Paragon Of Sin Chapter 1982 Chapter 1974: Outer Domination (3)
Previously on Paragon Of Sin...
[Grade]: Dao.
[Creation Value]: 8,623,997.
The runic script blazed with a stinging brilliance, standing as a monumental testament to tyrannical perfection that dominated the zones. Eyes stretched wide and jaws hung slack as hearts skipped beats; a wave of dizziness washed over the crowd as that massive Creation Value pierced through their very souls without pity!
"This is outrageous!"
"It’s impossible! There is no way!"
"Nine. Nine. Nine! It only took... nine hours!"
Shouts of sheer denial and shock erupted, mingling with gasping breaths and the sight of trembling lips. The Creationists across the Outer Stellar Battlefield of Order—a group restricted to mortals and low-stage Ascended, yet spanning the entire galactic cluster—felt an immediate internal rejection of this truth. How could such a feat be even remotely achievable?!
Had this score been achieved on the lowest grade across an entire zone, it might have been plausible as a collective Globe of Creation effort, but this was the work of a solitary alchemist! Furthermore, this was merely the Declaration Phase, the opening gambit of their creative prowess! Even the spectators from the Utmost Purity Galaxy stood frozen, unable to process the reality before them.
Demands for clarity were hurled at the Moderators and Envoys. They begged for answers. Yet, beyond confirming the legitimacy of the Creation Value, no explanations were provided. It was a repeat of the same mystery that had previously baffled the Soldiers and Commanders of the Inner Stellar Battlefield.
Only two paths remained for them: succumb to death through inaction, or take up their Ways of Creation to fight on the Battlefield of Order! Although the arena was built upon the foundations of craftsmanship and skill, the stakes were no less lethal than a battlefield drenched in blood and littered with the fallen.
Resist.
Or.
Perish!
The Creationists were thrown into a frenzy. In a desperate rush, they began communicating with organizations within their own sectors and those beyond their borders. For the first time, numerous zones found themselves compelled to unite as a single front to oppose an insurmountable foe. Troops were rallied, resources were pooled, and retaliation was planned. Speeches echoed, pacts were signed, and old grudges were discarded. A level of unity born of pure necessity emerged, far surpassing anything seen before.
Regardless of their heritage—be they Titan, Celestial, Abyssal, Human, or any race granted entry into the Battlefield of Order & War—they had to bury their animosity. The few who remained troublesome were quickly eliminated before their dissent could grow. At this stage, infighting was equivalent to gambling with everyone’s survival!
Wei Wuyin descended gently toward Tilly, who was staring at his face as if trying to uncover his deepest mysteries. Noticing her intense gaze, Wei Wuyin let a small smile play on his lips. "Is there something on my face?"
Tilly startled. Snapping back to reality, she shook her head vigorously and replied: "Nothing. There’s nothing on your face."
"Aw, what a shame. I was hoping you’d mention my good looks," Wei Wuyin joked, lightly rubbing his jaw. In truth, his recent efforts had been quite taxing. While nine hours wasn't a long duration, the list of talismans, scriptures, and products available for crafting in this Outer Battlefield was far more extensive than in the Inner Battlefield. He had been forced to develop several new items on the fly. Luckily, his Freestyle Concoction Method made him exceptionally skilled at such spontaneous creations.
Tilly’s face flushed. She looked away slightly, murmuring, "You are handsome."
"Oh? Am I?" Wei Wuyin smirked playfully, moving closer. His Alchemic Stars of Unparalleled Creation radiated a brilliant light, and deep within them, a flicker of lustful fire danced. Tilly felt a sudden heat surge through her. Recent memories flooded her mind, causing her legs to press together. When she looked up and met Wei Wuyin’s gaze, an uncontrollable shiver ran through her. A quiet moan escaped her as her eyes turned misty and dazed.
Wei Wuyin let out a laugh as he wrapped her in a shimmering veil of spiritual energy, hiding her from view. Thus, when her knees buckled and she pouted with a sense of grievance, her condition remained hidden from the many prying eyes watching them. In that moment, the pair was the focal point of the entire region.
"Mean!" Tilly protested. Her voice carried a certain allure that tugged at Wei Wuyin’s lustful instincts. However, he maintained absolute mastery over the raw desires stirring in his soul. Such self-regulation was the fundamental requirement for an Inheritor of Sin: the capacity to govern, reject, embrace, or erase the sin while fully grasping its underlying philosophy.
