Reborn As Noble Chapter 1202: Plans in the Highest Tower ( 1202 )

"No more summoned heroes to shield them~" Zeyrinda sneered. She cast a look at Maekaria. "Excellent work stirring up those heroes to despise Armand and ignite a war against his side. It succeeded flawlessly."
Rafazelia let out a sinister laugh. "Garius was forced to eliminate them all. Now they lack any mighty allies. Garius possesses great power, yet he stands isolated. Lioness, Mylezra, and Veldrac might aid him, but none match Garius's might."
Zeyrinda scoffed. "Our summoned heroes wield vast power, extraordinary abilities, and unique magic unlike anything they've encountered before. They can't stand against them."
"We ensured the release of those Terrestrial... or as those fools label them, ’Celestial’ entities, allowing Edmund, Gumarak, and Gurdan to seize that supposed power." Rafazelia grinned. "It compelled Garius to slay his previous comrades. With two gone and Gumarak too embarrassed to confront Garius after taking that ’Celestial’ power, only Garius and the veterans remain."
"Exactly," Zeyrinda agreed, bending forward. "Lacking his complete old squad, Garius can't manage our summoned heroes. Despite his prowess, he can't battle solo against our superior numbers and elite forces. He'll be swamped, powerless to resist properly."
Maekaria snickered. "Indeed~" Her eyes sharpened. "How dare those morons liken that trash to us, the true Celestials?"
"We'll bide our time until the human kingdom erupts in civil war. Let them destroy one another for dominance. We'll split them apart, erode their bonds, and seize them bit by bit."
"Mm~" Zeyrinda grinned, folding her arms and reclining on her throne. "When that continent falls into total disorder, keeping Armand occupied and unable to interfere, we'll deploy our troops." She pulled out a leather map. "The sole land path runs via Amazarak, but we await the proper tide for the land bridge to emerge."
"Mm~ Fortunately, certain heroes know about ships. Plus, we've upgraded our weapons too."
"Right. We've got bombs and that device they name... what is it?" Rafazelia grinned and eyed Maekaria.
Maekaria sighed. "Bolt rifle, Rafa... it's a bolt rifle. The human kingdom across the continent uses outdated muskets, the inferior kind."
"Aw~ Just checking. No reason to get defensive~" Rafazelia teased, her voice light but taunting.
Zeyrinda's eyes narrowed as she looked at Maekaria and Rafazelia.
"So... any details on Garius’s sons?"
Maekaria grinned. "Yes. Among Garius’s sons, two stand out as gifted. Our intel shows Marcellus as the top wizard, casting spells without chants at astonishing speed in combat. Cedric's a rare gem, a Paladin."
"Oh? Fascinating. A Paladin, eh?" Zeyrinda grinned. "And the rest?"
"Aelius and Athine? Mere intellectuals. Reports indicate they're prodigies in economics and trade. Heres ranks as the feeblest. They won't pose issues." Rafazelia waved it off.
Zeyrinda propped her cheek on her hand. "So only two threats." She paused, then cupped her chin. "Fine... dispatch two of your elite wizards against him. For the Paladin, your fighters should manage, Mae?"
Maekaria huffed. "Naturally. Who are my two warriors? Dual wielders skilled in assault magic as well. They'll crush Cedric without effort."
Zeyrinda grinned. "No need for top-tier against these two. Just distract them so our primary assault targets Garius and his old crew."
"Alf and Erinette are the real issue. Plus Erinette’s idiot brother, the Berserker." Rafazelia breathed out.
"Ara~? Surely your five mighty heroes can handle them?" Zeyrinda grinned. "Plus countless chosen ones to back the heroes. Eliminate Garius, slay him, and with him gone, we mop up the rest."
"Yeah." Maekaria grinned wickedly. "Once all are dealt with, none can guard Francesca."
"We'll dispatch heroes to drain her strength."
"When she's weakened, we finish her off."
Zeyrinda grinned. "And I'll seize her divine power for my own."
Rafazelia crossed her arms, eyes narrowing.
"One more Garius son lingers... Javier, was it? Curious about his abilities."
Maekaria grinned. "Ah... that bratty kid?"
"Why label him bratty? He's Garius’s offspring. Doubt he's mere trash." Zeyrinda eyed Maekaria.
"Huh? Check the intel I have: he just toys with his odd giant bird—P... pek... pekko? Also, he barely completed one year of noble school. Basic magic aptitude: fireball, vine bind, body strengthening, basic spells."
"Really?" Rafazelia stroked her chin, eyes narrowing. "Witnesses mentioned strange golems though."
Zeyrinda grinned. "Forgotten already? Garius summons those golems—his unique gift. When they showed, was Garius present?"
Rafazelia tapped her chin. "Yes. Witnesses noted Garius nearby, not too distant."
"Proves it was Garius." Maekaria grinned sinisterly. "So target his stamina, exhaust him, and kill him."
"A dragon girl from the Dragon Clan wed to Garius exists, correct?" Zeyrinda's expression grew grave.
"The White Flame..." Rafazelia's eyes tightened.
Maekaria grinned darkly. "Zey... didn't you say focus on Garius?"
"Yes, but that dragon isn't simple. Long-time guardian of Francesca, far from feeble." Zeyrinda folded her arms, studying the map. "Tiring out a dragon like her demands many elite heroes. Even with my twenty, five to seven tie her up, leaving fewer for Garius."
"Heh... powerful yes, but not against multiple gifted heroes simultaneously." Maekaria grinned darkly. "And plenty of chosen ones to support them."
"Don't get cocky, Maekaria. Demon King Veldrac's sister, Nyxara, is formidable too, right? She's smitten with Garius. Plus Mylezra, Elven Queen—not one to underestimate. She didn't rise to Queen if weak."
"Heard she's set to wed Garius?" Rafazelia tapped her chin.
