Frank Parker confronts David regarding his decision to sign and promote a new artist, Annie Lawrence. David is visibly shaken by Frank's intense, icy demeanor as he is pressed about why he chose to back an artist who bears a striking resemblance to Joanna Lawrence. Desperate to save himself, David denies harboring any ulterior motives and quickly offers to terminate Annie's contract to appease his superior.

However, the reaction shown by Frank was entirely unexpected to David.

He appeared completely indifferent toward Annie.

Fearing that Annie might ultimately bring him down with her, David resolved that he would certainly distance himself from her if a critical situation arose.

David waited in anxious silence for a while, yet Frank remained mute.

Driven by curiosity, he gathered enough courage to lift his head and peek at the man.

He observed a handsome figure seated upon a black leather chair, appearing deeply lost in thought and clearly unconcerned with David’s previous remarks.

Afraid of losing everything he had built, David decided to disregard Annie’s outcome and insisted on distancing himself once more. "Mr. Parker, I was not previously acquainted with Omega. She was introduced to me by another party. Though I initially resisted signing her, she wept and begged for a chance to break into this industry. I must confess... it was merely because she shares a resemblance with Joanna that I was moved to sign her."

"My intention to promote her through hype was also strictly due to her resemblance to Joanna."

Feeling an icy glare bore into him once more, David withstood the immense pressure and managed to choke out, "I have known Joanna for many years, after all. Looking at her face, I simply found it impossible... to turn her away."

"Do they really look alike?" Frank eventually broke his silence.

It was a question that caught David completely off guard.

Startled, David responded in haste, "Indeed. I assumed Mr. Parker had already seen her pictures. I believe she and Joanna share about 60 percent of the same features."

"Sixty percent?" Frank’s tone carried a strange edge.

Caught off guard once more, David hesitated, weighing his words carefully before answering, "Yes, their eyes and noses are quite similar. Upon our first meeting, I actually mistook Omega for Joanna."

Frank lapsed into an eerie silence after hearing David’s confirmation.

A moment passed.

"Very well, you may leave."

To David, those words felt like a reprieve from a death sentence. He exhaled a long sigh, wiped the heavy sweat from his brow, and replied, "Understood, Mr. Parker. I am leaving now."

With that, he dared not remain a second longer and hurried out of the CEO’s office.

Once David had departed, Frank began searching for photographs of Omega.

Studying the woman in the pictures who appeared so strikingly similar to Joanna, his gaze lingered upon her dark pupils, which mirrored Joanna’s almost perfectly. He pressed his lips together, and a flicker of intensity ignited within his narrow eyes.

He had not anticipated that this Omega would bear an even greater resemblance to Joanna than Maria did.

Her eyes... they were truly identical to Joanna’s.

They looked so similar... down to the very mole situated beneath the corner of her eye.

After Joanna had finished waiting for Porter, the pair proceeded to the hotel to check in.

They both utilized the shuttle bus provided by the Program Group.

While traveling, Porter leaned in closer to whisper, "Joanna, are you aware that a newcomer has appeared who bears a striking resemblance to you? She is also joining this show, and people have already branded her ’Little Joanna.'"

"Word is that this newcomer has a powerful backer. Even after the show commenced, she managed to step in and replace Tia."

"I used my burner account to visit her livestream. She does share your look to some degree. However, she lacks your beauty; your features are far more refined than hers."

Because cameras and mobile phones were constantly recording them, they were forced to keep their sensitive conversation confined to whispers.
