Amon attends a domain lord's meeting and recognizes Hai Di as the Dark God. The other domain lords, Lang Man and Yao Ai, question Amon's presence and his possession of the Small World Ring. The meeting itself proves to be a sham, with no real resolutions. Unexpectedly, the mysterious ruler, Mo Wang, makes an appearance, revealing himself to be a great demon lord, much to the domain lords' surprise and reverence.

Du Ji and Xin Rong knelt alongside their lords, and Amon mirrored them. He gazed toward the man seated on the throne. The chamber was dimly lit, yet Amon’s vision, accustomed to darkness, had no trouble discerning shapes. However, the figure on the throne remained indistinct, as if shrouded by an ethereal veil.

Mo Wang arose and approached. Amon observed everyone else lowering their heads. Despite his curiosity about Mo Wang's appearance, he too bowed his head, unwilling to risk offending the realm's ruler for a simple glimpse.

Upon reaching them, Mo Wang saw only their feet.

"Rise," Mo Wang commanded.

Only then did everyone stand. Amon finally had a clear view. Mo Wang's complexion was a touch pale, his face unremarkable, neither young nor old. His build was average, neither stout nor thin. He was of moderate height, clad in a simple black robe. Like Amon, he was bald. Had it not been for the introduction, Amon would never have guessed this individual was the most powerful being in this lower world.

Although Amon knew Mo Wang's cultivation reached the Peak Infernal Devil Stage, he sensed no overwhelming power or immediate danger from the man.

Mo Wang's gaze swept across the assembled individuals, pausing as he noticed the black space ring adorning Amon’s neck. "Ah..." he uttered.

Mo Wang extended a hand toward Amon. A primal urge to retreat surged within Amon, but he remained motionless. Mo Wang's fingers brushed the black ring, stroking its surface. "My old ring," he remarked.

He observed Amon’s quiet, surprised expression. Mo Wang chuckled, replying, "Indeed, it once belonged to me. Worry not, I have no intention of reclaiming it. It holds no further use for me."

He gestured to a gold ring on his own finger. "See? I possess a superior one now. This is the Big World Ring. However, I detect that your ring is functional, indicating you can utilize its capabilities. For you to be able to activate it..."

Mo Wang placed his hands on Amon’s shoulders, his touch moving to explore other parts of his body. Amon's desire to pull away grew stronger. Had it not been for the vast disparity in their strength, he would have severed those hands by now.

Finally, Mo Wang withdrew his hands and stated, "As I surmised. Someone must have discovered my tome, which details the Demon Body Creation Method, along with the Demon Seeds containing my genetic blueprint. Those items were purloined from this very castle using that black space ring ages ago. What is your name? I don't believe any of them mentioned it during our recent exchange."

"Your Lordship, my name is Amon," Amon replied.

"Amon...? A rather unique name, and you arrived with..."

"He is with me," Yao Ai interjected.

"I wish to understand your history," Mo Wang addressed Amon. "I need to know the whereabouts of my tome and any other possessions that were taken."

Amon recounted his origins from the surface world, deliberately feigning ignorance about his birth in this realm and claiming no knowledge of the tome or the demon seeds Mo Wang mentioned. He asserted that his earliest recollection dated back to the age of five and that the black space ring was an heirloom from his clan, its specific origin unknown to him.

Mo Wang nodded upon hearing Amon's tale. "I wish to confer with you privately. Follow me."

To the others, he declared, "The three of you shall continue your deliberations. Furthermore, I have yet to hear discussion regarding the purge. You understand its paramount importance to our realm. Cease your machinations against one another. While I am indifferent if you resort to mutual destruction, your serious cooperation for the purge is essential. Unless, of course, you eliminate each other and a single leader remains to oversee it. Until then, navigate your mutual animosity. Also, instruct your subordinates to conduct themselves appropriately. We've experienced a notable increase in intruders these past few weeks, which is becoming quite bothersome."

With his pronouncement delivered, he turned and departed. Amon exchanged a brief glance with Yao Ai before following Mo Wang.

Mo Wang guided Amon through a smaller exit at the hall's rear, leading them to a spiraling staircase that seemed to ascend endlessly. Amon deduced this was the main tower he had observed from afar, its peak piercing the heavens. Though they could have effortlessly ascended by air, Mo Wang proceeded on foot, climbing each step. He remained silent throughout the arduous ascent. Amon, fearing potential disrespect if he chose to fly, followed Mo Wang’s lead, ascending the stairs conventionally.

After a considerable duration, they reached the summit. What awaited them was a circular chamber with an open wall, exposing the vista beyond. Mo Wang walked to the edge, gazing out at the expanse. Despite the strong winds buffeting the height, they remained unaffected.

