"Annie Lawrence, I can definitely set up a meeting for you. However, you must promise me something."
"Tell me."
"Should you truly become Frank Parker’s woman and gain his affection, remember I’m the one who assisted you. Once you climb high and achieve success, don’t overlook helping me out."
"Naturally, we’re bound together." Annie’s tone brimmed with amusement, yet her gaze stayed icy, "Should I become Frank Parker’s woman, I’ll never forget your favor. Whenever you require aid later, I’ll surely provide it. Isn’t this our original pact?"
David Benington chuckled, evidently delighted by her response: "Correct, that’s our deal. Annie Lawrence, we’re tied now—if I falter, so will you. Your spot in this show came from my utmost efforts. Shine brightly, and I’ll time the meeting with Frank Parker perfectly."
"Await my great news."
With that, David ended the call.
The instant the conversation concluded, Annie Lawrence’s smile evaporated.
"David Benington, do you believe I’m still that manipulable Annie Lawrence? I haven’t forgotten the pain you caused me. Just bide your time—I’ll repay every grudge."
"Joanna Lawrence, you all just wait. I won’t spare any of you!"

Once Joanna Lawrence and Porter Rushbrook completed their lunch, they headed back to the hotel for some rest.
Upon arriving at the hotel, Joanna Lawrence phoned Ashton Heath, chatting for around ten minutes. She then hung up, set an alarm, and dozed off briefly.
By three in the afternoon, the group assembled to start shooting the program.
Joanna Lawrence spotted Omega Huntley once more.
Porter Rushbrook had earlier shamed Omega publicly before countless online viewers, making his disdain clear.
This had surely stripped her of all dignity.
Joanna Lawrence figured that upon reuniting, Omega would snub them.
At minimum, she wouldn’t approach with greetings anymore.
Yet, astonishingly, Omega approached them upon sighting, offering a warm welcome and respectfully addressing them as seniors.
"Did everyone rest nicely? I visited an excellent Western eatery today. Their steaks were superb. Where did you go? How was the cuisine? Mind sharing the spot’s name?"
A charming grin lit her features, devoid of any resentment. It seemed prior events hadn’t touched her at all.
She behaved utterly unperturbed.
Still, Porter kept a stony expression, his demeanor aloof and tone dismissive, "Merely an ordinary little diner, not worth suggesting. Stop calling me senior—it feels off."
With the live stream resuming, viewers witnessed Omega Huntley eagerly approaching Joanna Lawrence and others.
They also noted Porter’s icy reception toward her.
"I feel Porter Rushbrook and his group are overdoing it. She committed no fault. She still humbly addresses them as seniors, her manner is fine. No reason to treat her so harshly."
