Paragon Of Sin Chapter 1984 Chapter 1976: Maximum Extraction; Finding Leads
Previously on Paragon Of Sin...
The result was already certain. Facing nearly three thousand zones, the Globe of Creation remained invincible, arrogantly and fearlessly clashing with the various Ways of Creation of those within the Battlefield without retreating a single inch.
Through relentless effort upon effort, and power stacked upon power, a definitive conclusion was reached in the souls of countless Creationists. These were no mere amateurs; they were the Creationist elites who had sharpened their skills within the suppressive environment of the Battlefield, risking their lives to show their fangs against their peers.
"After nine days..." A middle-aged Forger genius, whose skills rivaled a Senior Earthly Saint Alchemist, collapsed to his knees. His cultivation base was entirely spent, his hands were worn down to the bone, and his eyes bled from the strain of maintaining complex ocular spiritual spells. These past few days had been the pinnacle of his life, collaborating with a group of top-tier talents to craft a Mystic-World grade Armament. Even though its rank was modest, the act of its creation was a magnificent testament to their skill. Yet, none of that mattered, as the Creation Value of Wei Wuyin's Globe of Creation utterly demolished their hope.
Was death their only destiny?!
Meanwhile, the Moderators stayed silent and aloof, offering no details about this new menace that challenged the entire Outer Stellar Battlefield of Order and cast everyone into the abyss of despair! It was unreasonable! It was infuriating! IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!
Searing tears fell from the eyes of many, from the youths to the elders. Knees struck the dirt. Apologies were whispered to companions, friends, and kin. They were forced to bask in the unrivaled radiance of the Globe of Creation. Their Towers of Selene were severely damaged, showing faint cracks and trembling violently.
Eventually, a single seed of hope took root in their minds: "Surrender." The third phase would unleash devastating Chaos Descents upon them, and their lives would be forfeit due to the massive Creation Value gap. Leaders of various zones, regions, and factions held emergency meetings, focusing on only one topic: Survival.
Wei Wuyin stood at the entrance of his residence, watching the massive Globe of Creation that dominated the sky, eclipsing every other light of creation that dared to oppose it. He twirled his Identity Rune between his fingers, a faint smile playing on his lips.
Vuuff!
Unlike the Inner Stellar Battlefield of Order, the Outer Stellar Battlefield had resisted stubbornly for the full nine days. Only when they reached the edge of total impossibility did they finally send out declarations of surrender.
"Extracting their true secrets will be difficult; they are surely restricted by Spirit Oaths," Wei Wuyin remarked with a cheeky laugh. He checked a portion of his Primordial Expanse, which was loaded with oath-seed-dissolving potions. He had prepared long ago to seize this wealth of knowledge. If he could, he intended to force these Blessed to hand over their arts, spells, and cultivation methods of fortune, along with their personal insights.
The seven-colored crystals he used were his own invention, designed to allow others to imbue their memories, direct insights, and even experiences within them. The process was much faster and easier if they cooperated willingly. Since these cultivators had not practiced the Neo-Dawn Visualization Method, this was his only way to simplify the task.
Recently, after Magus established a connection with Kratos, he had been deciphering the truth behind Kratos' habit of shouting nonsensical boasts and draconic roars. The fifth Spirit of Cultivation and former Second Mind was now deeply immersed in study.
The Enlightened Everlasting Mystic Power it commanded was incredibly profound, tied deeply to the Mind Dao and possessing qualities of the everlasting—a lesser form of eternity. The Library of Eden served as a physical manifestation of its immortal quest for knowledge, forming its Mystic Form. Lately, it had been a hive of activity, overflowing with Enlightened Scholarly Mist.
Once the conclusion was reached, it ceased its obsessive calculations and prepared to absorb the knowledge of these elites. However, it remained stubbornly silent.
Events proceeded as they had before. The lower-staged Ascended and top-tier Mortals of the galactic cluster gathered for a meeting. When Wei Wuyin arrived, he revealed his identity without hesitation. The room was instantly filled with looks of realization.
A Heavenly Saint Alchemist!
How could a Heavenly Saint Alchemist be here?!
Some cultivators from the Utmost Purity Galaxy were able to dispel the confusion. The Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint was rumored to be a Heavenly Saint Alchemist possessing the body of a lower-stage Mystic Ascendant Realm. Some suspected he was a possessor, while a few believed his talent was truly peerless. Most, however, thought of legends regarding reincarnation—of masters restarting their cultivation with new vitality.
