Governments, universities, and corporations worldwide are scrambling to secure leases on Nova Technologies' new space station at Lagrange 5. Despite the immense opportunity for scientific and commercial advancement, institutions are forced into total dependency, surrendering sovereignty and privacy to Nova's strict, automated governance.

It's been more than 48 hours since Nova Technologies dropped the announcement about the start of the space station construction, and the world has started to move on in its own way.

Hours after the announcement, people started buying telescopes in droves, in a bid to watch the construction of the space city, as they now call it. Naturally, only those that can afford high-end telescopes would enjoy the view more.

The space station would mark humanity's first actual foothold in the vast dark and cold expanse of outer space.

For private space launch companies whose ultimate goal was making humanity an interplanetary race, establishing a colony on Mars or building data centers in space, Nova Technologies' space station has completely made them obsolete, because no one would settle for less when Nova Technologies is offering so much more than any company on earth would be able to in the next couple of decades.

The announcement caused aerospace and space exploration companies stock to tank.

The world held their breath, with most aiming their telescopes at the night sky, every night, in the direction of Lagrange 5, to watch the construction of the space station.

But who would had thought that Nova Technologies wasn't done with their announcements.

📢 Official Announcement

Nova Technologies is proud to introduce the Nova Technologies Institutional Terminal.

Available now to all verified LucidNet institutional accounts.

NOVA TECHNOLOGIES INSTITUTIONAL TERMINAL

What It Is

The Nova Technologies Institutional Terminal is a unified business management platform for all Nova Technologies business services.

It gives verified institutional entities a single centralized hub from which to manage every aspect of their presence and operations across Nova Technologies' ecosystem. Every current Nova Technologies business service is accessible from one terminal. Every future Nova Technologies business service will slot into the same terminal automatically as it becomes available.

One terminal. Everything in one place.

Activation

The Institutional Terminal is available to all verified LucidNet institutional accounts.

Activation requires the following.

Completed LucidNet Institutional Verification. Entities that have not completed Institutional Verification must do so before applying for terminal access.

Named terminal administrator. The applying entity must designate a primary terminal administrator. The default administrator is the individual currently holding primary authority over the entity's LucidNet institutional account. The applying entity may designate a different individual as administrator provided that individual has completed individual identity verification through LucidNet.

At least one active Nova Technologies business relationship. The terminal is a management hub for existing business relationships with Nova Technologies. Entities must hold at least one verified active business account — Lucid Market seller account, Nova Express Business Account, or verified LucidNet institutional account — before applying for terminal access.

Signed unified account terms. A formal agreement governing terminal use, the entity's responsibilities as the account holder, and Nova Technologies' rights regarding monitoring and access. The agreement is signed digitally by the named terminal administrator.

Data governance confirmation. The applying entity confirms that all individuals being granted terminal access have been informed that their activity within the terminal is logged and monitored by Nova Technologies and that they consent to this as a condition of their role.

One-time activation fee of $10,000. Payable at the time of application. Non-refundable upon activation.

Applications are submitted through the existing LucidNet institutional dashboard. Approved applications are activated within 24 hours. If documentation is incomplete or unverifiable the application is returned with specific items flagged for resolution before reapplication.

Administrator

The terminal administrator holds full authority over the terminal account.

The administrator has complete access to every function, every module, and every setting across all Nova Technologies business services managed through the terminal. Only the administrator can add or remove team members, assign roles, adjust permission levels, and make account-level decisions.

The default administrator is the individual holding primary authority over the entity's LucidNet institutional account at the time of terminal activation.

The administrator designation can be changed at any time through the terminal. The outgoing administrator initiates the transfer. The incoming administrator confirms it. Nova Technologies records the change. The transition is fully documented and immediate upon confirmation.

Team Access

The administrator may grant terminal access to any number of verified LucidNet individual account holders within their organization.

Each team member is assigned a role with a defined permission scope. No team member has access beyond what their assigned role permits. Roles and permissions are fully configurable by the administrator across every granular function within the terminal.

Every action taken within the terminal by any team member is recorded in a complete activity log. The log is visible to the administrator at all times. It records who performed what action and when across every module and every service within the terminal.

