Lia and Kai discussed the formidable S-rank demon General Rahn, who possesses a weaker version of a legendary water skill, while Kai revealed her own foresight talent stems from a similar origin but withheld details. Kai teased Rahn about his presence, prompting the demon to mock Kai's ruthless past and declare the extermination of the fairy race. Rahn summoned reinforcements, including three more S-rankers, and launched a massive tsunami that Lia countered with a gravity-enhanced divine spear; he retaliated with miasmic rain spears targeting fairies as Nine attacked Lia, forcing Kai to subtly intervene.

As Rahn unleashed a barrage of attacks upon Kai, the remaining four S-rank demons, still battle-ready, teamed up with Nine to take on Lia single-handedly!

While the mage unleashed hundreds of spears crafted from thick miasmic corruption against Lia’s silver spears to cancel them out, the other three lunged directly into melee range to block her from launching more distant assaults!

Thanks to her foresight, Lia anticipated the enemy’s spear strikes and parried them all with her sword’s thrust, then booted the spear demon in the gut, sending him flying with tremendous power!

But just as Lia could catch her breath, Nine dove at her from above, compelling her to leap aside!

Nine’s fist slammed into the earth, generating a shockwave strong enough to crack the ground and trigger a mighty quake!

Lia swiftly positioned her sword horizontally before her, bracing it with her free hand from behind!

The instant Lia assumed her guard, a gigantic hammer barreled toward her, hurling her backward from the overwhelming force and might!

Lia shook her tingling hands from the prior blow and mended her armor’s torn gloves using spirit magic while airborne, then, sensing danger, she abruptly altered her trajectory with her mighty fairy wings!

Right as Lia shifted course, a corruption-coated arrow whistled past, grazing her by a mere inch.

Lia quickly removed her right glove, lightly touched by the arrow’s corrupting energy, and flung it downward.

The glove turned jet black and rotted away in seconds, dissolving into tiny miasmic dust before even hitting the dirt!

Witnessing this, Lia summoned a fresh glove via spirit magic to shield her arm and immediately resumed her sword stance.

Lia gestured sideways, employing gravitational manipulation through her spirit magic to redirect the spear-wielding demon’s charge—who rocketed toward her head like a projectile!

Debris scattered wildly as the demon crashed into the ground short of his mark; Lia seized the moment and smashed her fist into his face!

Though not a trained fighter, Lia’s blows and kicks, enhanced by layers of spirit dive and spirit armor buffs, packed serious power; a single face punch buried the demon into the earth, leaving him down for several seconds!

"Tch!"

Lia stomped the ground, propelling herself rearward with gravitational repulsion at blinding speed, her wings aiding the backward flight!

A colossal ice shard, infused with dark elementals, ice elementals, and corruption, plummeted onto Lia’s former spot, exploding into the earth with force rivaling a nuclear blast!

Even after evading the deadliest zone, Lia got hurled away and slammed into a nearby hill, toppling it before she steadied herself!

Her face-covering helmet cracked and shattered as blood trickled from a minor forehead cut after plummeting like a meteor and demolishing the hill with her impact.

Lia cleared the blood from her eye, swiftly conjured a new helmet to shield her face, drew a deep breath, and readied her stance once more.

’That mage is a problem; I will have to deal with him before I can even think about injuring the others...’

The enormous ice meteor stemmed from the dark mage demon, hovering leisurely in the distant sky as his allies pinned Lia with ceaseless barrages.

’Fighting several S-rankers at the same time is still too difficult for me, it seems...’

Lia’s foresight proved incredibly potent, the key factor allowing her to battle multiple S-rankers without grave wounds so far.

Up to now, Lia had struck each at least once, yet none of their blows had truly connected, thanks to her preemptively unraveling their coordinated assaults!

She effortlessly foresaw and detected their intentions, knowing precisely how to evade lethal harm.

Thus, under the onslaught from five S-rankers’ united might, Lia held her own in fierce combat!

’I can’t keep doing this though...’

Lia’s mana reserves were finite, and the divine spirit power from Kai came in measured amounts too, as excess strained her heavily.

Additionally, she bore the mana drain for Kai, who held off that formidable demon general.

Without Kai, that mighty demon allied with these five would have crushed Lia already.

’The time frame I can peek at in the ’future’ is still too limited... although I can predict their moves, but when faced by several high-speed attacks of several powerful people coordinating with each other...’

’Even my foresight gets overwhelmed...’

Lia’s foresight was truly formidable, yet like all skills, it had limits and flaws.

Even foreseeing an incoming strike, if her body couldn’t react swiftly enough or escape routes were sealed, dodging failed.

In such cases, Lia’s choices boiled down to parrying and rerouting the attack or tanking it with robust defenses.

Facing incoming arrows and dark spears, Lia inhaled deeply and assumed her stance anew.

’This is going to be tricky...’
