Reborn As Noble Chapter 1504: The Blessing of Armand ( 1504 )

Garak rubbed his chin with two fingers, his other arm crossed over his chest as he let out a low, thoughtful hum.
"Amazing... Everyone who ever works alongside Prince Javier always ends up achieving something great. I’ve noticed it time and time again. Whenever he’s part of a mission, whether it’s a battle, a diplomatic visit, or even just a routine patrol, the people around him always come out stronger, smarter, or more skilled than before."
He paused, his gaze drifting toward the window as he continued.
"Prince Javier is talented in almost everything. The magic tech we use now, the communication devices, the healthcare system, the economy, the infrastructure... He’s the one who designed the waterways that connect our farmlands, the irrigation systems that turned barren land into fertile fields, the roads that make travel faster and safer. He even turned pekko waste into the best fertilizer, letting our farmers harvest twice as much as they used to."
Marcor nodded slowly, his voice carrying a hint of awe. "Yeah... I’ve heard stories. They say he built the first mana communication tower when he was just a kid. And the weapons, gear, and everything we use now? He invented those too. The man’s a genius."
The healer smiled softly, adjusting her glasses as she spoke. "Prince Javier is truly a blessing to Armand. Everything he creates, everything he touches, it all seems to make our lives better. The people of Armand are grateful to have him as our future Sovereign."
She wrote something on her clipboard before glancing back at Marcor, her voice calm and professional.
"If you have no further questions, I’ll take my leave now. Doctor Kalea will be the one in charge of your follow-up care. She’ll check on you in a few hours."
Marcor’s expression stiffened slightly, his cheeks flushing a faint shade of pink. "Ah... right... thank you."
The healer gave a polite nod before turning and leaving the room, her assistants following close behind.
Garak watched her leave before turning back to Marcor with a wide, knowing smirk. He nudged Marcor’s shoulder with his elbow, his voice dripping with teasing amusement.
"Doctor Kalea, huh~? Isn’t she the one who’s been chasing after you since the Mathrias mission? The one who always finds an excuse to check on you, bring you snacks, and ’accidentally’ run into you during your off-duty hours?"
Marcor’s face turned even redder as he grunted in frustration. "Oh, shut up, Garak!"
Meanwhile.
In the other room.
Fayna lay unconscious on the bed, her breathing slow and steady. An IV drip connected to her arm, delivering a steady flow of clear, mana-infused fluids. Beside the bed, a monitoring device displayed her vitals, soft beeps echoing through the quiet room. A mana scanner hovered above her body, projecting a faint, translucent outline of her form, highlighting areas of concern.
Doctor Myra stood beside the bed, carefully administering an injection into Fayna’s arm. The other healers and their assistants gathered around, watching in focused silence. One of the assistants tilted her head, her voice curious.
"Doctor Myra, why aren’t we using healing skills on her? Wouldn’t that be faster?"
Myra set the syringe down, her expression calm but thoughtful as she adjusted her glasses.
"We’ve already tried. But the healing skills aren’t working as effectively as they should on her."
She paused, turning to face the gathered healers.
"This girl is not from our continent. Her mana signature is completely different from what we’re used to. The mana that flows through her body is foreign to our healing techniques, so our spells don’t resonate with her the way they would with someone from our lands."
She glanced back at Fayna, her voice lowering slightly.
"We’re currently waiting for permission from His Majesty to use the latest healing technology, the one that combines magic with advanced medical equipment. However, without the data and calibration from Prince Javier, we won’t be able to use it safely on her. She’s not from our continent, and her body may react unpredictably to our methods. We need to be cautious."
Myra exhaled softly before turning to her assistant, her voice steady but carrying a hint of urgency.
"Have you contacted the Armand Estate?"
The assistant nodded, her expression respectful. "Yes, Doctor. The estate mentioned that they need to wait for Prince Javier to wake up first."
Myra let out another slow breath, her fingers tapping lightly against her clipboard as she murmured under her breath.
"If only I could contact the prince directly... but protocol is protocol."
She shook her head slightly, a small smile touching her lips as she continued.
"Still, once the prince manages to build the data we need, everything will be much easier. Even though the Armand Estate is far from Gaze, it won’t take long for any pekko to arrive here. Within minutes, we’ll have everything we need."
She straightened her coat, turning to face the gathered healers and assistants, her voice calm and authoritative.
"Monitor the patient’s condition closely. If there are any changes, contact me immediately."
The assistants and healers placed their palms over their left chests and bowed in unison. "Yes, Doctor Myra!"
Myra gave a final nod before turning and leaving the room, the other senior healers following closely behind her.
Armand Estate.
One of the Armand officers walked briskly down the corridor toward Javier’s room. He stopped in front of the door, adjusted his uniform, straightened his posture, and checked his appearance one last time before raising his knuckle to knock.
Before his hand could touch the wood, the door opened slightly, and Javier appeared, rubbing his eyes with a soft yawn, his hair slightly tousled from sleep.
"Yes?"
"Your Highness! Good morning!" The officer immediately snapped into a rigid salute, his posture perfect, his expression serious.
Javier looked at him with sleepy eyes, his voice calm but still carrying the remnants of sleep. "What is it, Zakor?"
The officer’s eyes widened slightly, a flicker of surprise crossing his face before he saluted again, extending a folded paper toward Javier with both hands, his head bowed respectfully.
"An urgent message from the Armand Healing Facility, Your Highness!"
Javier scratched his messy hair, taking the paper with one hand before letting out another long yawn. He glanced at the officer, his voice still casual.
"Has Father already seen this?"
"Y... yes, Your Highness! His Majesty was informed first. He reviewed the message and granted permission for it to be passed directly to you."
"Oh." Javier nodded, unfolding the paper with one hand and reading its contents. His eyes scanned the lines quickly before he mumbled, scratching his head again. "This will be ready in thirty minutes. Just make sure to have a pekko messenger prepared."
"As you command, Your Highness!" Zakor saluted again, his voice firm and respectful.
Javier gave a casual wave of his hand. "You can continue with your duties. And don’t forget to eat breakfast."
Zakor blinked, his expression softening slightly before he saluted one last time. "Thank you, Your Highness!"
He turned and walked away, his steps lighter than before.