Sensitive actions — including pricing changes above defined thresholds, storefront design changes, and account-level modifications — require secondary authorization from a designated approver before taking effect. Authorization requirements are configurable by the administrator.

Two-factor authentication is required for all team members accessing the terminal.

Multi-Brand Management

Entities that wholly own multiple brands may manage all of them from a single terminal.

A wholly owned brand is one where the applying entity holds 100% ownership with no other shareholders. Brands where any external ownership stake exists — regardless of size — are independent entities and must apply for their own separate terminal.

To add a wholly owned brand to the terminal the entity must submit corporate registration documents confirming 100% ownership of the brand being added. Nova Technologies cross-references all submitted documentation against available public corporate registries and verifies internal consistency before approving the brand addition.

Adding a brand to an existing terminal does not require a new activation fee. The $10,000 activation fee covers the terminal. Documentation submission and verification is the only requirement for each additional brand.

Each approved brand within the terminal has its own dedicated management space. Separate storefront. Separate catalog. Separate analytics. Separate team assignments if the entity chooses. All accessible from the same terminal under the same administrator.

Independent Terminals For Related Entities

An entity that is part of a larger corporate structure may apply for its own independent terminal rather than being managed through a parent entity's terminal.

An independent terminal is completely separate from any parent or related entity's terminal by default. The parent entity's administrator has no access to the independent terminal unless the independent terminal's administrator explicitly grants it.

Access between related terminals is always voluntary. The terminal that owns the data decides who accesses it. If the independent terminal's administrator chooses to grant a parent entity's administrator viewing access they may do so through the role and permission system. If they choose to grant no access that decision is equally valid and Nova Technologies does not override it.

Nova Technologies does not impose access relationships between terminals based on corporate ownership structure. Access is always granted voluntarily by the entity that controls the terminal.

What The Terminal Manages

The Institutional Terminal provides centralized management of all Nova Technologies business services the entity holds active accounts for. Every service is accessible from one interface without switching platforms.

Lucid Market

Virtual storefront management. Full three-dimensional virtual store design and customization. Multiple brand storefronts managed from one terminal where applicable. Regional storefront variants for different markets. Seasonal and campaign storefront updates scheduled in advance. Virtual try-on asset management ensuring accurate clothing representation across the catalog.

Catalog management. Bulk product upload across entire catalog simultaneously. Inventory synchronization with existing corporate inventory management systems ensuring Lucid Market listings update automatically when stock levels change. Pricing management across entire catalog. Product variant management.

Performance metrics. Aggregate sales data. Total store visits. Total virtual try-on interactions. Total conversions. Sales breakdown by product, region, and time period. Category performance context. All metrics are aggregate. No individual user behavior data is accessible through the terminal at any stage.

Financial management. Complete transaction history with full export capability. Invoice generation for applicable transaction types. Tax documentation generation for compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Earnings breakdown by brand, product, region, and time period. Payout management and payment account settings.

Nova Express

Full Nova Express Business Account management integrated directly into the terminal. Shipment scheduling. Real-time fleet tracking across all active deliveries. Consolidated monthly invoicing. Volume discount management. Delivery performance analytics. All Nova Express business functions accessible without leaving the terminal.

Additional Services

All other Nova Technologies business services the entity holds active accounts for are accessible through the terminal. As Nova Technologies launches new business products and services they will be integrated into the terminal automatically. Entities do not need to apply for separate management access for new services. The terminal expands to accommodate them.

Privacy

The terminal provides aggregate performance data only. No individual user behavior data, movement data within virtual stores, or personal information about buyers is accessible through the terminal at any stage.

Nova Technologies does not provide sellers or institutional entities with data that identifies or profiles individual users regardless of the entity's size, relationship with Nova Technologies, or volume of business conducted through the platform.

All terminal activity is monitored by Nova Technologies. This monitoring exists to ensure compliance with Nova Technologies' terms across all managed services and to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem. Entities and their team members consent to this monitoring as a condition of terminal access as confirmed during the activation process.

Support

All terminal support queries are directed through the terminal's dedicated support channel accessible within the terminal interface.

Nova Technologies does not operate a public facing support line.
