Lucid Market is a global e-commerce marketplace operating within the LucidNet ecosystem.
It connects individual sellers, businesses, and corporations directly to 6.8 billion buyers across every country on Earth. Every transaction is processed through Nova Technologies' verified payment infrastructure. Every order is fulfilled through Nova Express.
Lucid Market does not operate warehouses. It does not hold inventory. It does not intermediate between seller and buyer beyond the transaction itself. The seller lists. The buyer purchases. Nova Express delivers.
Who Can Sell
Individual Sellers
Individual sellers on Lucid Market must be verified Lucid device users or verified through the Independent Seller Program.
Lucid Device Sellers
Lucid device holders may apply for individual seller status directly through their device dashboard. Device registration serves as the primary identity verification layer. Additional documentation required:
β Government-issued photo ID
β Verified payment account in the seller's name
β Confirmed seller address
Approval for verified Lucid device sellers is processed within 24 hours.
Independent Seller Program
Non-Lucid users may apply for individual seller status through the Independent Seller Program. Required documentation:
β Government-issued photo ID
β Secondary government-issued photo ID
β Proof of address dated within 90 days
β Bank statement dated within 90 days confirming the verified payment account
β Secondary contact verification
Independent Seller Program applications are processed within 72 hours. All submitted documentation is cross-referenced against public records and verified databases before approval is granted. Incomplete or unverifiable documentation will not be approved regardless of how it is framed.
Individual sellers may list physical products they own, produce, or have legal right to sell. Individual sellers may not list products on behalf of a third party without verified authorization documentation from that third party on file.
Businesses and Corporations
Verified LucidNet Business Accounts
Businesses and corporations that have completed LucidNet's Institutional Verification process are eligible for immediate Lucid Market seller access. Institutional Verification already confirms everything Nova Technologies requires.
To activate Lucid Market seller access, verified LucidNet business accounts must:
β Apply through their existing LucidNet dashboard
β Confirm the payment account to be used for Lucid Market earnings
β Agree to Lucid Market terms and conditions
Approval for verified LucidNet business accounts is processed within 24 hours of application.
No additional documentation is required beyond what was submitted during Institutional Verification.
Unverified Businesses and Corporations
Businesses and corporations that have not completed LucidNet's Institutional Verification process must complete it before applying for Lucid Market seller access.
Lucid Market seller applications from unverified business accounts will not be processed. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Information on the Institutional Verification process is available through the LucidNet business dashboard.
Product Standards
Every product listed on Lucid Market must be accurately described. The listing must reflect the actual product the buyer will receive.
Lucid Market's verification system cross-references every product listing against manufacturer databases, product registries, and public records before the listing goes live. Counterfeit products, misrepresented products, and products listed under unauthorized brand names will not be approved and the seller account will be reviewed.
Prohibited Products
The following may not be listed on Lucid Market under any circumstances:
β Counterfeit or replica products of any kind
β Stolen goods
β Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and weapon components
β Pharmaceuticals, medications, and controlled substances of any kind, prescription or over-the-counter, regardless of claimed authorization
β Alcohol and alcoholic beverages
β Tobacco and nicotine products of any kind
β Products made from endangered or protected species
β Human tissue, organs, or biological material
β Explosive materials and components
β Products that violate applicable intellectual property rights
β Any product whose sale is prohibited under the laws of the seller's jurisdiction
This list is not exhaustive. Nova Technologies reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet Lucid Market's standards regardless of category.
Pricing Policy
Sellers set their own prices. Nova Technologies does not set maximum price limits. Sellers may price their products at whatever value they determine appropriate for their goods.
The minimum listing price for any product on Lucid Market is $0.99. No product may be listed below this threshold regardless of category or seller tier.
Sellers may adjust their listed prices at any time. Sales, promotions, and discounts are permitted and do not require approval from Nova Technologies. Sellers manage their own pricing freely above the minimum threshold.
All listings on Lucid Market are fixed price. Auction-style listings are not supported.
Platform fees apply to the actual price paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. If a seller has discounted a product, the platform fee applies to the discounted price, not the original listed price.
Prices must be listed in USD. Buyers outside the United States will see the equivalent value in their local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed and settled in USD.
Platform Fees
Nova Technologies charges a platform fee on every completed transaction. The fee is deducted automatically at the point of sale before payment is released to the seller.
Individual sellers β 5% per transaction.
Business sellers β 7% per transaction.
Corporate sellers β 10% per transaction.
Platform fees cover transaction processing, listing infrastructure, payment security, verification maintenance, and buyer protection.
Nova Express delivery fees are charged separately. Delivery fees are visible to the buyer at checkout before purchase is confirmed.
Payment
All transactions on Lucid Market are denominated in USD.
Seller earnings are paid to the verified payment account on file. Earnings from completed and delivered transactions are released within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
Nova Technologies does not hold seller earnings beyond the delivery confirmation window. Earnings in dispute are held pending resolution. Nova Technologies does not freeze seller earnings on the basis of an unresolved buyer complaint alone. Evidence is required before any hold is applied.
Buyer Protection
Every purchase on Lucid Market is covered by the Lucid Market Buyer Guarantee.
If a delivered product does not match its listing description, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. If a product is not delivered within the confirmed delivery window, the buyer is entitled to a full refund. Refund requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
Abuse of the Buyer Guarantee β filing false not-received or not-as-described claims β will result in permanent removal from the platform.
Disputes
Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through the Lucid Market resolution system. Both parties submit evidence. The resolution system reviews all submitted evidence and issues a binding decision within 48 hours.
Nova Technologies' decision on disputes is final.
Seller Ratings
Every completed transaction generates a buyer rating for the seller. Ratings are visible on every seller's public profile. Ratings cannot be removed by the seller. Sellers whose rating falls below the platform minimum threshold will have their listings suspended pending review.
Buyers who consistently leave ratings demonstrably inconsistent with transaction records will have their rating privileges reviewed.
Intellectual Property
Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell every product they list. Nova Technologies will act on verified intellectual property complaints within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation from the rights holder.
Rights holders must submit verified documentation confirming their ownership before any action is taken. Nova Technologies does not act on unverified complaints.
Sellers found to have repeatedly listed products in violation of intellectual property rights will be permanently removed from the platform.
Privacy
Buyer purchase history and personal data are stored on the buyer's Lucid device where applicable. Nova Technologies does not sell buyer data to sellers or third parties.
Seller account information is held securely and is not shared beyond what is required to process transactions and comply with lawful legal requirements.
Availability
Lucid Market is available globally from launch to all LucidNet users as buyers. Seller applications are open immediately through the LucidNet dashboard.
Nova Technologies does not restrict buyer access to Lucid Market on the basis of geography. All listed products are visible to all buyers globally. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to ship their products to the buyer's location.
