Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 718 How did he do it?

"T-The flying ship has vanished?!!" one of the men whispered in shock, questioning: "D-Did somebody snatch it while we were gone?"
"You idiot fool, do you think it's some plaything anyone can grab and flee with?" Asmodeus bellowed.
He hadn't left a single guard behind for one straightforward reason: most humans or mutants couldn't breach it or haul away something so massive and weighty.
Besides, he didn't fully trust these fools; the ship was more secure without their presence.
"But how could… anyone simply make off with it?" Far beyond fury, Asmodeus burned with curiosity.
No signs of struggle appeared anywhere, despite all the effort he'd poured into it—first halting the floodwaters from flooding this city section.
"No problem, you installed a tracker in there, didn't you?" Asmodeus turned to one of his men, his face showing no trace of alarm.
"Y-Yes, Lord, I did. Right! Why didn't I remember that? We can follow it with the tracker—no wonder you're the boss and we're just your servants." The man replied with deep admiration.
"Sigh, enough prattle—start tracking it now!" Asmodeus felt an urge to smash his head in.
"O-Okay…" The man hurriedly triggered his skill, shutting his eyes while pacing in circles, then halted minutes later with a troubled scowl.
"I-I can't locate it at all; it's like the ship vanished off the face of the planet." He said, voice trembling with fear.
"Damn you, what good are you?" Asmodeus nearly struck him down, rage consuming him fully.
Would he truly have to reconstruct everything from nothing? Sourcing those rare components he couldn't craft himself would prove nearly impossible.
"Grrrr, let's scour the area first!" He commanded, fists balled tight.
The group dashed through the city streets, but even after some time, they discovered nothing.
Suddenly, the GPS man froze, eyes bulging with a massive grin spreading across his face.
"Lord, I've got it! The ship's heading that way—I can sense it clearly, haha!!" He yelled excitedly.
Asmodeus glanced in the indicated direction and saw it pointed toward the tower.
"You certain?" He demanded, eyes locked sharply on the subordinate.
"Absolutely 100%, it's without a doubt over there. Perhaps the thieves figured out how to power it up and flew off." He suggested.
"No matter what happened, we must retrieve it. Grab those items and move out!"
With no delay, they bolted toward the flying ship's location.
…
Meanwhile, Vritra and his companions assisted Teresa, who had grasped the workings and nearly completed the repairs.
"It'll require tons of fuel." Teresa stated.
"Don't fret over that; I've got heaps of petrol and diesel." Vritra assured her.
"Those should do fine. Give me a bit more time, and I'll fire it up. For now, pour the diesel into the tank." Teresa instructed.
Vritra produced numerous barrels, pouring diesel into the flying ship's tank, which guzzled a huge amount.
Fortunately, Vritra had plenty more and could acquire additional supplies effortlessly.
Once the tank brimmed full, he rejoined Teresa.
"Almost finished here, but it seems we need some kind of key. I could bypass it, but that would squander too much time." Teresa noted, brow furrowing.
"What kind of key?" Vritra inquired.
"A combination: the creator's eye scan, handprint, and his personal energy. Nothing else ignites the fuel—meaning we still require the maker." Teresa explained.
The inventor had cleverly built in safeguards against thieves.
Bypassing the key system would demand extensive modifications.
"So we must hunt down Asmodeus…" Vritra's scowl deepened; locating that man now seemed daunting.
What if he'd already journeyed far toward the tower using a superior flying ship?
"Guess we ditch this plan?" He sighed, but right then…
[A player has been detected in the city.]
Vritra had already eliminated three players: Morgan, Crow, and that foolish lord.
"Is it Asmodeus? Did he return for his ship?" He pondered aloud.
Regardless, it was welcome tidings.
"The key could be heading straight to us." Vritra declared, guiding everyone out of the flying ship.
They settled down, ate a meal, and waited patiently.
"What if it's another player?" Maeve wondered.
"We eliminate them and press on; I'm certain we'll cross paths with Asmodeus eventually." Vritra answered casually with a shrug.
Then he questioned: "Tess, if you rebuilt it from scratch, how long would that take?"
"A week or more, since I'd have to overhaul every part." She answered with a helpless shrug.
Vritra nodded; pursuing Asmodeus remained their sole viable option for now.
Once their meal concluded, the party strolled leisurely until they detected around thirty people creeping towards them stealthily.
"Here they are." Vritra remarked, the edges of his mouth lifting into a grin.
Yet none of them showed any response.
Asmodeus along with his crew remained concealed by the power of a single lackey.
"There it is!! That's our ship for real, those must be the thieves!!" yelled one subordinate, only to receive a smack across his head.
"Keep quiet." Asmodeus snapped, then scanned the entire scene.
No traces appeared beneath the flying ship, though the ground consisted of a peculiar red material, meaning any sign might have faded away.
'Hmm' Following additional checks on the vessel, he concluded the flying ship remained inactive.
"So how exactly did it end up here?" Various ideas raced through his thoughts.
'Perfect! Whoever pulled this off, if I could just get them serving me, life would become effortless!'
At last, he looked over at the group, and his eyes went wide.
"Whoa, all these stunners? Am I in a dream? L-Lord, what's happening?" one guy questioned, pinching Asmodeus to snap him out of it.
"Ugh, you idiot, pinch your own self!" Asmodeus bellowed, though the view was genuinely stunning.
Although he didn't harbor excessive lust, the presence of those women left even him stunned still.
"Time to approach and talk with them." Asmodeus grinned, stepping forward toward the ten folks meandering idly nearby.
"Whoaaaa, who might you be? How'd you track us down? We're doomed, allow me to flee!" The moment the large band showed up, Shitless launched into his pathetic performance.
"Nobody escapes!" Asmodeus declared haughtily, his eyes gliding across the ladies before fixing on Vritra.
"Explain, how did you transport this here?"
"Regarding that, we simply lifted it and hauled it over." Vritra replied with a shrug, then inquired:
"Are you Asmodeus?"
Upon posing the question, he pulled up his status window too.
[You have come in contact with a player!]

'Jackpot!!' Vritra's mouth immediately broadened into a wide grin the instant he spotted the name.
