After dual cultivating, Nerith and Isolde achieved breakthroughs to the Ninth Level of the Spirit Master realm. As Nerith prepared to depart, she bid farewell to her family, receiving assurances from Yuan that he would protect her. Yuan confirmed their direct journey to the Human Continent, despite Emperor Rhex's warnings about those hunting him.

’Soon, those arrogant bastards will face their worst nightmare... I can’t help but wonder what kind of expressions they’ll make when they realize their tyranny has finally come to an end...’ he thought inwardly.

After all, he had personally witnessed the destruction Yuan was capable of causing.

Some time later, Yuan and the others left and headed straight toward the edge of the continent, where they had first arrived.

"So, this is the mysterious barrier you spoke of before..." Long Yuyan said to Nerith as she looked at the raging storm before her.

Nerith nodded in response.

"Do you know what it is?" Yuan asked.

"I do," she replied with a nod.

She then explained, "This happened because the Spirit Vein beneath this continent was somehow disturbed, causing Spiritual Energy to leak from the cracks beneath the sea."

"And since the Spiritual Energy here is incredibly dense, I believe there are many priceless treasures growing on the seabed."

"Let me take a look with my Divine Sense."

She immediately activated her Divine Sense.

A few moments later, she opened her eyes and looked at Yuan with an excited expression.

"Just as I expected... I found a massive cave beneath the sea. However, there is a problem."

Her expression quickly turned serious.

"My Divine Sense was repelled by a mysterious power. It could be a formation, but there is definitely something powerful inside that cave."

"Could it be an ancient ruin?" Yuan muttered, curiosity flashing in his eyes.

Long Yuyan nodded.

"It could be. Most ancient ruins are protected by powerful formations that prevent people from entering—or even peering inside."

"However, I wouldn’t recommend exploring this place before reaching the Divine Realm. It’s extremely dangerous for someone at your current cultivation level."

Yuan nodded.

If even Long Yuyan—a Divine Realm expert—had her Divine Sense repelled, then he naturally wouldn’t dare to recklessly investigate the cave.

As curious as he was about its secrets, he couldn’t afford to take such a risk right now.

Thus, he decided to wait until he returned to this world in the future before exploring it.

Since there was a way to leave this world, there had to be a way to come back.

For now, the cave could wait.

He had far more important matters to deal with.

"Alright, let’s put the matter of the cave aside for now," Yuan said with a soft sigh. "Can you tell me if we can fix this?"

"The Spiritual Energy within that storm is too chaotic and too abundant," Long Yuyan replied. "It’s impossible for us to fix it at the moment. However..."

"However?" Yuan raised an eyebrow.

"I can set up a formation and create a safe pathway through the storm, allowing people to cross it without being swept away by the Qi tempest," she said with a confident smile.

Yuan pondered for a moment before asking, "How long will it take you to create such a formation?"

"At most, an hour," she replied confidently. "That is, if I concentrate and give it my best."

"And how many Spirit Stones would you need?" Yuan asked.

"None at all," Long Yuyan replied with a smile. "The formation can refine the Spiritual Energy from the Qi Storm and use it to power itself."

"After all, why waste resources when there is an endless source of energy right in front of us?"

Shortly afterward, she flew toward the barrier and hovered in the air before it.

Without wasting any time, she immediately began constructing the formation.

Almost an hour later, she finally completed it and activated the array.

A massive opening appeared within the barrier.

It resembled a tunnel untouched by the raging storm, and no sea creatures could attack anyone traveling through it since the formation also acted as a protective barrier.

"It’s done. Let’s head to the Human Continent now," Long Yuyan said with a confident smile, clearly proud of her work.

A moment later, everyone flew into the tunnel, and after a short journey, they emerged on the other side of the storm barrier.

"I can’t believe you created something so incredible in such a short amount of time..." Lilith muttered in shock.

"This is nothing compared to what a Level Eight or Level Nine Array Master can do," Long Yuyan replied calmly. "Compared to them, this formation is insignificant."

Some time later, the continent ahead finally came into view.

And just as Yuan had expected, many things had changed during their absence.

"Let’s stop at the nearest city and learn what has happened over the past few months," Yuan said to his wives.

"And if any of you encounter the lackeys of those so-called gods, eliminate them immediately. Show no mercy."

Everyone nodded with serious expressions.

"Where exactly are we?" Long Yuyan asked after a moment.

"This is the coastal region of the Lionheart Empire—my homeland," Valeria replied after recognizing the area. "Thankfully, we arrived here. That works in our favor."

"So, this is your homeland. Quite an interesting place," Long Yuyan remarked.

"Up ahead is one of the coastal cities of the Lionheart Empire. Let’s head there first. We should be able to learn about the current situation of the continent," Valeria said while pointing north.

"Good. Let’s move," Yuan replied with a nod.

Shortly afterward, they arrived at the city.

However, they immediately noticed that something was wrong.

Very few people could be seen on the streets.

"How strange..." Valeria muttered, surprise evident on her face. "This city was always bustling with merchants and travelers. But now it looks almost deserted..."

"There is definitely something wrong here."

"I don’t think the problem is limited to this city," Yuan said gravely. "Perhaps the entire continent is suffering from the same situation."

His words made everyone even more worried.

Vanessa, in particular, was deeply concerned about her family.

Rose, Julie, and Ava also wore anxious expressions since their families were on this continent as well.

Yuan let out a soft sigh.

"Let’s go down and ask someone what’s going on and why everything seems so... abnormal."

After entering the city, they noticed that a few shops were still open for business.

"Should we ask them?" Rose suggested.
