"I’m going to report this immediately! What kind of terrible hotel is this? This is outrageous."
Those nearby overheard and turned to the two receptionists with confusion: "Is what she’s saying true? Are you really trying to evict guests?"
The situation seemed quite unusual.
Normally, no hotel would resort to such measures.
Why would they expel guests without any valid reason?
"Naturally, we welcome esteemed guests, but people like them are not welcome here," the receptionist admitted without hesitation.
"So, her accusation is accurate," one of the onlookers interjected with clear disapproval. "Then the fault lies with you. How can your hotel possibly kick out guests like that?"
"Indeed, how can a hotel conduct itself in such a manner?"
"It’s entirely wrong to treat customers in this fashion."
"The receptionists’ discourteous behavior clearly warrants a formal complaint."
A growing crowd began to rally behind Rose Liall.
With everyone seemingly on her side, Rose Liall’s demeanor grew increasingly arrogant. She pointed directly at the receptionists’ faces and berated them: "Do you hear that? People can see clearly. Employees like you should be dismissed without delay, or I will escalate this complaint to encompass the entire establishment!"
"Young lady, a simple apology would be sufficient to resolve this matter."
"Yes, just offer a few courteous words and apologize quickly. It’s hardly worth losing your jobs over this."
The onlookers observed that the two receptionists were rather young and attractive women, and they felt reluctant to see them dismissed from their positions.
Everyone makes mistakes.
As long as they acknowledge and rectify their errors, it should be acceptable.
Witnessing the collective support for Rose Liall and Annie Lawrence, the receptionist’s eyes welled up with tears of frustration: "I refuse to apologize, I will not apologize to her. Her daughter is a dreadful individual, known for stealing other people’s boyfriends and spreading malicious rumors."
"Individuals of their character are certainly not welcome in our hotel."
"Who are you calling dreadful! Say that one more time, and I’ll literally rip your mouth open!" Rose Liall’s face contorted with rage, turning a shade of deep blue.
"You are the dreadful one, utterly shameless, stealing another’s boyfriend, even resorting to plastic surgery to mimic others and then spreading vile gossip!" the receptionist retorted directly at Annie, her voice ringing with accusation. "Your daughter possesses a morally bankrupt character, and now the entire nation is aware of her utter lack of shame. If you possess any genuine power, you should set about silencing everyone’s tongues!"
"That’s right, shameless, utterly shameless." The second receptionist joined in, echoing her colleague's tirade.
Rose Liall trembled with sheer fury, making attempts to strike them.
Bystanders swiftly intervened, pulling the combatants apart.
Annie, equally incensed, tried to join her mother in confronting the receptionists.
However, the onlookers kept the mother and daughter restrained.
"Someone as shameless as you still has the audacity to initiate physical altercations?"
"It’s no wonder you’ve raised such a disreputable daughter; you are both truly dreadful individuals." The two receptionists continued their verbal assault, back and forth.
Rose Liall was so incandescent with rage that it seemed smoke might billow from her ears. She struggled against those restraining her, thrashing about: "You vile little wretches, I will skin you alive today! Let me go, don’t hold me back, I must tear those mouths apart!"
At this precise moment, Joanna Lawrence’s devoted fans began to arrive.
An approaching group fixed their gaze upon Annie, who was also being held back, and their expressions shifted dramatically.
"Are you Omega Huntley?"
"No wonder you bear such a striking resemblance to our beloved Baby Joanna; it must be you."
