“Within the Realm Sea, divine beast tribes outside of Domains are rare. I deliberately left them there before without taking action, considering that someday when our Canlong Realm disciples venture out, they might gain something from there.”
“So that’s the reason.”
Wang Ba came to a sudden understanding, initially baffled as to why the Soul Falling lay so close to the four Great Realms of Duanhai Cliff, and why Heavenly Monarch Chao, a Mahayana Cultivator, hadn't noticed it. Now it dawned on him that his master had been aware all along, simply preserving a chance for future disciples.
He couldn't help but display an embarrassed look:
“So, have I disrupted Master Chao’s arrangements?”
Yet Heavenly Monarch Chao dismissed it with a wave and a smile:
“The original Canlong Realm is gone; what is the use of that opportunity? Moreover, your ability to subdue this beast shows your skill. It’s better to utilize it now, as each moment is different. Besides, the Eight-tailed Heavenly Fox has a troublesome origin. It hails from the Jicang Abyss’ Heavenly Demon Cave. If rashly taken in, its knowledge could lead to troubles with the Heavenly Demon Cave.”
“Heavenly Demon Cave?”
Wang Ba had only just heard this term from the Eight-tailed Heavenly Fox itself, and he felt a surge of curiosity:
“Master Chao, what exactly is the Heavenly Demon Cave?”
Heavenly Monarch Chao provided the explanation:

But because it’s in Jicang Abyss, where rules are a mutation, cultivators don’t have the upper hand there, allowing these divine beasts to rule and dominate, leveraging the mutation to transform beasts into humans, self-titled ‘Yao’, hence the name ‘Heavenly Demon Cave Yao’. They are hostile towards us cultivators, and knowing that a fellow has been subdued by us could make them query. The Heavenly Demon Cave reportedly houses Mahayana cultivators as well.”
“Of course, compared to the threat from Supreme True Buddha’s side, it’s not much. When the debt is heavy, there’s no need to worry.”
