacks from a distance.
“Insolent insects, perish all of you!”
Remwaco cast a glance, the trajectories of the incoming beams instantly analyzed. He then sent Angulat flying with a swift slash, dodged the barrage, and unleashed a concentrated Kais Beam to sweep across the attacking mechas.
Boom~
Nearly a hundred mechas were caught in the blast, detonating one after another!
“Damn it!”
Angulat activated a Light Speed Fold Flash, vanishing and reappearing beside Remwaco, his right-hand blade arcing towards Remwaco’s head.
Remwaco’s crimson eyes flared as he raised his Touch Blade, parrying the strike with ease. He then turned his head, his massive maw opening to reveal vicious fangs, as he began to gather energy.
Angulat’s expression turned grim. He operated the Divine Warrior Mecha, delivering a powerful kick to Remwaco’s body, pushing him back and using the momentum to create distance.
At this moment, swarms of mecha-piloting soldiers surged forward, unleashing a hail of gunfire at Remwaco.
Whoosh whoosh!
A torrent of beams rained down, aimed at Angulat.
Angulat’s power surged. He opened his mouth, emitting a special wave that expanded outwards.
Instantly, mecha drivers below Fourth Generation had their bodies rupture, their cockpits splattered with blood and gore.
“Ahhh!”
Agonized screams erupted over the communication channel.
Seeing her subordinates annihilated, Mia’s fury ignited. Her eyes flashed with a crimson hue as she piloted the Red Angel directly at Remwaco, her weapon slashing fiercely at his form.
For a fleeting moment, ripples distorted Remwaco’s AT Barrier Clothing.
Remwaco abruptly turned his head to fix his predatory gaze upon Mia.
Mia decisively executed a Light Speed Fold Flash, disappearing from sight.
“Seeking death!”
Remwaco swung his Touch Blade, cleaving through the empty space.

The Red Angel materialized abruptly, transforming into a streak of light before crashing violently into a meteorite, shattering it to pieces. Electric arcs flickered around the mecha.
However, a closer inspection revealed the Red Angel had not sustained a fatal blow; Mia had used her weapon for a desperate block at the moment of impact.
General Angulat quickly piloted the Divine Warrior, charging to engage Remwaco. Allowing the enemy to slaughter freely would surely lead to disaster.
Spotting Angulat’s renewed assault, Remwaco transformed into a terrifying blur of light, his wings propelling him forward.
The two mechas flashed past each other.

A deep scar was instantly etched onto the Divine Warrior.
Angulat’s heart constricted with alarm.
At that critical juncture, Remwaco swiftly circled around, launching another assault, his Touch Blade slashing furiously at Angulat.
Angulat struggled to parry the relentless onslaught, but just as he was being overwhelmed, a beam suddenly sliced through the starry void, striking Remwaco directly.

Remwaco spun his head around, his eyes blazing with fury.
It was Admiral Xinlad, piloting the Pseudo-VI Generation Mecha, Black Dragon’s Fang, who had arrived at high speed. He immediately declared his support to General Angulat.
“Sir, I am here to assist you!”
“Watch out!”
Angulat warned Xinlad.
At this point, Remwaco violently shoved Angulat aside and savagely engaged Xinlad, his Touch Blade a whirlwind of swift slashes.
Xinlad’s expression turned grave. He maneuvered the Black Dragon’s Fang to evade the furious attack, seizing the opportunity to swing his black blade towards Remwaco’s body.

Remwaco pierced through Xinlad’s feint, raising another Touch Blade to intercept the blow.
Xinlad’s heart pounded violently. He rapidly executed a Light Speed Fold Flash, reappearing beside Angulat, his face ashen as if he had seen a ghost.
“General Angulat, this adversary is truly unnerving; it feels as though he anticipates our every move.”
Angulat’s expression shifted, and he then conveyed to Xinlad.
“Assist me in the attack, but try to avoid close-quarters combat!”
“Understood!”
Xinlad responded with grim determination.

Legion Commander Qian Lin observed the intense battle unfolding between Angulat, Xinlad, and Remwaco. He sighed softly and turned to Admiral Hayes.
“Lord Hayes, even with Admiral Xinlad’s intervention, it appears General Angulat is still finding it exceedingly difficult to contend with Elder Remwaco alone.”
“Ah, very well. I shall make an appearance then!”
With a sigh that conveyed his resignation, Hayes let out a puff of smoke.
“I’m very grateful,” he said to Legion Commander Qian Lin, who responded with a respectful nod.
Hayes proceeded directly onto the moving platform, and with that, it began its descent.

It was then that he caught sight of Remwaco’s intensely red eyes. A sudden thought struck him, and he swiftly commanded Aifulin and the rest, “Aifulin, target Remwaco’s eyes with your beams!”
“Understood!”
Aifulin unleashed a volley of beams directly at Remwaco’s eyes.
Remwaco’s sight was instantly overwhelmed by a crimson haze, and he instinctively recoiled from the attack.
