Marvel: The Villain Chapter 418 The End

Jason looked out over the city and smiled. This was his masterpiece.
Today, the nation was draped in banners. A grand feast had been prepared to celebrate Jason’s return and the supposed annihilation of the heroes. Christine had organized a state banquet in the capital, opening the national treasury and inviting every citizen to join the revelry. Red cloth covered tables lined every street, overflowing with fine wine and delicacies. The party was slated to last ten days.
Inside the palace banquet hall, Jason drank and laughed with his Organization. For the first time since the attack on his New York apartment years ago, he felt truly at ease. The tension that usually lived in his spine had vanished.
But as the laughter reached its peak, Jason and several of his core members suddenly frowned.
"Honey..." Harley looked at her husband.
Jason’s intoxication evaporated. He let out a cold, sharp laugh. "They’re faster than I expected!"
The Organization members tensed, following Jason as he walked out onto the palace balcony. The sky over Wakanda was clear, but the air thrummed with a terrifying pressure. Six dark specks appeared on the horizon, moving toward them at impossible speeds.
The Avengers.
Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Carol Danvers, Stephen Strange, Thor Odinson, and Bruce Banner.
They streaked through the air like meteors, entering Wakandan airspace in an instant. The planetary defense shield activated automatically, but the six did not slow down. They struck the energy barrier with a synchronized, overwhelming force.
BOOM.
A thunderous explosion rocked the capital as the shield, designed to withstand interstellar fleets, shattered into a million pieces.
"A flashy entrance," Jason muttered, looking unimpressed. He gestured for his followers to stay back and teleported into the sky, hovering alone in their path.
The Avengers surrounded him in a perfect circle.
"You managed to escape with your lives once, and yet you didn’t value it," Jason said, scanning them with disdain. "Coming back here to die in less than a day? Brave, but stupid."
"No one is here to die," Tony said, his voice cold as ice. "Open your eyes and look closely!"
The six heroes extended their hands. Jason’s eyes widened. Each of them was clutching an Infinity Stone.
Jason’s confusion lasted only a second before he looked at the Time Stone in Strange’s hand. He understood. "Time travel... You went back to the past. Heh, I suppose the ’me’ from that time is already dead."
"I did it myself," Tony spat.
"Hmph. You say that with pride? Slaughtering a common criminal must have been quite the accomplishment. You call yourselves heroes? You’re a disgrace to the word."
"We might not be heroes," Tony countered, "But we are definitely Avengers. And killing that monster before he could grow? I don’t feel a shred of guilt. My only regret is that I couldn’t kill him twice."
Jason stared at Tony, his eyes narrowing. "You’ve changed, Stark. There’s a stench of obsession on you... and I’ll bet it has everything to do with that Soul Stone. To get it, a soul must be sacrificed. Let me guess... which one of your loved ones is gone?"
"Loki? No, if it were Loki, you’d all be smiling," Jason mocked. He looked directly into Tony’s eyes. "Pepper?"
The veins in Tony’s neck bulged.
"Hahaha! I hit the mark!" Jason clapped his hands in delight. "What a waste. She seemed like a good woman. But her taste in men was terrible. She chose the most useless man on Earth—one who couldn’t even protect his own wife’s life."
"Tell me, Stark... if I had taken her for myself back in L.A. ten years ago, would she still be alive today? I wonder if she would have enjoyed my cock more than yours."
The last string of Tony’s sanity snapped. With a roar, his faceplate slammed shut and he charged. The others followed, attacking from five different angles.
Because they held the stones, Jason’s stones were neutralized. It was a raw, brutal brawl in the sky. Every clash sent shockwaves that sounded like thunder across the city. Jason’s Organization watched from the palace, their faces grim. Below, the citizens of Wakanda knelt in the streets, praying to whatever gods they still believed in.
The Avengers had trained for this. Their coordination was flawless, and their mastery of the stones gave them an edge that Jason hadn’t anticipated. But Jason was no longer the man they had fought that morning. After killing the Ancient One and absorbing her power, he had reached Level 10—the absolute peak of his system’s capabilities.
His power was ten times greater than it had been when he toyed with Captain Marvel. He moved like a blur, meeting every strike with overwhelming force.
"Is this it?" Jason mocked, slamming Thor through a skyscraper. "Six of you, and I’m barely breaking a sweat."
The heroes regrouped, breathing heavily. They exchanged a solemn look.
"Plan B," Steve whispered.
The five heroes suddenly lunged at Jason, not to strike, but to pin him down. Thor wrapped his arms around Jason’s torso, his lightning crackling with desperate intensity. Banner, in his integrated Hulk form, seized Jason’s legs. Strange cast crimson bands of Cyttorak, binding Jason’s arms, while Steve and Tony slammed their shields and repulsors against his chest to keep him grounded.
"NOW, CAROL!" Tony screamed.
Jason struggled, his Level 10 strength straining against the collective might of the heroes. "You think this can hold me?"
Carol Danvers descended, the nano-gauntlet on her right hand glowing with the combined, unstable fury of all six Infinity Stones. The air around her was warping, reality itself screaming under the pressure.
"Die... you monster!"
SNAP.
The sound of metal on metal echoed through the universe.
In that microsecond, a blinding white light consumed everything. Jason felt the cold fingers of erasure gripping his very existence. His cells began to vibrate, preparing to dissipate into nothingness.
