Previously on Longevity by Picking up Attributes in the Battlefield...
Sun Wukong visited the Dragon Palace seeking weapons for his vast army. The Dragon King, Aoguang, readily agreed to provide three hundred thousand Immortal Artifacts, much to his son Ao Jia's dismay. Sun Wukong then asked for a personal divine weapon. After inspecting several Postnatal-level weapons and finding them too light, Sun Wukong expressed disappointment. Aoguang, considering the Heavenly Court's instructions and his own clan's dwindling treasures, decided to offer the Sea Stabilizing Needle, an unused artifact left by the Human Emperor, hoping Sun Wukong would fail to wield it. He then led Sun Wukong toward the depths of the Dragon Palace to retrieve it.
