Javier informed his father, Garius, about the meeting with Celine, which was moved to the meeting room due to its sensitive nature. Garius also inquired about the refugee caravans Javier's puppet knights were escorting through the Jambar and Lugrak regions, confirming they were being kept safe from the ongoing civil war and monster attacks. Meanwhile, a refugee family traveled through the forest, with the mother doing her best to comfort her hungry children, before one of Javier's knights gave them food.

Armand Estate.

Guest Wing.

Glasshouse.

Celine sat gracefully on a plush white chair, her posture elegant and composed. Behind her, Ashara and Jiowana stood at attention, their eyes scanning the room with quiet vigilance.

She glance around the room. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls overlooked a lush, manicured garden, allowing natural light to flood the space. The furniture was a blend of white and soft gold, with delicate floral patterns carved into the armrests and table legs.

Around her, the Armand household moved with quiet efficiency. Maids glided through the space, their movements graceful yet swift, adjusting cushions, refilling tea, and attending to every detail without a single wasted motion.

Marcellus sat in a chair, casually reading a leather-bound book, one leg crossed over the other. Aelius was seated at a small side table, his fingers gliding over a sleek, glowing rectangular device in his hands.

Cedric sat a short distance away, a cloth in one hand and a gleaming paladin sword resting across his lap, his focus entirely on polishing every inch of the blade with calm, deliberate strokes. Heres stood near a low table, his hand hovering over an intricate, multi-layered board with floating pieces, his expression thoughtful as he studied the complex arrangement.

A graceful maid approached Celine, placing her palm over her left chest and offering a respectful nod and a warm smile.

"Pardon me, Princess Celine. If you will excuse me."

She moved to the small table beside Celine, adjusting the arrangement of a delicate vase and a stack of neatly folded napkins with practiced precision. Celine nodded, her gaze drifting across the room, taking in the serene atmosphere of the room.

Celine’s hand slowly caressed the armrest of the chair she sat in, her fingertips tracing the delicate, swirling patterns carved into the armrest, accented with soft gold leaf. She was amazed by its beauty, the craftsmanship unlike anything she had seen before. The cushion beneath her was soft, cradling her in comfort.

She murmured softly under her breath. "How soft... how comfortable..."

Just as she was about to call Marcellus, the beautiful white-and-gold-striped grand door opened.

A young, beautiful woman stepped inside, wore a flowing, pristine white gown with delicate golden embroidery that shimmered with every graceful step. Her figure was slender yet carried the gentle curve of pregnancy with elegance and poise. Behind her, several beautiful, graceful maids followed, each moving with the same quiet elegance.

Her eyes were a striking, special shade of purple, deep and calm, and her very long, lustrous silver hair was tied in an elegant, intricate updo that framed her face perfectly. She moved with a serene, unhurried grace, her hands clasped gently in front of her

Celine’s eyes widened, her lips parting slightly in awe.

Wow... she’s so beautiful.

The way she moves... like a gentle breeze gliding across still water. Every step is deliberate, yet natural. She carries herself with a quiet confidence that doesn’t demand attention, but naturally draws it. Her presence alone makes the room feel warmer, more alive.

Who is she?

Celine watched as the beautiful woman moved gracefully toward Aelius, a soft smile on her lips.

Aelius glanced up, his expression shifting into a warm smile as he set the device aside. "Ah... no wonder you replied to my message late. I was wondering what kept you."

Athine smiled, her voice gentle and casual. "I noticed the notification, but since I was already nearby, I decided to come here as soon as possible."

She leaned down, planting a quick, tender kiss on Aelius’s lips before straightening and turning her gaze toward Celine.

"You must be Princess Celine."

Celine blinked, momentarily caught off guard. "Y... yes?"

Marcellus chuckled from his seat, shaking his head before gesturing lazily toward Athine.

"This is Athine. The First Princess of Armand. She’s also this guy’s wife." He tilted his head toward Aelius.

"Oh..." Celine quickly rose from her seat, smoothing her dress before offering a graceful, formal curtsy. "It is an honor to meet you, Princess Athine. I am Princess Celine of Divinity Nation, first daughter of King Garreth. I am grateful for the warm welcome your family has extended to me."

Athine returned the greeting with an even more perfect and elegant curtsy, her movements fluid and graceful.

"I am Athine de Armand, daughter of Sovereign Garius de Armand and Second Queen Garcinia de Armand. It is a pleasure to welcome you to our home, Princess Celine."

Celine tilted her head slightly, a flicker of confusion crossing her face.

Cedric smirked, his eyes still fixed on his polished blade as he lifted it to admire the gleaming design. "This girl is our half-sister. And she’s also that guy’s little sister." He gestured with his free hand toward Aelius. "They’re also husband and wife."

Celine’s eyes widened, her mouth falling open slightly as she processed the information.

"E... Eh?"

Heres, who had been silent and focused on his floating chess pieces, let out a low chuckle without looking up.

"Shocking, isn’t it?"

Celine turned her gaze toward him, still processing the revelation.

He moved a piece before continuing, his tone casual.

"Marriage between siblings or close relatives is pretty common among nobles in the Human Nation. Arranged alliances, political marriages, that sort of thing. It’s a way to keep bloodlines pure and titles within the family." He glanced up, a knowing smile on his face. "But those unions are often forced, arranged for political gain, with no love behind them."

He gestured toward Aelius and Athine.

"Well...This two? They’re different. They’ve been inseparable since they were children. They simply cannot live without each other. If they go a single day without seeing one another, they become restless, anxious, like something vital is missing. That’s why our little brother invented what he calls a ’mana smartphone.’ So when we have duties that require travel, like me, for example, we can use it to video call, send messages, and stay connected."

He paused, his smile turning slightly amused.

"Of course, we already have mana talkies for communication. But those two? They needed something more personal. Something that lets them see each other’s faces. And Javier, being the genius he is, made it for them."
