Su Ming’s expression turned grim as he braced for the oncoming assault, preparing to command Ilyas to weather the incoming fire.
Just then, a terrifying beam of pure white light swept across the battlefield from the side.

Taken aback, Su Ming quickly regained his composure, maneuvering Ilyas to dodge the rain of lasers while casting his eyes toward the source of the blast.
He was left stunned; the mysterious entity had emerged from the distance. Now, he could clearly discern its form: a white, skeletal head reminiscent of a moth, adorned with sharp bone teeth and eyes that shimmered like radiant gemstones.
Suddenly, a stream of virtual notifications flickered across his visual interface.
“Warning: Unknown life form detected.”
“Warning: Unprecedented unknown biological reaction detected!”
“Alert: Identity unrecognizable!”
“Alert: Auto-naming · Bai Yuyi!”

“Damn it, you are ruining everything!”
The Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader was enraged by this sudden turn of events, immediately pivoting all batteries and opening numerous launch ports.

A relentless barrage poured toward Bai Yuyi.
The massive creature suddenly contracted until it was only one hundred twenty meters long, moving with such speed that it blurred like an afterimage to evade the fire. It gathered energy once more, unleashing a blinding white beam that tore through the stars and struck the Grey Angel’s Klein Barrier.

A colossal explosion echoed, blooming like a cross in the void.
The Klein Barrier buckled under the strain.
The Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader was left momentarily dazed.
“Am I hallucinating? Is it actually aiding us?” Celeste questioned in total disbelief.
“Regardless, let us deal with the Deputy Clan Leader first!” Su Ming was shocked, yet he quickly focused. This was the perfect opportunity to strike the leader down.
He guided Ilyas to raise the Dragon Base Spear, launching a ferocious strike that hammered into the Grey Angel, piericing its Klein Barrier once more.

The barrier flickered and groaned under the pressure.
“Damn you!”
Staggering from the hit, the Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader was forced to divert some of his firepower to ward off Su Ming.
Su Ming hastily pulled back to avoid the incoming fire.
At that precise moment, the markings on Bai Yuyi pulsed again, channeling another dazzling bolt of white energy.

The Grey Angel’s Klein Barrier shuddered violently.
Growing desperate, the Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader frantically pushed the Metal Sparks to their limit. Instantly, jagged metal spikes erupted from the hull of the Grey Angel, and a multitude of Mechanical Eyes blinked into existence.
The leader pushed his processing power to the maximum, locking his sights onto both Su Ming and Bai Yuyi.

A storm of lasers, missiles, and spikes pelted the pair.
Su Ming maneuvered Ilyas to retreat through the barrage, gasping for breath as he was forced onto the defensive. Even though Bai Yuyi was remarkably fast, some attacks clipped its Stance Outer Garment, leaving faint ripples behind. Enraged, the creature let its jacaranda-blue markings erupt with overwhelming light. Its biological signatures spiked, causing the very space around it to distort. Like a bolt of white destructive radiance, it hurled itself at the Grey Angel.
Crack!
The collision against the Klein Barrier was instantaneous.
The field distorted heavily under the impact.
Watching the scene, Celeste shouted with newfound hope, “Su Ming, it is about to break!”
Su Ming’s gaze sharpened, and he poured every ounce of his energy forward. Ilyas’s own biological readings surged, crackling with dark lightning as he transformed into a black streak, charging toward the Grey Angel with his Dragon Base Spear leveled for the kill.
“Break!”

The Klein Barrier shattered into shards with a deafening roar.
The Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader panicked as the wall protecting him fell. He scrambled to command his mechanical insects and puppet mechas to intercept Su Ming and Bai Yuyi.
Rhein and the others seized the moment, rushing forward to engage the incoming mechanical swarm.
“Quick, wipe them out!”

Inside the Central Control Room of the Doomed Light, the operator updated Li Menghan.
“All ports are armed; our final reserve of Nuclear Bomb Missiles is ready.”
“Open fire!” Li Menghan commanded without hesitation.
“Understood!” the operator shouted, teeth gritted.
The Doomed Light unleashed its full arsenal.

The missiles streaked across the cosmos, tearing into the ranks of the puppet mechas.

The mechanical legion was sent into total disarray.
Seeing his forces flagging, the Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader was left with no choice but to concentrate all remaining interceptor cannons and Mechanical Eyes on Su Ming and Bai Yuyi, praying he could force them back.
Instead of yielding, Su Ming held his ground, commanding Ilyas to endure the attacks as he charged a devastating Kais Beam.
Bai Yuyi followed suit, gaping its maw to accumulate a beam of pure destructive force.

A combined black-and-white beam converged upon the massive hull of the Grey Angel.

The explosion was cataclysmic.
A massive, gaping wound was torn into the Grey Angel’s armor.
Terror seized the Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader as he frantically diverted power to his vessel. The black metal skin began to writhe, attempting to patch the damage at high speed.
“Su Ming, charge in now!” Celeste cried out in desperation.
Su Ming’s eyes hardened, transforming Ilyas into a shadow of black light as he surged forward.
“You won't get the chance!”
The Eshifar Deputy Clan Leader desperatey unleashed every remaining cannon and Mechanical Eye he had, throwing everything he possessed at Su Ming in a final stand.
