Sigurd received awards for eliminating V-Type Hero Level Kadeco during the Wormhole battle, with thrilling footage captivating the crowd. Gabres was honored with Sun Badges for destroying V-Type Heroes Youke and Tailu Li in brutal displays. Mo Xiu ascended to claim three Sun Badges for vanquishing Royal Knights and an Undead commander, sparking speculation on the top earner. Finally, Su Ming took the platform as Ferisian announced his eliminations of Holy Temple Knight Arubi and VI-type Lord Chilami Bucheen, met with fervent applause despite edited highlights.

Right then, Gabres drew in a deep breath. He was aware that Su Ming had slain a VI-type Lord Level Fremeka and knew exactly how it met its end. Yet, he never imagined Su Ming pulling it off personally, especially with the footage displaying a V Generation Mecha thrusting through a VI-type Lord Level monster in a single lethal strike. Gabres shot Su Ming a thumbs-up and showered him with praise.

"Amazing!"

Hearing Gabres's praise, Su Ming felt mortified, his toes curling as if ready to burrow a three-bedroom apartment straight into the earth.

Meanwhile, Mo Xiu and the others watched the footage, unable to suppress their grins.

Common citizens and officers with shallow knowledge found the video thrilling, which came as no surprise. But those in the know, like them, realized the profound risks and intricacies at play.

Thankfully, Ferion pressed on with his report at that juncture.

"Admiral Su Ming, during the Saint Mandy Planet battle, killed Holy Temple Knight Baylot!"

The screen shifted instantly, capturing Su Ming in the Pseudo-VI-type Biological Mecha·Ilyas, dominating Baylot with overwhelming force.

Su Ming breathed a quiet sigh of relief.

"Admiral Su Ming, during the defense of Starlight City, killed VI-type General Level Aimont!"

"Admiral Su Ming, during the Bright Star Sea battle, killed VI-type Lord Level Fremeka!"

Ferion continued announcing Su Ming's feats to the assembly.

"So many?"

The crowd stood dumbfounded.

Ferion then addressed everyone with fervor.

"The above represent merely a fraction of Admiral Su Ming’s illustrious deeds. Innumerable foes and aliens have perished by his hand. Behold our hero! Strength without equal! Let us roar in celebration for him!"

The on-site attendees and broadcast viewers exploded into cheers, their pent-up fervor unleashing in wild shouts.

"Hero! Hero! Hero!"

...

Su Ming gazed at the thrilled officers and the roaring masses beyond the plaza. For an instant, he zoned out, flooded by recollections that whisked him back through time.

That's when Long Bai approached Su Ming with elegant poise.

Yun Rou stood respectfully nearby, tray in hand.

Long Bai selected each Sun Badge and affixed them one after another to Su Ming’s chest.

Now, seven Sun Badges adorned Su Ming’s chest: three red suns and four black suns.

Among these seven Sun Badges, four consisted of Titanium Stone, three of Eternal Metal, each bearing unique designs.

Just then, their gazes met.

Su Ming regarded Long Bai with a subtle smile, snapping a salute with his raised hand.

Long Bai gave Su Ming a gentle nod in reply.

Su Ming then retreated, positioning himself amid Mo Xiu and Gabres.

Long Bai raised her gaze to the assembly and declared officially.

"The awarding ceremony concludes. Offer our hero a thunderous applause in tribute. They are the guardians of the Federation, the shield of our homeland!"

Clap! Clap!

Thunderous applause once more engulfed the venue.

Su Ming and his comrades offered deep bows to all, then departed the stage neatly amid a barrage of camera flashes.

Once off the platform,

Mia, Ferion, Jone, Rhein, and the rest clustered around Su Ming. Su Mulong and the elders observed from afar, granting the youth their moment.

"Wow, so many Sun Badges!"

"Boss, you’re incredible!"

...

Rhein and the others burst out in excited exclamations.

"Not too bad."

Su Ming replied with a light laugh.

"By the way, boss, why are the patterns and materials of your Sun Badges different? They’ve even got gold!"

Rhein and the group inquired with curiosity.

"I’m not quite sure myself."

Su Ming admitted, equally baffled.

Ferion then turned to Su Ming.

"You don’t understand. Let me explain a bit. Although they are all suns, there are differences. The Sun Badges awarded for V Generation Mechas and V-type Monsters are made of Titanium Stone. The badges for Pseudo-VI Generation Mechas, VI-type Generals, and Lord Level are made of Eternal Metal. The badges for VI Generation Mechas and VI-type Heroic Levels are made of Level 6 Black Energy Crystals. As for the patterns on the badges, they represent the origin of each badge."

"I see. What if it’s a higher level?"

Su Ming questioned with interest.

"For a Deputy Clan Leader of the Alien Race or above Emperor Level, they give a Crown Badge."

Ferion clarified for Su Ming.

"There’s even a crown!"

Su Ming exclaimed in shock.

"But don’t even think about it. Even the Dragon String Council President only has one crown."

Ferion warned Su Ming.

Mia eyed the seven Sun Badges gleaming on Su Ming’s chest and voiced her envy.

"Seven, I’m so envious."

"Mia, Su Ming has seven Sun Badges. You don’t even have one. How can you claim to be his teacher? If I were in your position, I’d teach too!"

Aifulin mocked Mia scornfully.

"Get lost!"

Mia snapped back in annoyance.

Suddenly, a commanding voice boomed.

"Everyone, quiet down!"

The clamor subsided gradually as all eyes turned to the podium.

Ferion positioned himself on the stage, addressing the gathering.

"I now announce something significant."

Ferion's declaration drew every gaze fixated on him.

Mo Xiu, Xinlad, and others grew taut with anticipation, the pivotal moment arriving.

"With the Federation’s continuous development and expansion, the seven Generals are becoming insufficient to support it. Therefore, the Federation Government has decided to appoint two more Generals!"
