The particle beam slammed into the silver spear directly and ricocheted back at a 30-degree angle, prompting Lia to leap to the side and evade it!
While Lia possessed the ability to glimpse seconds into the future, the physical clash demanded adapting swiftly to those foreseen alterations.
Lia had foreseen the demon's plan to conceal himself behind the silver spear in advance, yet she couldn't halt him, since the silver spears couldn't execute rapid twists in mid-air to avoid him.
Additionally, her attack was already powered up and primed to fire; interrupting a skill partway through risked a nasty mana backlash.
However, with prior knowledge of the particle beam's reflection, Lia shifted from her starting position and effortlessly sidestepped the forthcoming peril!

He had stood at five meters tall earlier, but now he towered close to eight meters and appeared utterly terrifying and daunting!

Observing the demon snap off a segment of the silver spear to fend off her particle beams, Lia pounded the earth and rocketed upward toward the airborne demon!
As she barreled in, the demon gripped his hammer and swept it sideways at her to strike, but Lia had predicted that exact motion, so she halted sharply en route rather than charging headlong!
This made the demon's swing go wide, and seizing that missed opportunity, Lia capitalized immediately!
Lia jabbed her sword skyward at the demon's skull in a boxer's uppercut style, the blade slicing through the flesh beneath his jaw, tearing past all barriers to impale the brain on its upward path!
"ahh!!! Ahh!!! H...HHAH!!"
The demon's left eyeball burst apart, numerous nerves got severed, and a gaping wound formed in the brain, leading to catastrophic neural injury!
In spite of everything, the demon refused to perish!
His form convulsed wildly from the excruciating agony, with miasma surging to dominate him as his life essence plummeted!
In a frenzy, the demon seized the sword to wrench it free, utterly overlooking how the blade's full covering of spirit magic ignited to purify and dissolve his hand at the slightest grasp!

Lia spotted the demon winding up a close-quarters punch at her, realizing that pulling back her sword wouldn't allow time to evade, so she released her grip, slammed a kick into the demon's abdomen, and pulled back to safety!

The sword's persistent spirit magic kept searing and cleansing the demon's brain and cranium, embedded in his head like a stubborn iron bar that wouldn't budge!
The profound wounds and torment plunged the demon into total madness!
Having evaded the punch, Lia cracked her knuckles with a smirk and quipped,
"It’s been a while since I fought without a sword... but oh well... catch these hands, demon!"
After avoiding the punch, Lia beat her wings to gain momentum and smashed her fist into the demon's face.
Channeling physical enhancement to amplify her might, Lia delivered a right hook squarely to the face that sent the demon hurtling groundward!
The demon plummeted from the heavens like a shooting star and collided with the earth, excavating a vast crater amid splintering terrain and flying chunks of debris!
Yet Lia kept the pressure on; she straightened her legs side by side.
Lia harnessed gravitational repulsion to hurl herself downward at staggering velocity and potency!
And resembling a plummeting missile from above, she dove right for the demon!
