Javier performed a precise surgical extraction of the curse parasite from Gracelle's abdomen, directing Myra, Liana, Juria, and Kalea to channel Purify and healing skills through enchanted mithril tools. The writhing parasite was drawn out, dissolved, and purified as dark veins vanished from her organs. With the incision seamlessly closed by magical healing, Gracelle's vitals stabilized, her skin regaining a healthy glow during post-operative care and preparation for transfer.

Standing beside Javier, Liana curved her lips into a gentle smile concealed by her mask.

"Young Master? May I ask?"

"Hmm? What is it, Liana?" Javier peered into her eyes.

"So... this operation... was it a success?" Liana whispered quietly.

Javier looked toward Gracelle, released a gentle sigh, and then shifted his gaze back to Liana.

"The operation to remove the curse parasite succeeded, thanks to all involved, particularly you. I was astonished, Liana. Plenty of questions linger about your skill, but I'll save them for another time."

He turned his eyes to Gracelle once more. "The following phase involves observing whether she regains full health. For safety, I may conduct a blood test to detect any remaining poisons or leftover impacts from the curse parasite that dwelled in her for more than four years. Though the parasite has been extracted, extended contact might have altered her blood makeup, organ performance, or immune defenses."

Liana eyed Javier, then gazed at the still-unconscious Gracelle. "What if her blood remains tainted? What then?"

Javier shook his head. "In that case, a blood filtration process might be required to purify her bloodstream. It directly eliminates toxins and contaminants from her blood."

"Right now, we'll transfer her to the next area, my Intensive Care Unit. We'll watch her status intently there, tracking vital signs, organ operations, and brain reactions to determine if she emerges from unconsciousness. We'll stand ready to act swiftly should issues emerge."

He looked at Myra. "Myra?"

"Yes, Your Highness?" Myra lifted her gaze to Javier.

"Once this wraps up, reach out to the command center and request another squad of Armand healers. This offers priceless training, and we require extra hands to prevent burnout among the present crew."

Myra bowed her head politely. "No need to fret, Your Highness. My group and I stand ready to help however required. We can manage the tasks at hand for the moment."

Javier shook his head. "Not possible. Avoid wearing out yourself or the team. Plus, it provides great practice for your others too. Rotation and shared duties are essential."

"If that's your wish, Your Highness. I'll obey and call my team right away."

"Good." He eyed Liana and Myra. "Liana? Myra? Remain here. I'm off to finalize the ICU area setup and prepare our relaxation spot."

Javier halted at the doorway, pivoting back to them.

"Alert me immediately if anything changes. And Myra?"

"Yes, Your Highness?"

"When Kalea and Juria bring the stretcher, gently transfer the patient onto it and install the monitoring equipment as I demonstrated earlier—attach the leads, secure the oxygen mask correctly, and tweak the IV drip as necessary. If doubts arise, use the mana talkie to reach me. I'll stay nearby."

"As you command, Your Highness."

"Mm... let's hope this marks the first and final surgery of its kind." Javier murmured quietly before exiting the room.

With Javier gone, Myra let out a quiet breath.

Liana stayed quiet briefly, staring at Gracelle before whispering to herself softly.

"You must get better and awaken soon... for all our sakes, particularly those who battled fiercely to rescue you."

Ari's voice resonated gently in Liana’s mind. "Liana?"

Liana replied in her thoughts. "Yes, Ari?"

"Why phrase it that way? You love Javier, don't you?"

"Yes, Ari. I truly love Young Master. Why do you ask?"

"Doesn't that give more cause not to hope she recovers? Wouldn't it suit better if she... never woke?"

Liana paused silently before a soft smile appeared.

"That's precisely why I hope this girl heals fast. I refuse to witness... Young Master grieve... once more."

Ari giggled lightly. "You realize Javier's already linked to all his girls via the Elyria Dance. That ritual isn't mere dancing, you know~ It connects each to the selected partners and comes from the Radiant... ah... never mind."

"I know... but Ari?"

"Hmm? Yes, Liana?"

"You cut off mid-sentence. What's this Radiant you mean?"

"Ah, nothing. Your face glows radiantly today~"

"Really?" Liana squinted her eyes.

"If that's all... I'm off to rest, Liana~ Good night."

"It isn't night here, Ari."

"Ah... night reigns eternally here~"

Myra saw Liana quiet, apparently deep in contemplation.

"Miss Liana?"

Liana broke from her chat with Ari and looked at Myra.

"Yes, Myra?"

"It's unusual to see you so absorbed. Something bothering you?" Myra regarded Liana with intrigued eyes.

"Ah, no. Pay it no mind, Myra." Liana replied gently, smiling beneath her mask. "Maybe I'm just weary."

"Oh... is that so?" Myra arched a brow, noting Liana's sudden mutter to herself.

Who was Liana speaking to just now?

Could she have... Myra tilted her head... a condition like multiple personalities?

Odd.

Myra chose to inquire once more. "Miss Liana?"

"Hmm? Yes, Myra?" Liana gazed at her anew, cocking her head slightly.

"May I ask something?" Myra paused briefly.

"Of course... what is it, Myra?" Liana grinned behind her mask, fingers interlocked before her scrubs.

"Your healing and Purify skills... I've never encountered or studied such techniques. Are they unique to Elves?" Myra inquired, curiosity evident in her voice.

Liana smiled. "You could call them that, Myra. They're unique abilities inherited through my family line."

Ari chuckled within Liana’s mind.

"Inherited through your family line? For real?"

"Quiet, Ari. Remember, I can't reveal this skill came from Lady Mother? The Golden Tome of Knowledge grants a unique ability to each of Young Master’s girls."

Ari emitted a gentle chuckle. "Yet you fibbed to her~"

Liana shook her head and breathed out. "Ari?"

"Hmm? Yes, Liana?"

"Do you recall what Lady Mother told us all?"

"Mm... I remember what the Radiant... ah... Francesca stated earlier."

"Ari... Radiant again... Explain it."

"Ah... best you don't know." Ari's voice grew milder, laced with wariness. "Certain mysteries should stay buried. It's safer for us and all ahead..."

"Mm... Lady Mother urged us to train hardest alongside Young Master, for an unexplained purpose."

Ari smiled faintly. "We'll trust Francesca's scheme. Her motives are sound, and we ought to heed her lead."
