Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 640 The Shoes

Vritra surveyed the mutant-infested streets from the balcony, lamenting the descent of humanity into savagery amid the apocalypse, while Yasmine noted the opportunities for gaining sin points by eliminating threats. Spotting two teenagers signaling desperately from a nearby building, the group mobilized, with Shitless scouting ahead, and swiftly dispatched a telekinetic mutant guarding the siblings' door. Upon meeting Gary and his sister Mira, who had escaped a brutal faction called the Wolves, Vritra learned of their ties to the sadistic Big Bang Colony led by Butcher and an nearby army camp, prompting cautious discussions on whether to escort the pair there despite the risks.

[A/N: Please Check out the prev chap again, i have later added more to it. The last line should be: Yasmine nodded, they didn't...]

Upon examining a few items, Gary and Mira turned out to be just two harmless young people.

Once their meal ended, Vritra chose to press on with the trip without delay.

Every moment wasted allowed the enemy to grow more powerful.

He was falling further behind already, even though the sin wheel offered him an edge, yet no one could predict the powers held by those ten players.

"Stay close, and keep activating your skill if I tell you to." Vritra commanded while the group descended to the path.

"Y- Yes sir!" Gary replied quickly, worried about getting abandoned.

Mira felt anxious initially, yet the presence of other females nearby eased her tension somewhat.

"Let's go." Vritra spun around as they began their march, and he opted to bring along a handful of wolves too.

[A Player has been detected in the Linden city!]

[Eliminating him will grant you his ability!]

[While if you get eliminated, your abilities will be stolen!]

Right at that instant, multiple alerts flashed before his eyes, causing Vritra to halt abruptly.

"What's wrong, master?" Maeve inquired, colliding with Vritra's rear.

"A player exists in this city." Vritra stated.

These players advanced faster than the locals, each one armed with their unique cheats.

"So, we must eliminate him, but is he aware of us?" Fiona probed.

"No, though when we encounter him, he could spot us. These players caused the chaos on the Zoratian planet; we need to wipe out every one of the ten." Vritra answered, still sensing his lack of readiness.

"Let's handle the Wolves and Big Bang Colony first—that'll boost our power immensely and take down additional mutants en route." He continued.

"Alright hubby, less rest more fight!" Yasmine declared, flames igniting in her gaze.

Next, Vritra signaled Gary to guide the way, and the youth agreed, directing them forward.

It wasn't long before they reached a crossroads swarming with over a hundred mutants attempting to breach a structure.

Likely pursuing some survivors inside, every one of them consisted of feeble zombies.

Vritra stopped short and held off on striking, considering blood manipulation to dispatch them all.

But upon reflection, he turned to Yasmine and queried: "Wifey, can you unleash your spiritual attack on me?"

"Uh… Okay." She agreed after a brief pause, confident in his motives.

Focusing her energy, she directed a mild spiritual strike toward him.

Vritra immediately sensed a light tickle in his mind, utterly unaffected.

"Your spiritual attribute falls below mine, so go all out—no need to hold back, I'll handle it." He assured her.

"…" Yasmine assented and unleashed her maximum spiritual assault.

Now Vritra experienced a sharp needle-like jab in his head, a brief sting that faded quickly.

[Evomorph Activated!]

[You have acquired Spiritual Burst!]

A pleased grin spread across Vritra's face; he hadn't been certain it would succeed.

This proved a valuable enhancement, given how most beings had weak spiritual stats.

[Spiritual Burst Activated!]

Pivoting toward the cluster of mutants oblivious to their approach, thanks to the invisibility cloak.

Vritra abruptly unleashed a fierce mental onslaught.

BOOM

A thunderous blast echoed as the skulls of almost every mutant burst simultaneously, the survivors perishing with heads unruptured.

{Sin Point Gained: Killed a Mutant +53}

{Sin Point Gained: Killed a Mutant +51}

{Sin Point Gained: Killed a Mutant +50}

Over a hundred notifications surged into view at once, a soothing warmth spreading through his frame.

