Library of Heaven’s Path has finally reached its conclusion.

I planned to pen this wrap-up yesterday, but a friend visited, which delayed it until today.

This novel has earned me countless accolades. I rose to God-tier and Platinum Author ranks, and it dominated the overseas charts too.

Yet, it remains the most grueling book I’ve crafted throughout all these years.

I’ve celebrated joys like the birth of my son, yet endured deep sorrows such as my father’s passing.

Happy moments and heartbreaking ones marked the path.

Exhilarating phases and bewildering ones came and went.

There came a stretch when I believed the world was mine to command, capable of anything.

Another phase brought utter helplessness, making me feel completely worthless.

Some of those personal feelings probably bled into the story, leaving it less purely uplifting than I envisioned.

Now, let me share a few key plot elements I outlined but never got around to writing.

In the original outline, Luo Qiqi sacrifices herself to rescue Zhang Xuan in the Azure, transforming into the Dimension Silencer before entering the Firmament.

Blinded by fury, Zhang Xuan perfects the Divine Eyes of the Ninth Netherworld, only to lose his vision in the process.

I had already planted the foreshadowing, but certain happenings made me too afraid to continue with it.

Thus, I scrapped the initial plan and opted for a milder tale instead.

Ah, who else to fault but myself for digging my own grave?

Some readers claim the finale felt hurried, yet it truly wasn’t rushed at all.

I chose to wrap it up at the absolute peak, with Zhang Xuan shining at his most brilliant. Dragging on further would only make it tedious.

Our beloved Xuanxuan adores boasting, and if you leave him lingering without chances to brag, he’d sooner you end him...

And so... Library of Heaven’s Path concludes!

(What do you think? Pleased with my explanation? It’s the strongest justification I could muster. If it leaves you unsatisfied, feel free to come thrash me. I won’t beat you, but I’ll proudly display my finest kneeling pose...)

Still, no cause for worry. I’ll craft some side stories in due time, like one for Luo Xuanqing. I laid foreshadowing already, but held him back from the finale to feature him specially there. Truth be told, I’m eager to see his reaction upon hearing Zhang Xuan proclaim himself God Monarch...

Regarding Luo Qiqi’s resolution, I’m pondering it still. I’ll provide her proper closure in the side stories.

Those extras will appear on my WeChat public account—search for ‘Heng Sao Tian Ya (横扫天涯)’ and follow. Notifications will alert you when they drop.

Finally, let’s discuss my upcoming book.

I’ve got two drafts ready, leaving me torn on which to pursue.

The genre stays Xuanhuan (fantasy), much like Library of Heaven’s Path—lighthearted, humorous, and utterly fresh. I’ve checked the field, and it stands apart from other Qidian novels. No one’s tackled this before!

Creativity means everything to me.

On the release timing, give me a break first. This book has drained me completely, so I need recovery time.

That said, I won’t stretch it out endlessly. Expect it before the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The title? I’ll reveal it early on my WeChat public account.

Enough said from me.

Partings must come eventually. My tale has flaws aplenty, but I poured my whole heart into it. My bond with Zhang Xuan surpasses any other character.

Finishing the ending hit four in the morning. I lingered in my chair, stunned and silent, for almost an hour.

My Library of Heaven’s Path, my Zhang Xuan, has now ended.

Yet ahead lie fresh tales of entirely new realms for all of you.

Tales unlike those of Zhang Xuan and Nie Yun.

If you enjoy my work, shelf my next book. News should arrive within two months.

To wrap up, I wish prosperity to every reader of this book.