[WARNING: HIGH-LEVEL REALITY ERASURE DETECTED.]
The cold voice of the Villain System rang in his mind, clearer than ever before.
[EMERGENCY PROTOCOL: SOVEREIGN SACRIFICE.$$$$THE SYSTEM WILL TRADE ITS EXISTENCE FOR THE HOST’S SURVIVAL.$$$$JASON WALTER... DO NOT FAIL ME.]
"Wait—" Jason gasped.
A massive surge of dark energy erupted from within Jason’s soul, forming an impenetrable black cocoon that shielded him from the white light of the Snap. The Villain System—the source of his power, his growth, and his destiny—began to unravel. Its code, its stored energy, and its consciousness were sacrificed to rewrite the reality of the Snap for a single individual.
The white light faded.
The heroes collapsed to the ground, smoke rising from their bodies. Carol was on her knees, her right arm a charred, blackened ruin. They were gasping for air, looking at each other with tearful, exhausted smiles.
"We did it," Steve whispered, blood coughing from his mouth. "He’s gone."
Tony deactivated his helmet, looking at the spot where the black cocoon was now dissipating. "Pepper... it’s over."
The black mist cleared.
Jason stood there, motionless. His eyes were no longer glowing; they were dark, bottomless pits of pure, human hatred. He wasn’t erased. He was very much alive.
The smiles on the heroes’ faces died instantly.
"How..." Tony stammered, his voice trembling. "That’s... that’s impossible."
"The System is gone," Jason whispered, his voice like the grinding of tectonic plates. "My old friend gave everything to keep me here. And now, there is nothing left to hold me back."
Jason moved.
He didn’t use infinity stones or flashy energy beams. He moved with the raw, terrifying speed of a man who had reached the limit of physical evolution.
He reached Tony first. Before Stark could react, Jason’s hand punched clean through the nano-tech chest plate and Tony’s heart. Jason pulled his hand out, holding the bloody remains of the arc reactor. Tony collapsed, his eyes wide and lifeless.
"TONY!" Steve screamed, trying to stand.
Jason blurred. A single kick to Steve’s head snapped his neck like a dry twig. The shield fell into the dirt with a hollow clang.
Thor roared, raising his hammer with one hand, but Jason caught the handle and wrenched it away. With a savage swing, Jason buried the hammer in Thor’s chest. The God of Thunder gasped, his eyes clouding over as he fell beside his friends.
Banner tried but he was too weak. Jason grabbed him by the throat and squeezed until the sound of crushing bone filled the air. He dropped the body and turned to Strange.
The sorcerer tried to cast a spell with his trembling hands, but Jason was already there. He grabbed Strange’s wrists and snapped them, then drove his thumb into the man’s throat.
Finally, Jason walked toward Carol. She was the only one left, staring at the corpses of her friends with a broken, vacant expression. She tried to raise her mangled arm, but she couldn’t even lift it.
Jason reached out and gripped her throat, lifting her off her feet. He didn’t say a word. He just watched the light leave her eyes as he slowly increased the pressure. When her body went limp, he threw her aside like a piece of garbage.
Jason stood alone in the wreckage of Wakanda. His Organization members arrived, landing near him. Harley and Christine ran to him, their faces pale with shock and reverence.
"Honey?" Harley whispered, looking at the carnage.
Jason didn’t answer immediately. He looked down at his hands, feeling the raw, unchecked power coursing through his veins—power that no longer needed a menu or a prompt. The sacrifice of the System had made him something more than a host. He was the embodiment of the power he had mastered.
He looked at the sky, where the sun was setting over his kingdom.
"The heroes are dead," Jason said, his voice echoing across the silent city. "From this day forward, there is only one law."
He turned to his Organization, his eyes meeting theirs with an intensity that forced them to their knees.
"The era of the Joker begins now. And it will never end."
In the days that followed, the world did not end. It merely changed masters.
With the Avengers gone and S.H.I.E.L.D. purged, there was no one left to resist. The Joker Organization moved with surgical precision, seizing control of every major government, every global bank, and every military command. The transition was remarkably bloodless; most leaders surrendered the moment they saw the footage of Wakanda.
Jason did not rule from the shadows. He moved the capital of the world to Wakanda, turning it into a sprawling, golden monument to his power.
He sat on a throne made of the melted remains of Stark’s armors and the shards of Mjolnir. He ruled not with cruelty, but with an absolute, terrifying efficiency. Crime vanished, not because people became good, but because the punishment was swift and inevitable. Poverty was eradicated, replaced by a rigid social order where every citizen served the Organization.
Harley and Christine stood at his side as queens of this new empire. His children, Brian and Angelina, grew up in the shadow of a father who was no longer just a man, but a living myth. They were the prince and princess of a world that worshipped the name Walter.
One evening, Jason stood on the balcony of his palace, looking out over a world that was entirely his. The aching void he had felt after the battle in Wakanda had been filled by the weight of a planet’s devotion.
He thought back to that cold voice in his head, the "old friend" who had traded everything for this moment. He let out a soft, dry chuckle.
"You were wrong about one thing," Jason whispered into the wind. "I didn’t fail you."
He looked up at the stars, his eyes dark and hungry.
"We’re just getting started."
