Raising My Trash Ability into a Broken SSS+ Rank Skill Chapter 598 Clean up

Oracle, driven mad by an uncontrollable curse, rampaged through the hall as a monstrous cannibal, devouring victims and shrugging off desperate attacks from the Ford family and others trapped inside. Vritra observed with sadistic delight, directing the beast to target specific foes while thwarting Jack's escape with a dimensional book, leaving the young hero captured. Sir Giant ordered his grandson Shen to flee with the vulnerable, but in a bid to save Tiny from the monster's grasp, Vritra ensnared him with illusions of her brutal death, shattering his spirit before revealing the cruel deception.

Sir Giant dashed forward desperately once more to rescue Tiny from the furious beast, his eyes brimming with utter hopelessness.

Yet, as he drew near, slimy goop latched onto his feet again, dragging him backward and halting him precisely at the final second.

"Aaaaah S- Save me uwaaaa-"

BOOOM!

Once more, the horrific scene unfolded with her body crushed into pulp beneath the monster's claws, meeting a brutal end.

Sir Giant felt his spirit shatter in agony as he wailed in anguish, while Vritra observed the torment with gleeful contentment.

But the nightmare persisted, as Tiny begged her father and great-grandfather anew for rescue.

Sir Giant couldn't grasp the bizarre events or spare a moment to think, driven solely by the urge to protect her.

Over and over, Tiny met her doom repeatedly, at times swallowed whole, at others simply trampled flat.

Vritra tormented the elderly man psychologically, and after merely a handful of such horrors, he appeared even more aged and frail.

"SOB What are you d- doing? Please I b- beg you, don't hurt her. J- Just kill me…" Sir Giant implored, witnessing Tiny's death yet again.

"Haha yes, so far all of them have been mere illusions, but from now on be careful.

I will no longer stop you so save her if you can, oh also, any of the illusions just might be reality." He declared before averting his eyes.

Then Sir Giant charged ahead, shielding Tiny at the brink, only for the vicious loop to commence anew.

Dread gripped his heart due to Vritra's chilling warning, since any instance might prove to be the genuine horror.

Vritra allowed Sir Giant to persist in his futile attempts, deeming this level of retribution sufficient, and true to his scheme, he refrained from ending their lives.

Gazing upon the Golden Moon, where the majority of its leaders lay slain, Vritra reflected deeply.

Soon enough, his attention fixed on Big Guy, who trembled in the chamber, silently hoping Vritra would overlook him entirely.

"Hey big guy, how you doing?" Vritra vanished in a flash, materializing right in front of the terrified leader.

"V- Vritra? How are you still alive?" he blurted out involuntarily, realizing resistance was pointless and thus not bothering to resist.

"Does that really matter?" he countered, just as Fiona materialized beside them.

"Darling, let me take care of this one." Rage boiled within her against these individuals for wounding Vritra and nearly ending his life.

For keeping them apart all that time, had she possessed greater power earlier, she would have incinerated the whole Golden Moon long ago.

"Hmm alright, just don't make it take long." He agreed, retreating as crimson flames enveloped Fiona's form.

"Of course, just let me handle this." She replied, then proceeded to torment the pleading Big Guy, who found even self-destruction impossible.

Vritra scanned the surroundings, noting a few absentees like Red and that voracious demon.

He intended to deal with them subsequently, opting instead to purge the worthless humans now—the current ranks of the Twilight.

With a mere finger snap, every Twilight member levitated into the air. Locating them proved simple, as they all carried that identical foul odor.

"Ahhhhh S- Spare us, we did n- nothing wrong"

"L- Lord Vritra, we are on the same side!! We aren't with these people aaaaah"

Terror-stricken cries erupted from them all, their bodies utterly beyond their command, as they were yanked from the throng.

Vritra rolled his eyes in disdain; merely being a demon didn't align him with such vermin.

"Oh, you think we are equal or I am like you people?" he seized one abruptly, his menacing stare boring straight into the man's essence.

"A- Aahhhh I didn't mean- uwaaaaaaah" The next moment, his form hurled through the air, intercepted by the massive beast that pounced like a hound.

The creature then ripped away his appendages, devouring him bit by bit amid the man's unending shrieks.

No compassion stirred in Vritra for such refuse; they had inflicted endless torture and slaughter on countless innocents.

Others' existences meant nothing to them, chasing phantom ambitions while inflicting suffering on all.

Summoning another victim closer, Vritra met his gaze and demanded:

"How many people have you killed before?"

"Uh… I- I don't know SOB please I am innocent sir, spare me… I have a daughter and a wife, SOB I am begging you-"

Vritra shook his head and flung him aside.

"Wrong answer."

The beast snatched him instantly and resumed its grisly meal, while inwardly Oracle recoiled in revulsion and despair, yearning for it all to cease.

Yet among this crowd, none would endure worse agony than him; his true suffering had scarcely started.

Vritra hurled several more toward Oracle, and as the rest witnessed their impending doom, their wills crumbled.

"Who among you has killed the most?" Vritra inquired, drawing forth yet another suspended form.

"I- I please, SOB it was him, he killed the most SOB please let me go, I really-"

Vritra acknowledged with a nod, granting him a swift demise before turning to the one who commanded this group.

After a brief pause, he gathered the remaining ten or so Twilight survivors, deeming them potentially valuable for future use.

He cast them aside, rendering them mute and immobile.

Surveying the area, he confirmed that apart from Oracle, all had faced their due reckoning.

"I guess, it is time to start." Vritra muttered, his eyes settling on the beast still gnawing at its gruesome feast.

Oracle had finished devouring the Twilight members tossed his way.

A snap from Vritra's finger caused the monster's frame to erupt, its sinews and vessels rupturing violently.

Deafening howls echoed through the hall as Oracle writhed and bellowed in torment, instilling dread in every soul present.

Those agonized cries delighted him like a symphony; he grinned as the colossal shape gradually diminished.

Oracle reverted to human guise but seemed utterly depleted, his flesh withered and mana nearly vanished.

His mana core lay shattered too, stripping away every ounce of his former power.

"Oracle, how do you feel?" Vritra grinned at the wretched sight.

But the miserable wretch couldn't utter a word, so the benevolent Vritra retrieved a vial of potent restorative elixir and poured it atop Oracle's head.

In under a minute, his form mended noticeably; he glared at Vritra with a storm of loathing, terror, hopelessness, and myriad other sentiments, yet remained powerless.

Above all, overwhelming remorse consumed him—he rued ever crossing paths with this fiend and opposing him.

Even oblivion seemed a kinder fate now.

"Now that's a look I like, alright since you behaved well as my pet, I will give you a reward and send you off with a unique experience."

Vritra announced with a benevolent grin that only heightened Oracle's horror.

He longed to implore and grovel for release through death, but words failed him before this dread sovereign.

Compared to years prior, his aura radiated far greater menace.

Oracle couldn't comprehend the meteoric rise in Vritra's might over such a brief span, nor the method behind it.

Ignoring his inner turmoil, Vritra turned toward the spared Twilight remnants.

A ominous premonition gripped Oracle's core; he beseeched silently for the Divine Kage to descend and deliver him.

This fiend could still fall to divine retribution, couldn't he?