The hunger lived within his soul, but it did not command him. It was, however, potent enough to trigger the uniqueness of that sin in others, spreading it with calculated intent. Individuals like Du Ling, Su Mei, Na Xinyi, and Zuhei had all been touched by that hunger, and their lives had been transformed because of it.
He reflected on the continuous evolution of his Bloodline of Sin, which had begun passively generating energy for his soul ever since he achieved full Ascension. It felt as though it was preparing his spirit to eventually practice the True Soul of Sin Method. He suspected that the Primordial Seeds of Sin: Lust & Pride were meant to be nurtured by sinful energy during this cultivation stage.
Though they were only intended to fully awaken upon reaching the Realm of Sages, his recent actions were triggering those advanced functions prematurely, despite his Bloodline of Sin having already awakened far ahead of schedule.
Eventually, he looked up at the notably smaller Globe of Creation that had linked itself to him. They hadn't merged into one entity just yet, but the connection was slowly strengthening. The fusion would likely conclude once the opposing side's Globes of Creation finished their Declaration Phase.
The person who had shown the courage to join him at the final moment was a face he recognized. With a thin smile, he vanished. To the observers, Wei Wuyin seemed to simply cease to exist, though he was merely moving at a speed that defied their physical perception.
He reappeared beneath the only other Globe of Creation that had dared to claim its place in the sky. The owner stood before him, her mismatched eyes trembling in shock at his sudden arrival.
She remained as graceful as the first time they met, though she had grown leaner, trading her softer curves for a more toned, athletic build. She hadn't lost her allure; rather, her body was tighter and firmer—a clear result of tempering her physical form through martial arts. She had gained an inch or two in height through this new path, though she was still shorter than Wei Wuyin by a head and a half.
Despite these changes, her vixen-like charm was only intensified. As expected, she wore a black and white dress that, while form-fitting and highlighting her figure, covered her from her neck down to her limbs, leaving only her eyes visible through a mesh veil.
Those heterochromic eyes—light grey on the right and dark grey on the left—were always unmistakable.
Wei Wuyin’s smile grew wider. "Twilight Alchemic Saint, it has been quite some time."
This was none other than... Mu Yura!
A Mortal Sovereign Alchemist from the Everlore Association!!
Mu Yura stared at Wei Wuyin, her heart racing. She was equally stunned by this revelation, having only dared to hope that this person and Wei Wuyin were one and the same!
"Neo-Dawn Alchemic Saint!" She struggled to keep her poise, but her voice cracked slightly as the pitch rose. She fought the urge to swallow hard. "I—it really has been a while."
Wei Wuyin’s eyes sparkled with curiosity. Overlooking the stunned companions beside her, he asked the most pressing question: "How did you get here?"
Indeed!
This was one of the Utmost Purity Galaxy’s designated zones for the Outer Battlefield. Why would someone who belonged in the Onestar Domain be found here in the Utmost Purity Galaxy? It defied all logic.
While he paid little mind to Mu Yura's associates, he did perceive a faint Blessed karmic aura clinging to her, something only possible through close contact with a Blessed individual. Without his specialized senses, even a skilled Heavenly Seer would have missed this detail.
"How? I was going to ask you the same..." Mu Yura started, but seeing Wei Wuyin’s brow furrow slightly, her body stiffened as she quickly added: "Your Majesty."
Wei Wuyin scanned her cultivation level. Wanting to expedite things, he decided to look into her memories directly. "Come with me," he said, extending his hand. She hesitated briefly, but remembering their shared fate after her impulsive decision to join him, she took it.
In an instant, they both vanished.
Wei Wuyin returned to the spot where Tilly was catching her breath and smoothing her clothes, having performed a quick change of attire for obvious reasons. His expression was grave as he landed.
Through the touch, Eden had non-invasively scanned Mu Yura’s memories. This ability had grown significantly more potent following his cultivation breakthrough. He was shocked to find that Mu Yura had traveled through the Ancient Sealed Regions, specifically from within the territory of his own Neo-Dawn Empire.
This puzzled him for a moment until he realized that the access formations weren't necessarily tethered to a static void coordinate. The planet he had utilized, Planet Blueglow, could be moved by a sufficiently powerful being. However, the distance between the Utmost Purity Galaxy and the Onestar Galaxy was immense.
Could they be linked?
As his mind worked through this revelation, on the verge of uncovering a massive secret regarding the history of the Onestar Galaxy, the 2,999 Zones of the Outer Stellar Battlefield launched their counter-offensive!
