"I doubt the Avalonian Court would ever take advantage of us or anything like that," Yggdra responded, her expression mildly irritated as she shot Armageddon a glare. "Though I’ll concede you’ve got a point there, Armageddon."

"You’re far too trusting, Yggdra," Alice chimed in unexpectedly, siding with Armageddon. "Sure, those gods seem benevolent enough, but what does that matter? They’re locked in a war against rival deities, and who knows what that implies. I suspect they’re eyeing you and the whole crew with Sylphy to swell their army and recruit fresh gods for their cause. They’ve probably clocked how rapidly Sylphy’s advancing and crave a slice of her power too. Who can say for sure?"

"You’re overly wary..." Yggdra let out a sigh. "Maybe they simply recognize our shared objectives."

"Caution can never be excessive, in my view," I added, nodding along. "Anyway, that settles it for now, I think. This massive world spawned from your divine realm and all... I hope we manage to nurture it properly."

"It’ll be alright," Yggdra assured with a nod. "I’ll oversee it personally, Master, so rest easy."

"Won’t that overload you though? You’re sticking close to me too, aren’t you?" I inquired.

"No concerns there," she beamed. "My mind has grown alongside my spirit and soul. I handle data at blinding speeds without any fatigue. My actual bodies remain rooted in place, endlessly drawing energy from the world and cycling it back out."

"Wow, that's incredible. We could definitely harvest prime materials for Ignatius’s evolution from there!" I remarked, nodding along.

"Oooh! That's speaking my language, Sylphy!" Ignatius agreed enthusiastically. "Let's hunt down my upgrade materials right fucking now!"

"Hold up, not yet. Tomorrow work? I'm pretty worn out," I exhaled wearily. "Yggdra, mind showing me the fruit, sap, and leaves?"

"Share them with your loved ones and companions. I can produce endless supplies. They'll boost everyone's strength tremendously."

"T-Thanks..." Awe struck me as I grasped the basket. These items radiated overwhelming divine spiritual energy. "I’ll sample them myself too."

I snatched a golden apple and chomped down.

Juicy and crisp, bursting with irresistible sweetness and freshness, chilled just right—utterly invigorating with every munch.

Its sweetness was so overpowering it nearly singed my throat from the sheer sugar overload.