Unlike Su Yi's situation, if Wei Wuyin was the reincarnation of an Exalted Worldly Saint Alchemist with millions of years of experience, his victory was inevitable. Curiously, this thought comforted them and stabilized their Hearts of Cultivation.
Nevertheless, his demands were steep. He faced immediate pushback as people cited their oaths and loyalties. Some even had the audacity to question Wei Wuyin’s boldness, suggesting that other galaxies would not appreciate their secret lineages being spread so freely. In the end, these objectors were suppressed and brushed aside.
The insights of these elite Creationists, forged under extreme pressure and restriction, were of the highest purity. They were free of external influences and were the result of genuine talent and earnest study. He would not let such a prize slip away. Thus, he spent the next few hours solidifying his authority, offering War Souls as compensation to those who shared unique arts or insights.
Temptation soon won them over. Between the oath-dissolving potions, the abundance of War Souls, and the promise of a surrender without consequences—sparing them from a Chaos Descent—they gave in. The negotiation phase preceding the Siege was handled with professional ease.
It took only three days for Wei Wuyin to harvest the maximum benefits from the Outer Stellar Battlefield of Order. Magus happily received the data, organizing it with precision.
As Wei Wuyin prepared to claim his merits, a pulsing mental message reached him. It was less about words and more about raw meaning, causing his expression to shift sharply. "Really?" As he analyzed the sensation, he shared the message with the Bai Xius.
The two young women were lazily drinking Utmost Purity Liquid, relaxing in total bliss. This was the ideal life! Wei Wuyin was providing them with more than they could ever ask for. Since they were divided into seven versions of themselves, consuming Utmost Purity Mist or Liquid not only kept them alive but allowed them to manifest Independent Spirit of Dao forms.
"Bai Xiu, tell me what you think." Wei Wuyin passed Magus' message to her. The lounging Bai Xiu immediately bolted upright. "That's... that's another version of me!"
She instantly recognized the unique traits of her specific Alchemic Dao, including secret spells known only to her and her sisters.
"Where did this come from?" Bai Xiu asked urgently. Having found one sister, she desperately wanted to find the others. It wasn't just for the Immortal-Rank Alchemical Product their combined forms could create, but because her sisters were out there, likely struggling to survive while she lived in luxury.
It was like becoming a billionaire while knowing your family was scavenging for food. How could she not want to find them?!
Before Wei Wuyin could respond, Magus sent another mental pulse. Again, it was a feeling rather than words, carrying the same revelation: evidence of yet another Bai Xiu. It was subtle, but the spell was a clear derivative of one of Bai Xiu’s unique techniques.
Two of them...
Given that the Outer Battlefield spanned the entire galactic cluster, finding traces of two others through the insights of disciples, organizations, or ancient legacies was not entirely unexpected.
"The Severing Core Pavilion of the Prosperous Ruin Galaxy and the Sword Pill Sect of the Buried Sword Galaxy," Wei Wuyin muttered, his eyes narrowing. He added, "It seems the Cauldron of the Severing Core Pavilion is likely in the Ascendant Battlefield of Order. Good. That simplifies things."
Bai Xiu nearly danced with joy, while her more reserved sister stuffed her face with fresh Utmost Purity Mist, her eyes gleaming with excitement.
Wei Wuyin ended the war with a ceasefire and then led Tilly and Mu Yura to the merit-claiming stage. He advised Mu Yura to return to the empire to digest her gains and to seek out Xue Yifei upon her return. By bravely following him to challenge the Outer Stellar Battlefield, she had earned a staggering amount of War Souls. He had no intention of taking what she earned and simply informed her that Xue Yifei would offer fair trades and help her rise within the Hepta-Dawn Alchemic Corps.
It was up to her whether she kept the War Souls, traded them before departing, or gave them to the empire.
Mu Yura felt a flicker of fear at the mention of Xue Yifei, but she agreed to consider the proposal.
Wei Wuyin could only chuckle at her nervousness.
"Can you accompany me to the Ascendant Battlefield?" he asked Tilly. She was an Entry Moderator, but her cultivation was quite low. She clearly wanted to see how far he would go and proudly declared she would remain his Entry Moderator until he left.
"Good. We haven't tried every position yet," he teased. They vanished from the battlefield, leaving behind the burgeoning legend of the Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint who conquered every battlefield he touched. As for the Nexus Battlefield, he avoided it entirely.
Once the Nexus Battlefield was finished, a participant was forced to leave. If he entered now, he would only be able to return after becoming an Earthly Saint. Since he intended to milk the merit system for everything it was worth as a lower-stage cultivator, he couldn't allow that.
After all, his true target was the Galactic Battlefield!
