Daiki, the Hokage, is confronted by elders Hiruzen and Danzo after making the Raikage wait. Daiki boasts about Konoha's superiority over the Cloud Village, further irking Hiruzen. Daiki then reveals his real reason for the delay: training Tayuya to unlock the Uzumaki's Adamantine Sealing Chains. He discovered the chains are an artificial bloodline created through advanced fuinjutsu sealed into the Uzumaki bloodline and chakra system, far beyond his current replication capabilities.

"So, you're saying Namikaze, you'll have an Uzumaki girl at your beck and call, with her freely using the chains?" Danzo inquired, a look of great satisfaction on his face.

"Soon enough," Daiki replied with a nod, shrugging dismissively.

"What about Naruto-kun?" Hiruzen asked, his curiosity evident. "Will he also be able to awaken the chains?"

Once he managed to pinpoint the exact trigger for their awakening, or simply devise a way to force them awake without harming the user, then yes, he should be able to awaken them in Naruto as well.

The real question, however, was whether he *should*.

He was already planning on bestowing Naruto with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, which would eventually evolve into a Rinnegan.

Kurama would understandably be incredibly wary of Naruto and his capacity to subdue him with those eyes. Coupled with the Adamantine Sealing Chains, the very chains Kushina once used to impale him onto a colossal boulder... what would become of the potential partnership between Naruto and Kurama?

Would it be rendered completely impossible?

'It may be something you'll simply have to accept,' Isobu sighed, his voice resonating with resignation. 'It's likely impossible in this timeline for Naruto and Kurama to forge the deep partnership they shared in that other existence.'

That truly would be a disappointment.

But Isobu wasn't wrong. Ultimately, with the Rinnegan plan already in motion for Naruto, the Adamantine Sealing Chains wouldn't significantly alter the trajectory of the relationship between Naruto and Kurama.

In the end, he might just have to set Kurama free.

That is, on the condition that Kurama promises not to seek retribution against the Leaf. While Isobu understood Kurama's perspective and his deep-seated hatred for humans, being his sibling, he knew the reasoning.

But he was the Hokage now, and he wouldn't hesitate to reseal Kurama if he ever dared to attack Konoha after being released.

'Understandable,' Isobu hummed in agreement. 'The mere fact that you will grant him the opportunity for freedom, should he desire it, is more than sufficient.'

Well, there was still some time before that point. He wouldn't be unsealing Kurama anyway until the Akatsuki, Obito, and the potential threat of Madara were dealt with.

Having endured being sealed for nearly a century, he was confident Kurama could handle waiting a few more years for his freedom.

'Before then, we should have another conversation with him,' Isobu added. 'This time, I will join you.'

Agreed, he would need to do that before his plan to bring all the Bijuu to Konoha was fully realized.

And it wouldn't be long before they began to congregate here in the first place. Isobu, Kurama, and Shukaku were already residing within Konoha, after all.

Furthermore, he was already scheduled to meet with Shibuki regarding the relocation of Fu to Konoha.

It wouldn't be long before his shinobi made contact with Roshi and Han. Either they would return to Konoha as Jinchuriki, or Son Goku and Kokuo would be freed and brought back themselves.

That would leave only two remaining: Gyuki and Matatabi.

And he already had plans in motion for those two.

In fact, he needed to address that right now, considering that useless, grumbling monkey was likely fuming while waiting for him to accept his call.

"Yes, I will be able to allow Naruto to access them as well," Daiki affirmed in response to the elder's question. "Now, what brings you two here? Or is it merely about the Raikage?"

"Not quite," Danzo replied curtly. "While I am personally eager to witness your meeting with the Raikage firsthand, I wouldn't have come unless invited, if not for..." he trailed off, glancing at his old friend seated beside him.

The old man simply nodded in affirmation. "Indeed," he stated, extending his hand. Suddenly, a file materialized in his grasp, summoned from his personal dimension-sealing technique.

Raising an eyebrow, Daiki reached out and took the file, proceeding to examine its contents. His other eyebrow joined the first, rising slightly as he recognized it as a medical file from the hospital's records.

It was his own.

However, it wasn't a standard one; it was his genealogy file. The Konoha hospital system was remarkably thorough with genealogy due to the prevalence of bloodline limits.

Following the branch connected to his name, he discovered his parents, along with some basic information from their files.

His two sets of grandparents, whom he had never met. His mother's parents were ninja who perished during the early stages of the Third Great Shinobi War, casualties of Iwa insurgents.

As for his father's parents, he had no recollection of their fate; he knew nothing about them beyond the fact that they hailed from the Mist.

Daisuke and Hikari Yurei.

He hadn't actually known their names until this very moment. Tracing his finger over the inscription of their names, he mused idly, 'Was I named after them?'

The name Daisuke, in general, carried the meaning of 'Great Assistance' or 'Great Helper.' Meanwhile, Hikari typically signified 'light.'

His own name, Daiki, held several interpretations depending on the kanji used. The version he commonly adopted bestowed upon his name the meaning of 'Great Shining' or 'Great Radiance.'

Thus, Daiki Yurei, with the characters he employed, could be interpreted as 'Great Shining Spirit' or 'Great Radiant Spirit.'

It bore a striking resemblance to a blend of his paternal grandparents' names.

"Hoh?" he tilted his head, observing the details regarding them presented beneath. It turned out that his paternal grandparents had accompanied his father when he fled the Mist Village for Konoha.

Tragically, they perished in an ambush, sacrificing their lives to ensure his father's solitary escape to Konoha.

The assailants were shinobi from Kumo.

Apparently, they were targeted due to their bloodline. The specific nature of this bloodline remained unstated, and he knew his father had never awakened it, possessing only scant knowledge about it.

Therefore, his maternal grandparents fell victim to Stone 'Swine,' and his paternal grandparents were slain by Cloud 'Monkeys.'

As if he needed further justification to harbor animosity towards them.

However… in the grand scheme of things, this revelation altered nothing; he had never even known these individuals, despite their familial connection.

He was on the verge of setting the file aside and inquiring as to why it had been brought to him, when his gaze idly drifted downwards towards his great-grandparents, and a particular name leaped out at him, listed as his Great Grandfather.

Tobirama Senju.