His companions grew stronger merely from standing nearby.

{Sin Points: 13,044}

[Stats]

(Strength: 45.2)

(Agility: 50.9)

(Endurance: 47.3)

(Spiritual: 30.6)

{Free Attribute: 6}

Vritra summoned his status window, his thoughts unusually serene and refreshed after surpassing 30 in spiritual.

With agility now beyond 50, a massive surge in swiftness followed.

The siblings gaped in awe as the mutants dropped dead en masse, glancing at the group and realizing Vritra was responsible.

'H- He's incredibly powerful?!!' they thought in unison, newfound security washing over them.

Moments later, he chose to spin the sin wheel.

'Open rewards for 500 points using all my sin points.' He commanded, and a wheel whirled into motion before his eyes.

[You have acquired 10,000 packets of instant noodles!]

[You have acquired the Chain of Calm!]

[You have acquired the Slippery Shoe!]

[You have acquired 2 Free Attributes!]

Twenty-six alerts appeared in a flash, bestowing upon him an enormous stockpile of provisions.

This round included several exceptional items as well.

[Chain of Calm]

[Description]: Wrap it around yourself and it will provide some level of protection against mental attacks. Can be used on a single entity or a group.

Vritra scanned the details and pulled out the Chain of Calm.

Pale and milky-hued, it weighed almost nothing, stretching about 30 centimeters.

He looped it around his wrist, a refreshing chill instantly soothing his psyche.

'This is useful, though my elevated spiritual stat means it won't benefit me greatly.' He mused, then reviewed his family's attributes.

Both Vanessa and Yasmine boasted superior spiritual strengths.

Fiona, Diana, and Teresa held their own solidly too.

Maeve alone showed a minor weakness in psychic resistance.

Onest managed well, and Shitless—or the crimson mutant—had no real need for it.

"Foxie, this belongs to you." He summoned her, fastening the chain on her slender wrist.

"Thank you master." Maeve beamed with delight, cherishing any present from her master.

[Slippery Shoe]

[Description]: A pair of boots that can momentarily increase your speed up to twice.

After perusing the info, he withdrew the boots, leaving the siblings puzzled about his storage method.

'How many powers does he command?'

'Could it push my speed to 100?' Vritra pondered, which would elevate it to a supreme asset.

He swapped his footwear for the Slippery Shoes without delay; they molded perfectly and felt featherlight.

"Time to try them out." Energizing the boots, Vritra surged ahead at maximum velocity.

BOOM

A explosive sonic crack rang out, winds scattering wildly, as if Vritra had vanished in a blink.

His form covered hundreds of meters in seconds.

He returned in a flash, decelerating slightly on the way back.

"Honey, these are amazing. You were a blur to us." Vanessa remarked, thrilled and astonished.

Vritra grinned, claiming the boots for personal use.

They might fit Onest, but his superior agility made them ideal for Vritra.

A few stat boosts came his way too.

[2 agility, 2 Endurance, 4 Spiritual and 4 Free Attributes.]

{Sin Points: 44}

[Stats]

(Strength: 47.2)

(Agility: 50.9)

(Endurance: 49.3)

(Spiritual: 34.6)

{Free Attribute: 10}

"How distant is the military base?" Vritra inquired.

"Only about a kilometer further." Gary responded swiftly, gazing at Vritra with idol-like admiration.

Raw power alone wasn't impressive; plenty wielded it.

True respect came from wielding strength while mastering one's urges and actions—that was praiseworthy.

Here, even minor gains sparked rampant atrocities among the populace.

Gary and Mira knew Vritra's team could eradicate the whole city—at minimum, the humans within.

Once more, the party resumed their advance.

"W- Wait, thank you for saving us!!" A face suddenly emerged from the building.

Shortly after, around fifty individuals emerged, their expressions a mix of terror and gratitude.