Mo Wang commenced speaking. "Actually, the tome of the Demon Body Creation Method and my demon seeds held no interest for me. My focus was on another tome, one bearing the inscription '101 Primal Poison Tome' upon its cover. Did you happen to encounter it while you were with the family that brought you into existence?"

"I did not," Amon responded with a falsehood.

"Mm, a pity. You mentioned that the family met their demise due to a clan conflict. Kindly inform Yao Ai of the location of the old family mansion. I shall dispatch agents to conduct a thorough search for any pertinent clues."

"I shall inform her," Amon replied.

Mo Wang gave a nod. He fell silent once more, his gaze fixed on the world outside. Amon patiently awaited his further words. When Mo Wang finally spoke, it was with a question that genuinely caught Amon by surprise.

"You originated from Earth, did you not?"

The query was entirely unexpected, leaving Amon momentarily speechless. Mo Wang turned his attention towards Amon. Upon witnessing the astonishment on Amon's face, he let out a soft chuckle.

"I discerned this when I examined your physique earlier. I can sense that your presence is not native to this realm. I am aware that you misled me about having no memory of your past before the age of five. We transmigrators retain full awareness of our surroundings from the very instant of our birth."

"We...?" Amon inquired.

"I hail from the same world as you," Mo Wang disclosed.

This revelation left Amon utterly astounded. He would be dishonest if he claimed he had never pondered the circumstances of his arrival in this world. Was it a mere accident? A natural cosmic anomaly? He was certain that the Demon Body Creation Method offered no explanation for drawing a soul from another world. In fact, the Hei Clan, who utilized the technique to forge his body in this realm, were completely unaware of his extraterrestrial origins. Now, he had finally encountered a fellow migrant.

"Did Your Lordship also arrive in this world via the Demon Body Creation Method?" Amon queried.

Mo Wang chuckled and gently shook his head. "I devised that method myself, and it bears no relation to extracting souls from Earth. My intention was merely to develop a technique for creating a clone of myself, a pursuit that, I must admit, ended in utter failure. None of the infants I produced using the method ever came to life. I ultimately set the tome aside after abandoning the endeavor following numerous unsuccessful attempts."

"So... I inhabit Your Lordship's clone body?"

Mo Wang offered a shrug. "I perceive no discernible resemblance between us. Perhaps your soul has exerted an influence, causing it to develop in a manner that echoes your form in our previous world. Nevertheless, your physique undoubtedly contains my genetic blueprint. Otherwise, you would be incapable of utilizing that Small World Ring. I crafted that ring myself, designing it specifically for my exclusive use."

"I see," Amon murmured. This finally explained why others who had possessed his ring had been unable to activate it.

"Tell me... I've often pondered your name whenever I encountered it. It has been an immense span of time, yet hearing your name evoked a faded memory from my days on Earth. You couldn't possibly be General Amon, the dictator of the nation of Galhana, who plunged Earth into a protracted and brutal world war, could you?"

"Your Lordship has heard of me?" Amon inquired, taken aback.

"Holy... You are indeed him? You see, the Earth from which I originate. Everyone lived in fear of you. Historical records depicted you as a malevolent entity responsible for ushering in the darkest era the world had ever known."

"Wait a moment... History books? Your Lordship knows of me through historical accounts?"

"Precisely. In our former world, I lived for five centuries following the conclusion of your reign of terror."

"That defies logic," Amon stated. "From my understanding, Your Lordship has resided here for millennia. How is it possible that Your Lordship departed from the future of our shared past world yet arrived millennia prior to my own arrival?"

Mo Wang shrugged once more. "My best conjecture is that the temporal flow between our former world and this one does not operate in parallel, or perhaps the Creator's power transcends the boundaries of time."

"Your Lordship is aware of the Creator?" Amon was once again surprised by this latest revelation.

"Naturally. The Creator orchestrates all transmigratory processes. During the era of my arrival in this world, numerous other transmigrators existed, much like myself. Today, I was the sole survivor until I encountered you. The Creators also communicated with us more frequently back then. He fell silent a considerable time ago. I have never comprehended the reason for this silence."

"Have Your Lordship communicated with him directly?"

"No, we only perceived his voice, and solely when he chose to impart it."

Amon fell into a contemplative silence. This was an overwhelming amount of information to process. He remained quiet for such an extended period that he only noticed Mo Wang regarding him with a peculiar expression after some time had passed.

"What is it?" Amon inquired.

Mo Wang let out a soft chuckle. "It truly is astonishing, conversing with a being labelled an 'evil monster.' Yet, I suppose I've transformed into one myself... It's a peculiar twist of fate. If you had encountered the 'old me' back on Earth, you certainly wouldn't recognize the person I've become. I was a complete nerd, what most would deem a loser. My name is Mo Wang now, but it wasn't always so. In my previous life, my name was Leonard Galecki."
