Grey casually ordered, "Go deal with them."
Boom!
For an instant, time halted completely. Space crumpled savagely around the clones of Tian Yuan and Azathoth.
The very next moment saw their bodies disintegrate into powder. A mere idle thought from Grey brought their fleeting presences to an absolute end.
As they perished, the God Relic vanished entirely. Sealed abilities surged back into everyone's cores without delay.
Still, not a soul dared to budge. All eyes fixed upward on Grey with intensified stares.
This youth commanded a 7th Rank beast outright! What did the 7th Rank truly mean? It represented an ultimate peak unreachable for most across the vast cosmos. Even the Grand Arbiter ranked merely mid-7th Rank.
Yet the horrifying Beast of Finality hovering beside Grey remained veiled in stellar enigma. Its precise strength eluded everyone's grasp.
"Do you guys still want to continue the tournament? I am kind of done here," Grey chuckled lightly, shattering the oppressive hush.
"..." Silence gripped them all; no one risked a word.
Overwhelm left them speechless.
Suddenly, the Dragon Patriarch broke the stillness.
"You are very good, kid. To be able to reach such a level in a short amount of time... it is highly impressive. But what exactly is your relationship with the heretic Tian Yuan and the Abyssal God? Are you secretly plotting with them?" the Dragon Monarch demanded, his weathered face displaying utter arrogance and composure.
From the sidelines, Alissa's face darkened severely. A dire premonition gripped her—this clash spelled disaster.
"Are you the so-called Dragon Monarch?" Grey cocked his head, a glacial smirk curling his lips.
"That is indeed me." The Dragon Monarch exploded his aura outward. A ferocious tempest of dragon power ripped across the skies, seeking to crush the insolent human.
But before the force neared Grey, the Beast of Finality deployed its conceptual might.
Grey remained untouched by the assault. The Beast regarded the approaching force as an affair already concluded. The energy gale dissolved into oblivion prior to full formation.
"I have heard a lot of things about you overgrown lizards. Namely that the dragons are incredibly prideful and love to make unnecessary trouble with others," Grey proclaimed boldly.
Though a mere junior addressing a exalted elder like the Dragon Monarch, Grey's voice carried zero deference.
Witnessing such open insolence, the Emperor of the Aeonic Divine Kingdom stood stupefied. Angela and Anderson mirrored his alarm. The situation teetered on catastrophe, urging them to intervene swiftly.
Before his parents could act, a lithe form flashed skyward, positioning herself squarely between the Dragon Monarch and Grey.
It was Alissa.
"What are your intentions, Patriarch?" Alissa demanded icily.
"What my intentions are?" The Dragon Monarch bared a sinister grin. "I am simply questioning that lad over there. Why? Is it wrong to be cautious? That boy clearly is not normal. I harbor heavy doubts regarding his origins. He must be the reincarnation of an ancient, evil monster. How else could he achieve something like this and have deep relations with the worst criminals in the cosmos?"
This grave charge sparked wary brows lifting throughout the VIP section.
"Enough. He is not some reincarnated being," Alissa shot back, her face turning to ice.
"Oh? What makes you say that with such certainty, my dear granddaughter?" the Dragon Monarch mocked. "Do you, perchance, know him personally? You were also originally from the isolated Milky Way Galaxy, were you not?"
Gasps echoed loudly through the arena. Frenzied murmurs spread among the crowd. Anderson and Angela exchanged baffled glances, then soared up together to flank their son.
"The Arclight family, huh?" the Dragon Monarch sneered patronizingly.
"Dragon Monarch, why are you purposely making things difficult?" Anderson said with a deep scowl. "My son has just achieved true Sainthood. He is not someone you can carelessly target now."
"Oh? You still fiercely defend him after seeing him casually chatting with the heretic Tian Yuan and the Abyssal God?" the Dragon Monarch scoffed icily. "They are the very source of evil in this universe. Am I in the wrong for assuming the exact same for him?"
"I did not hear you yapping this much while ##### and Tian Yuan were actually standing here," Grey cut in nonchalantly.
A piercing cold raced along the spines of Alissa, Anderson, and Angela.
Did this youth lack all fear?
The Dragon Monarch's prowess placed him at the eighth or ninth tier of 7th Rank!
"Do you have a literal death wish, kid?!" A dragon elder, silent until now at the side, bellowed in unbridled rage.
"No. But I can definitely and completely eradicate the entire Dragon Clan from the starry sky right here, right now. Do you want to see?" Grey snickered frostily, his saintly gaze fixing on the Dragon Monarch.
He intended to demolish this venerable reptile's arrogance personally.
"Enough! Grey, stop talking!" Alissa trembled openly at the horrifying ultimatum.
To hurl such audacity at the mightiest clan... was he courting total annihilation?
Only the Duke-tier Arclight family supported him. The Grand Arbiter watched the standoff with sharp, scheming focus too. Evidently, the monarch's pointed claims had sown deep distrust toward Grey in the Arbiter.
"Stay out of my way, Alissa." Grey flicked his fingers effortlessly. Instantly, reality twisted, flinging Alissa right next to Juli and Miwa in the VIP seats.
"You!" Alissa reeled in shock, baffled at how he pierced her barriers so effortlessly.
"Grey, what exactly are you doing?" Angela questioned in a voice tight with tension.
Should conflict erupt into all-out battle, she stood ready to lay down her life for her son's getaway.
Jeremiah viewed the chaos in sheer astonishment. Did this Lost Heir possess such brazen hubris to scorn the whole Dragon Clan outright, or was raw madness his true nature?
Boom!
The next moment locked everyone in place. A dread force shook every spectator's Origin Core as it slammed the world. An asphyxiating dragon aura burst from the enraged Dragon Monarch.
"You dare threaten the supreme Dragon Clan?!"
"Why not? You are all just a bunch of arrogant, oversized reptiles holding absolutely zero value to this world," Grey jeered.
Then Grey jabbed a finger earthward, toward Alissa's spot, pressing for replies.
"Where are Melissa and Wang Lin?"
"If you do not give me a clear answer immediately, I will find the truth myself. And I will do so by completely wiping the entire Dragon Clan from the cosmos."
Murderous light flared in Grey’s eyes. Pristine Nexus frequential energy erupted from his core akin to a stellar surge. His Saintly Halos blazed with searing intensity while yet another halo emerged overhead.
It was the Halo of the Lesser Heavens. Glowing rings of the Lesser Heavens encircled his saintly eyes as well, targeting the Dragon Monarch.
"You have exactly one minute to answer," Grey beamed amiably.
