After enjoying intimate time with his wives, Vritra decides to bring them along for his next challenge in the impending beast cave. The group departs into the night on a flying blood cart, navigating through dangerous territory while gathering sin points by eliminating various mutants. Their journey is interrupted by a powerful mutated tiger, which Vritra and his wives successfully defeat through coordinated attacks to exploit its weaknesses. With the beast cleared, the group finally arrives at their destination: the base of the doctors.

Approaching the outskirts of the doctor’s base, Vritra and his group halted as a gruesome spectacle greeted them.

The facility was bordered by a sprawling, barren field that encircled what appeared to be an academic campus.

A short distance from the gates, a man hung inverted, a gag stuffed firmly into his mouth while his trousers were soaked in gore.

He thrashed in vain, his head partially wedged into a drain, his nostrils packed tightly with crushed chili.

‘Do I know this guy?’ Vritra pondered, recalling the desperate fellow he had encountered at the cinema base, usually seen clinging to his male partner.

“Oh—my word, what could have transpired to put him in this state?” Onest let out a sigh, his face twisting in revulsion at the sight of the blood staining the man’s groin.

“Perhaps it was a lover’s spat. You two are quite familiar with that dynamic, aren’t you?” Vritra teased with a faint smirk.

“Hmm? Did something happen, honey?” Vanessa inquired, unaware of the lack of romantic partners for the two men.

“Heh, Mom, actually—” Vritra began to explain, but Shitless and Onest swiftly cut him off.

“L-look, there’s a group entering the base right now.”

Beneath the dark, pre-dawn sky, roughly four in the morning, a group of figures moved, laughing loudly as they dragged heavy, bulging sacks.

“They have captives,” Vritra observed, his brow furrowing as he analyzed the group.

Maeve’s voice dripped with vitriol as she added, “Those are the doctors. I’ve heard they perform all manner of depraved experiments on living people.”

“Scum like that exist everywhere. Let us investigate, but maintain your vigilance; one can never be certain what abilities these individuals possess,” Vritra instructed, leading the way forward.

“Hahaha! We hit a massive haul today! I’m going to trade these off for food—I haven’t had a decent meal in ages,” one man in the ten-member troupe boasted.

Another man grumbled with irritation, “Dammit, have all the women vanished from this world? We’ve conducted raid after raid and haven’t found even a single beauty.”

“Forget it, man. Women have become as rare as decent food—” The man’s sentence died on his lips as he sensed movement, causing the group to freeze before the gate.

“Who goes there?” Every man in the group drew weapons or braced to trigger their skills.

“Wh-am I in a fever dream? Is this paradise?” The ten men found their limbs locked in astonishment at the sight of the seven women.

These women were more radiant than any model or starlet they had seen prior to the apocalypse—it was utterly impossible to fathom.

“H-hello?” one man stammered, raising a shaky hand, his senses overwhelmed by their presence.

SMACK

A comrade struck him across the head. “Think this is a date? This is the apocalypse, you idiot! We don’t say ‘hello’—we just take what we want!”

“Exactly! Power is the only law now. Grab them before someone else does! If that psychopathic doctor spots them, he’ll turn them into husks.”

“Hey, wait! That young redhead is mine, keep your hands off!”

“Heh, I’m claiming the green-haired one, she is so—”

The vile nature of these trash triggered Vritra’s wrath, echoing the frustration he felt back at the cave.

Their lewd chatter and predatory expressions caused his killing intent to flare violently.

“You three—I suggest you get the hell out of here if you value your lives!”

“What are you playing at? Let’s grab them, too! We can trade them to the doctor for rations.”

“Haa, my apologies then. You’ve sealed your fate as the doctor’s latest specimens.”

No sooner had they stepped forward than the ten men stiffened, gripped by a sudden, intense shivering.

Blood began to seep from beneath their fingernails, their veins stood out in throbbing knots, and they fell to their knees, vomiting blood in unison.

They shrieked, overwhelmed by the sensation of a thousand parasites burrowing frantically beneath their flesh.

Their wails drew the attention of the patrol guards, but Vanessa intercepted them effortlessly.

“You ten are back? What is the meaning of this commotion?” a guard asked, frowning at the spectacle of the suffering men.

“It’s nothing. One of the captives was throwing a tantrum,” Yasmine lied, anticipating the pleasure of their demise.

“Fine, keep the noise down and move quickly.” After throwing a brief glance at the bags, the guards turned and departed.

She looked toward her husband, who was currently forcing the men to suffer every imaginable agony—from internal decay to burning and being torn apart from the inside out.

Within moments, nothing remained but scattered pieces. The sheer agony ensured they died regretting every sin they had ever committed.

“Let’s push inward. The most effective way to fight is to prevent them from utilizing their skills,” Vritra declared.

“Do not worry, dear husband. Let me handle that,” Teresa added, her ability perfectly suited to suppression.

“We begin the slaughter once we locate the doctor. This place reeks of blood—countless people have perished here,” Vritra noted as they crossed the threshold.

He prioritized freeing the captives, some of whom were merely children, a testament to the utter moral bankruptcy of this place.

They had abandoned all humanity, though he knew such monsters thrived just as easily on the Zoratian planet or even back on Earth.

He recalled how Earth was equally choked with scum who viewed others' lives as worthless.

‘If I ever return to Earth, I’ll purge every one of those bastards,’ Vritra vowed, turning his focus back to the organization.

Vanessa used her influence to soothe the captives and directed them toward a hiding spot.

As they neared the laboratory building, the metallic stench of blood grew overpowering.

Vritra strode directly into the lab, and the scene within instantly provoked their collective disgust.

Doctors in sterile apparel wielded scalpels and tools over tables strewn with fragmented human remains.

It was clear they were attempting to artificially catalyze mutations, grafting alien flesh and organs onto humans in a process that guaranteed a horrific end.

The room echoed with the sounds of agonizing screams.

“Huh? Who are you? How did you bypass security? Dammit, don’t you know this is a restricted area? GUARDS!!” one of the men bellowed.

“No one is coming to save you. I’m here to perform my own experiments for the sake of human evolution. Being the good souls you are, you won't resist, right?”

Vritra gestured for his wives to exit, leaving the men alone for what was to come.

“Wh-what are you babbling about? Do you have a death wish? Do you realize who we—” Before the man could finish, he was yanked downward, pinned onto an empty operating table.

“Yes, yes, I’m sure your ‘research’ is vital. Let me assist you.” He snatched up a scalpel and began carving deep, jagged furrows into the man’s chest.

“Hahaha! Let me experiment, too! This looks quite entertaining,” Shitless crowed, joining the assault.

Onest began to tear them apart as well, treating them with the same callous disregard they had shown their victims.

“Uwaaaaaah! N-no, please, stop! Sob… we were only trying to… ugh… help others! To save humanity! Our work is for the g-greater good! Ahhhh!” one pleaded, sobbing hysterically.

“Heh, the ‘greater good’? Who are you trying to fool? Haa, I refuse to waste another breath on hypocrites like you. Enjoy your own research.”

The lab soon erupted with screams far louder and more desperate than before.
