The destruction of the Hollow Star organization and the rise of the Order of Absolute have sent shockwaves across the galaxy. Leaders of various major powers convene to address the emergence of Billion Ironhart, whose rapid progression toward Saint ascension has fundamentally shifted the balance of power. For hours, the battlefield had remained locked in a relentless struggle.

Out in the depths of the void, a gaping fissure in space shimmered, resembling a jagged wound upon reality. This rift expanded across the darkness, its borders seeping with unstable, shifting hues of every sort. From deep within came a ceaseless, droning vibration of alien energy, pressing firmly against the boundaries of the Prime Universe.

It was a Grade Four rift.

Guarding its entrance stood a series of defensive structures erected by the invading forces. Three massive layers of constructs drifted through the void, housing thousands of abominations and phantoms. Their monstrous shapes moved and struck across the field like storms of living corruption.

Near the rift itself, a towering, dark monolith stood upon the innermost layer. The structure remained eerily silent while pulses of deathmist emanated from its surface.

The Eternal commander was waiting within.

Across the theater of war, a vast army of demon warriors collided with the entities surging from the enemy lines. Blazing weaponry left fiery streaks through the void, accompanied by the deafening roars of conflict. Abominations the size of warships pressed forward with claws stained in corruption, while phantoms darted through the demon ranks like flickers of shadow.

High above the fray, the demon commander drifted in solitude.

His crimson armor caught the glares of the battle below as he observed with composed patience. His hands rested behind his back, yet his grip was tightened into white-knuckled fists.

He was not merely watching the combat.

He was waiting for something.

Below him, several Grandmasters and Transcendent demon warriors fought with deliberate restraint, prioritizing defensive formations over offensive maneuvers.

One of them cast a glance skyward while parrying the lethal strike of a charging abomination.

"How much longer must we hold like this?"

Another demon beside him dispatched an abomination with a wide, crushing blow before replying.

"They told us he would arrive today."

"That was hours ago."

"They never specified when," the second demon answered, his tone grim. "Just hold your position."

The first warrior muttered a growl under his breath.

"Easy for you to say."

A third voice interjected nearby.

"Cease your complaining and maintain the formation. If the commander commands us to wait, we wait."

The demons tightened their defensive circle as a fresh wave of entities surged toward them.

High above, the demon commander suddenly tilted his head upward.

Something had shifted.

A ripple traversed the fabric of space.

It began as a subtle event, akin to a pebble dropped into a still pond. However, the disturbance expanded rapidly, rolling through the void in widening waves that distorted the battlefield itself.

Every combatant paused for a fleeting heartbeat. As the ripple grew in size, the disturbance engulfed the entire area, bending space like liquid.

Even the abominations faltered. From the dark tower near the rift, a tall silhouette flickered into view.

The Eternal commander had felt it as well.

Then, space tore open.

A vortex materialized above the battlefield, its swirling borders twisting with intense, controlled spatial power. The massive gateway stabilized instantly, dwarfing even the largest warships that drifted nearby.

A single figure stepped out from within the vortex.

A long, dark jacket trailed behind him as he drifted calmly into open space, the fabric flapping like a banner in the vacuum. The design was minimalist yet imposing, reaching down to his knees.

Burned onto the back of the jacket was a solitary emblem.

Order of Absolute.

For a brief moment, the battlefield fell into a deafening silence.

The demons gazed upward in awe.

The demon commander exhaled a long breath.

"He has arrived."

******* [Billion's PoV]

I drifted high above the conflict, my violet eyes sweeping over the endless swarm of foes massed across the defensive layers ahead.

Thousands.

No.

Millions.

Abominations. Phantoms. And the Eternal commander standing watch near the rift. A silver radiance flickered briefly around my frame before I suppressed it, forcing the surging essence away from my skin.

"Calm yourself," I murmured.

I took a step forward, and space folded in response.

In a heartbeat, I flashed across the battlefield, materializing directly before the black tower near the rift. The Eternal commander stood in wait. His dark, impenetrable eyes scanned me without a blink, devoid of surprise at my appearance. It never ceased to fascinate me how the Eternals lacked any recognizable emotion; they were purely driven by their mission.

For several moments, he simply observed me. Then, his voice echoed softly through the void.

"Billion Ironhart."

A faint smile tugged at my lips.

"Veritas Dominus."

I raised my hand. The sky over the void darkened instantly. Massive violet clouds churned into existence, with lightning arcing through their depths as an immense quantity of essence gathered, overshadowing the entire battlefield.

The pace of the battle slowed.

Every demon.

Every abomination.

Every phantom.

Each of them turned their gaze upward.

Something immense descended from the swirling storm. An enormous stone tablet emerged, ancient and grand beyond measure. Its surface was carved with glowing violet inscriptions, pulsing with the authority to command the very laws of the universe.

The tablet descended until it loomed over the entire field of battle.

Even the rift behind the Eternal commander appeared insignificant beneath its presence.

Two massive crimson chains extended from the sides of the tablet, trailing through the void before anchoring into space itself as if tethering the ancient relic.

My domain had officially arrived.

The Eternal commander reacted. Essence flooded outward as its own law surged instinctively, attempting to manifest its own domain.

Nothing happened. The energy simply collapsed.

The Eternal tilted its head slightly.

"How?"

I looked at it, my expression serene.

"Domains operate on a hierarchy, kid."

The battlefield froze. Then, the destruction commenced.

Violet lightning erupted from the tablet above, raining down upon the defensive layers. Entire legions of abominations evaporated instantly, their corrupted forms dissolving into basic essence before they could even emit a sound. Phantoms disintegrated as waves of violet energy scoured them like cleansing flames. Across the field, the Eternal army began to crumble.

Millions of foes vanished in silent flares of light.

The Eternal commander stood motionless, watching as its army was wiped from existence. It was powerless to intervene. Within the bounds of my domain, its authority was entirely suppressed. The waves of destruction continued until not a single enemy remained.

The fortifications shattered; the tower crumbled into dust. The abominations and phantoms were reduced to raw, flowing essence that streamed toward me like rivers of light.

I absorbed the lot, channeling it directly into my abyss core.

Only the rift remained. Below me, the demon army still drifted across the battlefield.

I raised my hand once more, and a ripple passed through the air; space folded again. In an instant, every demon warrior disappeared, safely teleported back to their landing zone far removed from the conflict.

The void grew silent. Then, gargantuan runes began to coalesce around the rift. One colossal formation appeared above, and another below. The glowing symbols rotated slowly, locking onto the unstable tear in space.

The rift resisted.

For a fleeting second, I sensed another presence pushing from the far side, a distant force desperately trying to maintain the gateway.

I chuckled lightly.

"Relax."

The runes ignited. Reality slammed shut. With a thunderous ripple, the rift collapsed. As the tear vanished entirely, I cast a final glance toward the empty space where the resistance had originated.

"I will come find you."
