Anthony acquired the Twelve-Star Rune Formation after a system sign-in, overwhelming him with knowledge. After recovering, he learned that ??? had combined his Unique Ability, Quantum Manipulation, with his second reward to create the Ultimate Ability, Thought Conception, which allows him to bring anything he conceives into existence.

[Congratulations to the Host. The Host has been bestowed with the Ultimate Ability: Thought Conception]

[Description: Thought is creation. Imagination is reality. Anything the Host can truly conceive can be brought into existence through sheer will alone.

Caution: The greater the conception, the greater the burden upon the mind. An insufficient mentality may result in mental collapse, loss of consciousness, or death]

Anthony sat speechless. He didn’t react, no, he couldn’t even react. How was he supposed to react to the utterly ridiculous ability before him? He sat there in absolute silence as he simply stared at the screen. His eyes trailed towards the cautionary notification, read it, then looked away. He couldn’t be bothered by it because his own mind was simply too powerful, and unless he was trying to accomplish something absurd, like destroying the entire Universe with a single thought, then he had absolutely nothing to worry about.

Besides, with the System Shop, he could always purchase potions or whatever else permanently increased mental strength, or better yet, simply use the Thought Conception ability itself and create one for himself without spending anything at all.

He remained silent. Didn’t this ability practically grant him Omnipotence and Omnipresence? His thoughts drifted towards someone like the StreamerGhost. He wondered whether, with this newfound ability, he would emerge victorious if the two of them ever fought. His mind shifted towards Klaus as well. Would Klaus truly be able to match him against such an absurd ability, or would even someone like Klaus be rendered helpless before the limitless possibilities of Thought Conception?

Earlier, he had been stunned when he saw that his Quantum Manipulation had been broken down. At the time, he had been about to complain, but now, staring at the reward before him, Anthony simply sat there in silence with a single question occupying his mind.

What was even the point of cultivating anymore?

[??? says this is the expression he was looking forward to]

The familiar System chime rang out once again.

[??? says at least he has outmatched the System’s reward]

[??? smiles at your stunned expression]

Anthony didn’t know what to say. What could he possibly say? He had uttered words like "thanks" and "thank you" so many times that they had probably lost all meaning. He had bowed to ??? so many times that even that gesture felt insignificant at this point. No words could adequately describe how he felt. It seemed as though the only language capable of conveying his gratitude simply hadn’t been invented yet.

[??? says not to stress yourself with such things. He says he understands your heart. He says just keep being yourself, and that’s all]

Anthony remained silent. To be honest, ??? had probably showered him with all these gifts because he wasn’t arrogant or anything of the sort. However, Anthony knew that without the experiences of his previous life and the family he had in this one, he might very well have become prideful and arrogant. After all, remaining humble while possessing such overwhelming power, wealth, talent, and fortune was easier said than done.

[??? says have fun]

[??? says he looks forward to you ascending to his level, if you ever do]

[??? says he might even fight you to decide who is stronger]

[??? says that it’s too bad your mental strength can’t handle it. Otherwise, you could simply ascend to his level with a single thought]

Reading the last message, Anthony simply smiled and shook his head, not daring to entertain such an outrageous thought. If he actually attempted something like that, he would most likely die instantly, his mind collapsing long before the thought could even be completed, while his soul would burn away into absolute nothingness.

[??? says this is goodbye for now. He says you should make the Upper Galaxy just as fun as you made the Acarnis Galaxy]

And with that, the System screen vanished and never appeared again.

’Fun, huh...’ Anthony thought to himself silently as he remained completely motionless, his lingering shock still rooting him to the spot. Anthony didn’t exactly have any grand plans within the Ecliptica Galaxy aside from locating the Milky Way Galaxy, and that was honestly about it. As for everything else, he intended to simply go with the flow and see where fate carried him.

Anthony immediately willed himself to float, and instantly, despite having lost his ability to fly due to the difference in gravity, he effortlessly began levitating once more through nothing but a single thought. His eyes shifted towards the bed beneath him. Although it was already large, Anthony merely willed it, and the bed immediately expanded into something significantly bigger without so much as producing the slightest sound.

’Just like Quantum Manipulation, it doesn’t consume any form of energy to use,’ Anthony thought to himself as he remained suspended in midair. ’Not Mana, not Astra, not Origin Essence... nothing.’

With another thought, Anthony completely warped everything within his room, changing the ancient architectural style into the modern aesthetic he had grown accustomed to back at the Acarnis Galaxy as he perfectly recreated his own bedroom down to the smallest detail. He didn’t even need to increase the room’s internal space because, despite resembling an ordinary cottage from the outside, the Laws of Space had already been used here, making its interior vastly larger than it appeared.

Anthony’s gaze shifted towards the side of the room, where the table he had destroyed earlier still lay scattered in a heap of splintered wood. With a mere thought, he willed it back into existence, and time itself reversed for the shattered table, restoring it to its original state in less than the blink of an eye, leaving no trace whatsoever that it had ever been destroyed.

However, almost immediately afterward, Anthony received mental feedback from the Thought Conception ability.

The table had been destroyed by an Authority, and at his current level, he didn’t possess sufficient mental strength to directly influence Authorities. The only reason the restoration had succeeded at all was because he himself had been the one who destroyed it using his own Authority in the first place.

’Well... that’s understandable, considering Authorities exist even above Laws and Concepts. I doubt even Klaus has reached that level,’ Anthony mused quietly to himself, finding the limitation surprisingly reasonable rather than frustrating.

’The best part about this ability is that I don’t even need to train it the way I had to with Quantum Manipulation and the Authority of Severance,’ Anthony thought to himself, unable to suppress the growing excitement bubbling within him.

Personally, he wanted to burst into laughter like a complete madman and announce to the entire Universe the unbelievably ridiculous cheat he had just obtained. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do something so embarrassing, no matter how tempting the thought was.

Anthony floated forward before gently landing on his feet. He decided to create an Inscription Pen for Rune Formations. Although he no longer needed to manually draw Rune Formations anymore, there was simply a unique feeling that came with personally inscribing them. Since he was still relatively new to the art, he genuinely wanted to experience that satisfaction for himself rather than skipping the entire process through Thought Conception.

With a single thought, a magnificent golden pen materialized within Anthony’s hand as he immediately created an Inscription Pen capable of bypassing restrictions that bound even Twelve-Star Rune Formation Masters.

For example, a Rune capable of destroying an entire city couldn’t normally be inscribed upon ordinary paper because such a medium simply couldn’t withstand the amount of power contained within the Rune itself, whether from Soul Power, Origin Essence, or countless other energies. However, with the Inscription Pen he had just created, every one of those restrictions could simply be ignored as though they had never existed in the first place.

Anthony smiled like a child who had caught Santa Claus red-handed placing gifts beneath the Christmas tree, his expression overflowing with pure satisfaction and unrestrained delight.

’Should I immediately start a war with some people?’ Anthony wondered to himself, his thoughts drifting towards those four individuals who had caused him so much trouble. Although he had already made every single one of them bald, he still wasn’t completely satisfied with the revenge he had taken.

Thought Conception activated once more as Anthony casually blessed them with a series of utterly harmless yet unimaginably irritating inconveniences, ranging from supercharged diarrhea to mysteriously stubbing their toes against every piece of furniture they encountered, biting their tongues whenever they spoke, sneezing at the worst possible moments, and countless other annoyances.

After all... they were just minor inconveniences.
